Mazmur 148
1 Pujilah TUHAN! Pujilah TUHAN, hai seisi surga! Semua yang tinggal di tempat tinggi, pujilah Dia!
Praise ye the LORD. Praise ye the LORD from the heavens: praise him in the hights.
2 Pujilah Dia, hai semua malaikat-Nya, pujilah Dia, hai seluruh tentara surga!
Praise ye him, all his angels: praise ye him, all his hosts.
3 Pujilah Dia, hai matahari dan bulan, pujilah Dia, hai bintang-bintang yang gemerlapan!
Praise ye him, sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars of light.
4 Pujilah Dia, hai langit yang tertinggi, pujilah Dia, hai air di atas langit!
Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that [are] above the heavens.
5 Baiklah mereka semua memuji nama TUHAN, sebab semuanya dijadikan atas perintah-Nya.
Let them praise the name of the LORD: for he commanded, and they were created.
6 Ia menentukan tempatnya masing-masing, ketetapan-Nya berlaku untuk selama-lamanya.
He hath also established them for ever and ever: he hath made a decree which shall not pass.
7 Pujilah TUHAN, hai seisi bumi, hai naga-naga laut dan seluruh samudra raya;
Praise the LORD from the earth, ye dragons, and all deeps:
8 hai kilat dan hujan es, salju dan awan, angin kencang yang menurut perintah TUHAN!
Fire, and hail; snow, and vapors; stormy wind fulfilling his word:
9 Pujilah Dia, hai bukit-bukit dan gunung-gunung, pohon buah-buahan dan semua hutan;
Mountains, and all hills; fruitful trees, and all cedars:
10 semua ternak dan binatang liar, segala binatang melata dan burung!
Beasts, and all cattle; creeping animals, and flying fowl:
11 Pujilah Dia, hai raja-raja dan segala bangsa, para bangsawan dan semua penguasa;
Kings of the earth, and all people; princes, and all judges of the earth:
12 semua pemuda dan pemudi, orang tua dan orang muda.
Both young men, and maidens; old men, and children:
13 Baiklah mereka semua memuji nama TUHAN, sebab nama-Nya lebih agung dari segala nama; keagungan-Nya mengatasi langit dan bumi.
Let them praise the name of the LORD: for his name alone is excellent; his glory [is] above the earth and heaven.
14 Ia telah menguatkan bangsa-Nya, sehingga Ia dipuji-puji umat-Nya, Israel, umat kesayangan-Nya. Pujilah TUHAN!
He also exalteth the horn of his people, the praise of all his saints; [even] of the children of Israel, a people near to him. Praise ye the LORD.
