Hosea 3

1 TUHAN berkata kepadaku, "Pergilah lagi dan cintailah seorang wanita yang suka berzinah. Cintailah dia seperti Aku juga mencintai orang Israel sekalipun mereka meninggalkan Aku dan menyembah ilah-ilah lain serta suka mempersembahkan kue kismis kepada berhala."

And he said Yahweh to me again go love a woman [who] is loved of a companion and [who] commits adultery as loves Yahweh [the] people of Israel and they [are] turning to gods other and [are] loving cakes of grapes.

2 Maka aku membayar lima belas uang perak dan 150 kilogram gandum untuk mendapat wanita itu.

And I bought her for myself for fif-teen silver and a homer of barley and a lethech of barley.

3 Aku berkata kepadanya bahwa ia harus menunggu aku untuk waktu yang lama. Selama waktu itu ia tak boleh melacur atau berzinah, dan aku pun tak akan mendekati dia.

And I said to her days many you will dwell to me not you must prostitute yourself and not you must belong to a man and also I to you.

4 Begitulah halnya dengan bangsa Israel; lama sekali mereka harus hidup tanpa raja atau pemimpin, tanpa kurban atau tugu-tugu keramat, tanpa berhala-berhala atau jimat-jimat yang memberitahukan rahasia masa depan.

For - days many they will dwell [the] people of Israel there not [will be] a king and there not [will be] a prince and there not [will be] sacrifice and there not [will be] a pillar and there not [will be] an ephod and teraphim.

5 Tapi akan datang masanya bangsa Israel kembali kepada TUHAN Allah mereka, dan kepada raja mereka dari keturunan Daud. Lalu mereka akan takut dan hormat kepada TUHAN, serta menerima berkat-berkat-Nya.

After they will return [the] people of Israel and they will seek Yahweh God their and David king their and they will be in dread to Yahweh and to goodness his at [the] end of the days.
