Mazmur 29

1 Mazmur Daud. Pujilah TUHAN, hai makhluk-makhluk surgawi, pujilah keagungan dan kuasa-Nya.

A Psalme of David. Give vnto the Lord, ye sonnes of the mightie: giue vnto the Lord glorie and strength.

2 Pujilah nama TUHAN yang mulia sembahlah Dia dengan memakai pakaian ibadat.

Giue vnto the Lord glorie due vnto his Name: worship the Lord in the glorious Sanctuarie.

3 Allah yang agung mengguntur di atas laut, suara-Nya bergema di atas samudra.

The voyce of the Lord is vpon the waters: the God of glorie maketh it to thunder: the Lord is vpon the great waters.

4 Suara TUHAN terdengar, penuh kuasa dan kemegahan.

The voyce of the Lord is mightie: the voyce of the Lord is glorious.

5 Suara TUHAN menumbangkan pohon-pohon, mematahkan pohon cemara Libanon.

The voyce of the Lord breaketh the cedars: yea, the Lord breaketh the cedars of Lebanon.

6 Gunung Libanon dibuat-Nya melompat seperti anak sapi, Gunung Siryon melonjak seperti anak banteng.

He maketh them also to leape like a calfe: Lebanon also and Shirion like a yong vnicorne.

7 Suara TUHAN membuat kilat menyambar.

The voice of the Lord deuideth the flames of sire.

8 Suara TUHAN menggoyangkan padang gurun, TUHAN menggoyangkan padang gurun Kades.

The voice of the Lord maketh the wildernes to tremble: the Lord maketh the wildernes of Kadesh to tremble.

9 Suara TUHAN menggoncangkan pohon-pohon berangan, dan menggugurkan daun-daun di hutan; sementara di Rumah TUHAN umat berseru, "Pujilah TUHAN!"

The voice of the Lord maketh the hindes to calue, and discouereth the forests: therefore in his Temple doth euery man speake of his glory.

10 TUHAN berkuasa atas air bah, Ia berkuasa sebagai Raja untuk selama-lamanya.

The Lord sitteth vpon the flood, and the Lord doeth remaine King for euer.

11 Semoga TUHAN memberi kekuatan kepada umat-Nya, dan membuat mereka sejahtera.

The Lord shall giue strength vnto his people: the Lord shall blesse his people with peace.
