1 Isakhar mempunyai 4 anak laki-laki: Tola, Pua, Yasub dan Simron.
Issachar’s four sons were Tola, Puah, Jashub, and Shimron.
2 Tola mempunyai 6 anak laki-laki: Uzi, Refaya, Yeriel, Yahmai, Yibsam dan Samuel. Mereka adalah kepala keluarga dalam kaum Tola dan terkenal sebagai prajurit-prajurit perkasa. Pada masa Raja Daud, keturunan mereka berjumlah 22.600 orang.
Tola’s sons were Uzzi, Rephaiah, Jeriel, Jahmai, Ibsam, and Samuel (OR, Shemuel). They were all leaders of the clans [descended from] them. In the record of Tola’s descendants were the names of 22,600 men who served in the army during the time that David was the king [of Israel].
3 Uzi mempunyai seorang anak laki-laki bernama Yizrahya. Yizrahya dan keempat anaknya yang laki-laki, yaitu Mikhael, Obaja, Yoel dan Yisia adalah kepala-kepala.
Uzzi’s son was Izrahiah. Izrahiah’s five sons were Michael, Obadiah, Joel, and Isshiah. Izrahiah and his sons were all leaders of their clans.

Naphtali’s sons were Jahziel, Guni, Jezer, and Shillem. They were all descendants of [Jacob’s slave wife] Bilhah.

[This is a list of] Manasseh’s descendants. Manasseh had a slave wife who was from Syria. She was the mother of Asriel and Makir. Makir was the father of Gilead.
15 Makhir mencarikan istri untuk Hupim dan Supim. Nama istri Makhir adalah Maakha. Anak Makhir yang kedua adalah Zelafead. Zelafead tidak mempunyai anak laki-laki, hanya anak perempuan.
Makir [had two wives]. They were from the clans of Huppim and Shuppim. One of Makir’s wives was named Maacah. Another descendant [of Makir] was Zelophehad. Zelophehad [had no sons; he] had only daughters.
16 Maakha istri Makhir melahirkan dua anak laki-laki yang dinamakan Peres dan Seres; Peres mempunyai dua anak laki-laki bernama Ulam dan Rekem.
Makir’s wife Maacah gave birth to two sons whom she named Peresh and Sheresh. Sheresh’s sons were Ulam and Rakem.
17 Ulam mempunyai seorang anak laki-laki bernama Bedan. Itulah keturunan Gilead anak Makhir, cucu Manasye.
Ulam’s son was Bedan. All those [men were considered to be] descendants of Gilead, who was the son of Makir and grandson of Manasseh.
18 Saudara perempuan Gilead yang bernama Molekhet mempunyai tiga anak laki-laki: Isyhod, Abiezer dan Mahla.
Makir’s sister name was Hammoleketh who was the mother of Ishdod, Abiezer, and Mahlah.
19 Semida mempunyai 4 anak laki-laki: Ahyan, Sekhem, Likhi dan Aniam.
[One son of Gilead was] Shemida, whose sons were Ahian, Shechem, Likhi, and Aniam.
20 Efraim mempunyai tiga anak: Sutelah, Ezer dan Elad. Garis keturunan Efraim melalui Sutelah ialah Bered, Tahat, Elada, Tahat, Zabad, Sutelah. Ezer dan Elad dibunuh ketika hendak mencuri ternak penduduk asli negeri Gad.
[This is a list of] the descendants of Ephraim. One son of Ephraim’s was Shuthelah. Shuthelah’s son was Bered. Bered’s son was Tahath. Tahath’s son was Eleadah. Eleadah’s son was [also named] Tahath.
Tahath’s son was Zabad. Zabad’s son was Shuthelah. [Ephraim’s other sons, ] Ezer and Elead, went to Gath [city] to steal some cows and sheep. But they were both killed by some of the men from that city.
22 Ayah mereka berkabung berhari-hari lamanya sehingga saudara-saudaranya datang menghibur dia.
Their father Ephraim cried/mourned for them for many days, and his family came to comfort him.
23 Kemudian Efraim bersetubuh lagi dengan istrinya, lalu wanita itu mengandung dan melahirkan seorang anak laki-laki. Efraim menamakan anaknya itu Beria, karena musibah yang telah mereka alami itu.
Then he and his wife had sex [EUP] [again], and she became pregnant and gave birth to a son. Ephraim named him Beriah [which resembles the word ‘trouble’, ] because of the trouble that his family had experienced.
24 Efraim mempunyai anak perempuan yang bernama Seera. Dialah yang mendirikan kota-kota Bet-Horon Bawah dan Bet-Horon Atas, serta kota Uza dan Seera.
Ephraim’s daughter was Sheerah. Her workers built [three towns]: Lower Beth-Horon, Upper Beth-Horon, and Uzzen-Sheerah.
25 Ada lagi seorang anak laki-laki Efraim, namanya Refah. Inilah garis keturunan Refah: Resef, Telah, Tahan,
[Another] son of Ephraim was Rephah. Rephah’s son was Resheph. Resheph’s son was Telah. Telah’s son was Tahan.
26 Ladan, Amihud, Elisama,
Tahan’s son was Ladan. Ladan’s son was Ammihud. Ammihud’s son was Elishama.
27 Nun, Yosua.
Elishama’s son was Nun. Nun’s son was Joshua, [the man who led the Israelis after Moses died].

29 Keturunan Manasye menguasai kota Bet-Sean, Taanakh, Megido, Dor dan desa-desa di sekelilingnya. Itulah semua daerah tempat tinggal keturunan Yusuf anak Yakub.
Along the border of the area where the descendants of Manasseh lived were these towns: Beth-Shan, Taanach, Megiddo, and Dor, and the nearby villages. The people who lived in all those places were descendants of Jacob’s son Joseph.
30 Berikut ini adalah keturunan Asyer. Ia mempunyai 4 anak laki-laki: Yimna, Yiswa, Yiswi, Beria dan satu anak perempuan, bernama Serah.
Asher’s sons were Imnah, Ishvah, Ishvi, and Beriah. Their sister was Serah.
31 Beria mempunyai dua anak laki-laki, yaitu Heber dan Malkiel pendiri kota Birzait.
Beriah’s sons were Heber and Malkiel. Malkiel was the father of Birzaith
32 Heber mempunyai tiga anak laki-laki: Yaflet, Somer, Hotam, dan seorang anak perempuan, bernama Sua.
Heber was the father of Japhlet, Shomer, and Hotham. Their sister was Shua.
33 Yaflet juga mempunyai 3 anak laki-laki: Pasakh, Bimhab dan Asywat.
Japhlet’s sons were Pasach, Bimhal, and Ashvath.
34 Somer saudara Yaflet mempunyai 4 anak laki-laki: Ahi, Rohga, Yehuba dan Aram.
Japhlet’s [younger] brother was Shomer. Shomer’s sons were Rohgah, Hubbah, and Aram.

40 Itulah keturunan Asyer. Mereka semuanya kepala keluarga dan terkenal sebagai pahlawan-pahlawan yang perkasa dan pemimpin-pemimpin yang besar. Dalam daftar keturunan Asyer tercatat 26.000 orang laki-laki yang memenuhi syarat untuk dinas tentara.
All those men were descendants of Asher, and they were all leaders of their clans. They were brave warriors and excellent leaders. In the record of the clans that are descended from Asher are [the names of] 26,000 men who served in the army.
