Ulangan 11
1 "Cintailah TUHAN Allahmu, dan taatilah selalu segala perintah-Nya.
And you will love Yahweh God your and you will keep command his and statutes his and judgments his and commandments his all the days.
2 Ingatlah sekarang apa yang kamu ketahui tentang TUHAN dari pengalamanmu. Anak-anakmu tidak mempunyai pengalaman itu. Kamulah yang telah menyaksikan keagungan TUHAN Allahmu, kekuatan-Nya, kekuasaan-Nya
And you will know this day that - not children your who not they have known and who not they have seen [the] training of Yahweh God your greatness his hand his mighty and arm his outstretched.
3 dan keajaiban-keajaiban yang dilakukan-Nya. Kamu melihat sendiri apa yang dilakukan-Nya terhadap raja Mesir dan seluruh negerinya.
And signs his and deeds his which he did in [the] midst of Egypt to Pharaoh [the] king of Egypt and to all land his.
4 Kamu melihat bagaimana TUHAN memusnahkan tentara Mesir bersama semua kuda dan kereta perangnya. Mereka semua ditenggelamkan di Laut Gelagah ketika sedang mengejar kamu.
And which he did to [the] army of Egypt to horses its and to chariotry its when he caused to flow [the] water of [the] sea of reed[s] over faces their when pursued they after you and he destroyed them Yahweh until the day this.
5 Kamu tahu apa yang dilakukan TUHAN bagimu di padang gurun sebelum kamu sampai di sini.
And which he did to you in the wilderness until came you to the place this.
6 Kamu juga ingat apa yang dilakukan TUHAN terhadap Datan dan Abiram, anak-anak Eliab dari suku Ruben. Di depan kamu semua, bumi terbelah lalu menelan mereka bersama keluarga, kemah, semua hamba dan ternak mereka.
And which he did to Dathan and to Abiram [the] sons of Eliab [the] son of Reuben when it opened the earth mouth its and it swallowed them and households their and tents their and all the substance which [was] at feet their in [the] midst of all Israel.
7 Ya, kamulah yang dengan mata kepala sendiri telah melihat semua keajaiban yang dilakukan TUHAN."
For eyes your [are] the [ones which] saw all [the] work of Yahweh great which he did.
8 "Taatilah semua hukum yang saya sampaikan kepadamu hari ini, maka kamu dapat menyeberangi sungai dan masuk ke negeri yang tak lama lagi kamu diami.
And you will keep all the commandment which I [am] commanding you this day so that you may be strong and you will go and you will take possession of the land where you [are] about to pass over there towards to take possession of it.
9 Dan kamu akan hidup lama di negeri yang kaya dan subur, yang dijanjikan TUHAN kepada nenek moyangmu dan kepada keturunan mereka.
And so that you may prolong days on the land which he swore Yahweh to ancestors your to give to them and to offspring their a land flowing of milk and honey.
10 Negeri yang kamu diami nanti tidak seperti tanah Mesir, tempat kamu dahulu tinggal. Di sana kamu harus bekerja keras untuk mengairi ladang-ladang pada waktu menabur benih.
For the land where you [are] about to go there towards to take possession of it not [is] like [the] land of Egypt it where you came out from there where you sowed seed your and you watered [it] with foot your like [the] garden of vegetable[s].
11 Tetapi negeri yang akan kamu masuki terdiri dari pegunungan dan lembah-lembah; tanahnya diairi oleh hujan.
And the land where you [are] about to pass over there towards to take possession of it [is] a land of mountains and valleys to [the] rain of the heavens it drinks water.
12 TUHAN Allahmu memelihara negeri itu dan menjagainya sepanjang tahun.
A land which Yahweh God your [is] caring for it continually [the] eyes of Yahweh God your [are] on it from [the] beginning of the year and until [the] end of a year.
13 Jadi taatilah perintah-perintah yang saya sampaikan kepadamu hari ini; cintailah TUHAN Allahmu dan beribadatlah kepada-Nya dengan seluruh jiwa ragamu.
And it will be certainly [if] you will obey commandments my which I [am] commanding you this day to love Yahweh God your and to serve him with all heart your and with all being your.
14 Kalau kamu berbuat begitu, maka TUHAN akan menurunkan hujan atas tanahmu pada musimnya, sehabis kamu panen, dan pada waktu kamu mulai menanam. Maka kamu akan mempunyai cukup gandum, anggur dan minyak zaitun,
And I will give [the] rain of land your at appropriate time its autumn rain and spring rain and you will gather grain your and new wine your and fresh oil your.
15 serta rumput untuk ternakmu. Segala makanan yang kamu perlukan akan tersedia bagimu.
And I will give grass in field[s] your for cattle your and you will eat and you will be satisfied.
16 Jangan kamu mau dijauhkan dari TUHAN untuk menyembah dan mengabdi kepada ilah-ilah lain.
Take heed to yourselves lest it should be deceived heart your and you will turn aside and you will serve gods other and you will bow down to them.
