Ulangan 10

1 "Kemudian TUHAN berkata kepada saya, 'Musa, pahatlah dua lempeng batu seperti yang pertama, dan buatlah juga sebuah peti kayu untuk tempatnya, lalu datanglah kepada-Ku di puncak gunung.

In that tyme the Lord seide to me, Hewe thou twei tablis of stoon to thee, as the formere weren; and stie thou to me `in to the hil. And thou schalt make an arke,

2 Pada batu-batu itu akan Kutulis kata-kata yang sama seperti pada batu yang sudah kaupecahkan; kemudian batu-batu itu harus kaumasukkan ke dalam peti itu.'

`ether a cofere, of tree, and Y schal write in the tablis, the wordis that weren in these tablis whiche thou brakist bifore; and thou schalt putte tho tablis in to the arke.

3 Lalu saya membuat peti dari kayu akasia dan memahat dua batu seperti yang dahulu dan membawanya ke atas gunung.

Therfor Y made an ark of the trees of Sechim, and whanne Y hadde hewe twei tablis of stoon, at the licnesse of the formere tablis, Y stiede in to the hil, and hadde the tablis in the hondis.

4 Pada batu itu TUHAN menulis Sepuluh Perintah sama dengan yang semula, yaitu perintah-perintah yang diberikan-Nya kepada kamu, ketika Ia berbicara dari tengah-tengah api pada hari kamu berkumpul di kaki gunung. Sesudah itu TUHAN memberi batu tulis itu kepada saya

And he wroot in the tablis, bi that that he `hadde writun bifore, ten wordis, whiche the Lord spak to you in the hil, fro the myddis of the fyer, whanne the puple was gaderid, and he yaf the tablis to me.

5 dan saya kembali menuruni gunung. Lalu sesuai dengan perintah TUHAN, kedua batu itu saya masukkan ke dalam peti yang telah saya buat--dan sejak saat itu sampai sekarang kedua batu tulis itu masih ada di situ."

And Y turnide ayen fro the hil, and cam doun, and puttide the tablis in to the arke which Y hadde maad, `whiche tablis ben there hidur to, as the Lord comaundide to me.

6 (Kemudian orang Israel berangkat dari sumur-sumur orang Yaakan, dan pergi ke Mosera. Di situ Harun meninggal dan dimakamkan. Eleazar anaknya menggantikan dia sebagai imam.

7 Dari situ mereka pergi ke Gudgod, lalu terus ke Yotbata, daerah yang banyak airnya.

8 Di gunung itu TUHAN mengkhususkan suku Lewi untuk mengurus Peti Perjanjian dan melayani TUHAN, serta mengucapkan berkat atas nama-Nya. Itulah tugas mereka sampai sekarang.

9 Oleh karena itu suku Lewi tidak menerima tanah pusaka seperti suku-suku lain, sebab Tuhanlah bagian warisan mereka, seperti yang dikatakan TUHAN Allahmu kepada mereka.)

For which thing Leuy hadde not part, nether possession with hise brithren, for the Lord hym silf is his possessioun, as thi Lord God bihiyte to hym.

10 "Empat puluh hari dan empat puluh malam saya tinggal di atas gunung seperti yang saya lakukan pertama kalinya. Sekali lagi TUHAN mendengarkan saya, dan Ia setuju untuk tidak membinasakan kamu.

11 Lalu Ia menyuruh saya pergi untuk memimpin kamu supaya kamu dapat memiliki tanah yang dijanjikan-Nya kepada nenek moyangmu."

And he seide to me, Go thou, and go bifor this puple, that it entre, and welde the lond which Y swoor to her fadris, that Y schulde yeue to hem.

12 "Sekarang, Saudara-saudara, perhatikanlah apa yang dituntut TUHAN Allahmu dari kamu: Hormatilah TUHAN Allahmu dan lakukanlah segala perintah-Nya. Cintailah Dia dan beribadatlah kepada-Nya dengan seluruh jiwa ragamu.

And now, Israel, what axith thi Lord God of thee, no but that thou drede thi Lord, and go in hise weies, and that thou loue hym, and serue thi Lord God in al thin herte, and in al thi soule;

13 Taatilah segala perintah TUHAN yang hari ini saya sampaikan kepadamu demi kebaikanmu sendiri.

and that thou kepe the comaundementis of thi Lord God, and the cerymonyes of hym, whiche Y comaunde to thee to dai, that it be wel to thee.

14 TUHAN Allahmu memiliki langit tertinggi; bumi pun milik-Nya beserta segala yang ada di atasnya.

Lo! heuene is of thi Lord God, and heuene of heuene; the erthe and alle thingis that ben ther ynne ben hise;

15 Tetapi kasih TUHAN kepada leluhurmu begitu besar, sehingga dari segala bangsa kamulah yang dipilih-Nya, dan sampai sekarang pun kamu umat-Nya yang terpilih.

16 Jadi mulai saat ini kamu harus taat kepada TUHAN dan janganlah berkeras kepala lagi.

17 TUHAN Allahmu ada di atas segala ilah dan melebihi segala kuasa. Ia Allah yang agung dan berkuasa yang harus ditaati. Ia tidak suka berpihak dan tidak juga menerima suap.

For youre Lord God hym silf is God of goddis, and Lord of lordis, `God greet, and miyti, and feerdful, which takith not persoone, nether yiftis.

18 Ia membela hak yatim piatu dan janda supaya mereka diperlakukan dengan adil; Ia mengasihi orang asing yang hidup bersama bangsa kita dan memberi mereka makanan dan pakaian.

He makith doom to the fadirles, and modirles, and to the widewe; he loueth a pilgrym, and yyueth to hym lyiflode and clothing.

19 Maka kamu juga harus menunjukkan kasihmu kepada orang-orang asing itu, sebab dahulu kamu pun orang asing di Mesir.

And therfor `loue ye pilgryms, for also ye weren comelyngis in the lond of Egipt.

20 Hormatilah TUHAN Allahmu dan beribadatlah kepada Dia saja. Hendaklah kamu tetap setia kepada-Nya dan bersumpah demi nama-Nya saja.

Thou schalt drede thi Lord God, and thou schalt serue hym aloone, and thou schalt cleue to hym, and thou schalt swere in his name.

21 Pujilah Dia sebab Ia Allahmu. Dengan mata kepalamu sendiri kamu telah melihat perbuatan-perbuatan hebat dan dahsyat yang dilakukan-Nya untukmu.

He is thi preisyng, and thi God, that made to thee these grete dedis, and ferdful, whiche thin iyen siyen.

22 Ketika nenek moyangmu pergi ke Mesir, jumlah mereka hanya tujuh puluh orang. Tetapi TUHAN Allahmu telah membuat jumlahmu sebanyak bintang-bintang di langit."

In seuenti men thi fadris yeden doun in to Egipt, and lo! now thi Lord God hath multiplied thee as the sterris of heuene.
