Yesaya 60

1 Bangkitlah dan jadilah terang, hai Yerusalem, sebab terang keselamatanmu sudah datang; Allah menyinari engkau dengan kemuliaan-Nya.

Arise shine for it has come light your and [the] glory of Yahweh on you it has dawned.

2 Bumi diliputi kegelapan, bangsa-bangsa ditutupi kekelaman; tetapi terang TUHAN terbit di atasmu, cahaya kehadiran-Nya menjadi nyata di atasmu.

For there! darkness it will cover [the] earth and thick darkness peoples and on you he will dawn Yahweh and glory his over you it will appear.

3 Bangsa-bangsa datang berduyun-duyun ke terangmu, raja-raja tertarik oleh cahaya yang terbit bagimu.

And they will come nations to light your and kings to [the] brightness of dawn your.

4 Lihatlah apa yang terjadi di sekelilingmu; rakyat berhimpun untuk pulang kepadamu. Anak-anakmu laki-laki datang dari jauh, anak-anakmu perempuan digendong.

Lift up all around eyes your and see all of them they have gathered together they have come to you sons your from a distance they will come and daughters your on a hip they will be carried.

5 Melihat itu engkau heran dan wajahmu berseri; engkau terharu dan berbesar hati. Harta bangsa-bangsa dibawa kepadamu, kekayaan dari seberang laut melimpahimu.

Then you will see and you will be radiant and it will be in awe and it will be enlarged heart your for it will be turned over on you [the] abundance of [the] sea [the] wealth of nations they will come to you.

6 Negerimu dikerumuni banyak unta, mereka datang dari Midian dan Efa. Dari Syeba orang membawa emas dan kemenyan, sambil memuji perbuatan TUHAN.

7 Kambing domba Kedar dibawa kepadamu domba jantan dari Nebayot tersedia untuk ibadatmu. Kurban itu menyenangkan hati TUHAN Ia menyemarakkan Rumah-Nya yang penuh keagungan.

8 Apakah itu yang melayang seperti awan seperti merpati yang sedang terbang pulang?

11 Siang malam pintu gerbangmu akan terbuka, supaya kekayaan bangsa-bangsa dapat diantar kepadamu, dengan raja-raja mereka sebagai tawanan.

And they will be open gates your continually by day and night not they will be shut to bring to you [the] wealth of nations and kings their [will be] led.

12 Bangsa dan kerajaan yang tak mau mengabdi kepadamu, akan binasa dan hilang lenyap.

For the nation and the kingdom which not they will serve you they will perish and the nations certainly they will become desolate.

13 Kebanggaan hutan Libanon akan diangkut kepadamu kayu pohon berangan, cemara dan eru untuk menjadikan Rumah-Ku semarak, dan memperindah tempat Aku berpijak.

[the] splendor of Lebanon to you it will come cypress elm and box tree together to beautify [the] place of sanctuary my and [the] place of feet my I will glorify.

14 Anak-anak penindasmu datang bersujud, yang pernah menghina engkau akan tunduk, engkau akan disebut 'Kota TUHAN', 'Sion, Kota Allah Kudus Israel'.

15 Engkau tak akan ditinggalkan dan dibenci, dan tidak dibiarkan menjadi sunyi sepi. Engkau Kujadikan kebanggaan abadi, tempat kegembiraan untuk selamanya.

In place of being you forsaken and hated and there not [was one who] passed through and I will make you an exaltation of perpetuity a joy of a generation and a generation.

16 Engkau akan dipelihara bangsa-bangsa dan raja-raja, seperti seorang ibu memelihara anaknya. Maka tahulah engkau bahwa Aku TUHAN, Penyelamatmu, dan bahwa Allah Israel yang kuat Pembebasmu.

And you will suck [the] milk of nations and [the] breast of kings you will suck and you will know that I Yahweh [am] deliverer your and redeemer your [the] mighty one of Jacob.

17 Aku membawa emas sebagai ganti perunggu, dan perak sebagai ganti besi. Kuberi perunggu sebagai ganti kayu, dan besi sebagai ganti batu. Negerimu akan Kubuat aman dan tentram, dan diperintah dengan keadilan.

In place of the bronze I will bring gold and in place of the iron I will bring silver and in place of the wood bronze and in place of the stone iron and I will make overseer[s] your peace and taskmasters your righteousness.

18 Tak akan ada lagi berita tentang kekerasan di negerimu, tentang kehancuran dan keruntuhan di wilayahmu. Seperti tembok Aku akan melindungi engkau, dan engkau akan memuji Aku sebagai penyelamatmu.

19 Engkau tak perlu disinari matahari di waktu siang, dan tak perlu diterangi bulan di waktu malam. Sebab Aku TUHAN menjadi penerang abadi bagimu, Aku menyinari engkau dengan keagungan-Ku.

20 Bagimu akan ada matahari yang tak pernah terbenam, dan bulan yang tak pernah surut. Sebab Aku TUHAN menjadi penerang abadi bagimu masa berkabungmu akan berakhir.