17 Kalau kamu melanggar perintah itu, TUHAN akan marah kepadamu. Ia tidak akan menurunkan hujan; tanahmu menjadi kering kerontang sehingga tanaman tidak memberi hasil. Maka dalam waktu singkat kamu mati di tanah subur yang diberikan TUHAN kepadamu.
And it will burn [the] anger of Yahweh on you and he will shut up the heavens and not it will come rain and the ground not it will yield produce its and you will perish quickly from on the land good which Yahweh [is] about to give to you.
18 Ingatlah dan perhatikanlah perintah-perintah itu. Ikatkan pada lenganmu dan pasanglah pada dahimu untuk diingat-ingat.
And you will put words my these on heart your and on being your and you will tie them for a sign on hand your and they will be for marks between eyes your.
19 Ajarkanlah kepada anak-anakmu. Bicarakanlah di dalam rumah dan di luar rumah, waktu beristirahat dan waktu bekerja.
And you will teach them children your by speaking in them when sitting you in house your and when walking you on the road and when lying down you and when rising up you.
20 Tuliskanlah di tiang pintu rumahmu dan di pintu gerbangmu.
And you will write them on [the] doorposts of house your and on gates your.
21 Maka kamu dan anak-anakmu akan panjang umur di negeri yang dijanjikan TUHAN Allahmu kepada nenek moyangmu. Selama ada langit di atas bumi, selama itu pula kamu akan diam di tanah itu.
So that they may increase days your and [the] days of children your on the land which he swore Yahweh to ancestors your to give to them like [the] days of the heavens above the earth.
22 Taatilah dengan setia semua hukum yang saya sampaikan kepadamu: Cintailah TUHAN Allahmu, lakukanlah segala yang diperintahkan-Nya kepadamu, dan hendaklah kamu tetap setia kepada-Nya.
That except certainly you will keep! all the commandment this which I [am] commanding you to do it to love Yahweh God your to walk in all ways his and to cleave to him.
23 Maka TUHAN akan mengusir semua bangsa itu dari hadapanmu, dan kamu akan mendiami tanah kepunyaan bangsa-bangsa yang lebih besar dan lebih kuat daripadamu.
And he will dispossess Yahweh all the nations these from to before you and you will dispossess nations great and mighty more than you.
24 Setiap wilayah yang kamu jejaki akan menjadi milikmu. Wilayahmu terbentang dari padang gurun di selatan sampai ke Pegunungan Libanon di utara, dan dari Sungai Efrat di timur sampai ke Laut Tengah di barat.
Every place which it will tread [the] sole of foot your on it to you it will belong from the wilderness and Lebanon from the River [the] river of Euphrates and to the sea western it will be territory your.
25 Di seluruh negeri itu TUHAN Allahmu akan membuat orang-orang ketakutan terhadapmu seperti yang dijanjikan-Nya, sehingga tak seorang pun dapat menghalangi kamu.
Not he will stand anyone in faces your dread your and fear your he will put - Yahweh God your over [the] face of all the land which you will tread on it just as he spoke to you.
26 Hari ini kamu boleh memilih antara berkat dan kutuk.
See I [am] setting before you this day a blessing and a curse.
27 Kamu akan diberkati kalau taat kepada perintah-perintah TUHAN Allahmu, yang hari ini saya sampaikan kepadamu.
The blessing that you will obey [the] commandments of Yahweh God your which I [am] commanding you this day.
28 Tetapi kamu akan dikutuk kalau tidak taat kepada perintah-perintah TUHAN Allahmu, melainkan berbalik untuk menyembah ilah-ilah lain yang tidak pernah kamu sembah.
And the curse if not you will obey [the] commandments of Yahweh God your and you will turn aside from the way which I [am] commanding you this day to walk after gods other which not you have known.
29 Sesudah TUHAN Allahmu membawa kamu masuk ke negeri yang kamu diami nanti, berkat itu harus kamu ucapkan dari Gunung Gerizim dan kutuk itu dari Gunung Ebal.
And it will be that he will bring you Yahweh God your into the land where you [are] about to go there towards to take possession of it and you will set the blessing on [the] mountain of Gerizim and the curse on [the] mountain of Ebal.
30 (Kedua gunung itu terletak di sebelah barat Sungai Yordan di wilayah orang Kanaan yang tinggal di Lembah Yordan, menghadap ke barat tak jauh dari pohon-pohon tempat ibadat di More dekat kota Gilgal.)
¿ Not [are] they on [the] other side of the Jordan behind [the] direction of [the] setting of the sun in [the] land of the Canaanite[s] who is dwelling in the Arabah opposite to Gilgal beside [the] great trees of Moreh.
31 Tak lama lagi kamu menyeberangi Sungai Yordan dan menduduki tanah yang diberikan TUHAN Allahmu kepadamu. Sesudah kamu merebut tanah itu dan berdiam di situ,
For you [are] about to pass over the Jordan to go to take possession of the land which Yahweh God your [is] about to give to you and you will take possession of it and you will dwell in it.
32 kamu harus mentaati semua hukum yang saya sampaikan kepadamu hari ini."
And you will take care to observe all the statutes and the judgments which I [am] setting before you this day.
