1 Kalpasanna, pinaguni ti maikalima nga anghel ti trumpetana. Adda nakitak a maysa a bituen a natinnag iti daga manipud langit. Naited iti bituen ti tulbek ti ruangan nga agturong iti ruangan ti awan patinggana nga abut. (Abyssos )
And the fifth messenger sounded the trumpet, and I saw a star having fallen to the earth out of Heaven, and there was given to him the key of the pit of the abyss, (Abyssos )
2 Linukatanna ti ruangan ti awan patinggana nga abut, ket rimmuar manipud iti ruangan ti kasla adigi nga asuk, daytoy ket kasla asuk a naggapu iti dakkel nga urno. Ngimmisit ti init ken ti angin gapu iti asuk a rumrumuar iti ruangan. (Abyssos )
and [he] opened the pit of the abyss, and there came up a smoke out of the pit as smoke of a great furnace, and the sun and the air were darkened from the smoke of the pit. (Abyssos )
3 Manipud iti asuk ket adu a dudon ti immay iti daga, ken naikkanda iti pannakabalin a kas kadagiti manggagama iti daga.
And out of the smoke came forth locusts to the earth, and there was given to them authority, as scorpions of the earth have authority,
4 Nabagaanda a saanda a dadaelen dagiti ruot iti daga wenno aniaman a berde a mula wenno kayo, no di ket dagiti laeng tattao nga awan ti selio ti Dios kadagiti mugingda ti dadaelenda.
and it was said to them that they may not injure the grass of the earth, nor any green thing, nor any tree, but only the men who do not have the seal of God on their foreheads,
5 Saan a naipalubos kadakuada a patayenda dagiti tattao, ngem parigatenda laeng ida iti lima a bulan. Ti ut-ot a sagabaenda ket kas iti ut-ot a sagabaen ti maysa a tao gapu iti silud ti manggagama no siludenna ti tao.
and it was given to them that they may not kill them, but that they may be tormented five months, and their torment—as the torment of a scorpion—when it may strike a man;
6 Kadagidiay nga al-aldaw, birukento dagiti tattao ti patay, ngem saandanto a masarakan daytoy. Tarigagayandanto ti matay, ngem kasla itarayanto ida ni patay.
and in those days men will seek death and they will not find it, and they will desire to die, and death will flee from them.
7 Dagiti dudon ket aglanglanga a kasla kabalio a nakasagana a makigubat. Kadagiti uloda ket adda banag a kasla korona a balitok ken dagiti rupada ket kasla rupa dagiti tattao.
And the likenesses of the locusts—like to horses made ready to battle, and on their heads [something] as garlands like gold, and their faces as faces of men,
8 Addaanda iti buok a kas iti buok dagiti babbai ken dagiti ngipenda ket kasla ngipen dagiti leon.
and they had hair as hair of women, and their teeth were as [those] of lions,
9 Addaanda kadagiti kalasag iti barukongda a kasla landok a kalasag ken ti uni dagiti payakda ket kasla uni a pinartuat dagiti adu a karwahe ken dagiti kabalio nga agtartaray a mapan iti paggugubatan.
and they had breastplates as breastplates of iron, and the noise of their wings—as the noise of chariots of many horses running to battle;
10 Addaanda kadagiti ipus nga addaan silud a kas kadagiti manggagama; adda kadagiti ipusda ti pannakabael a mangdangran kadagiti tattao iti lima a bulan.
and they have tails like to scorpions, and stings were in their tails; and their authority [is] to injure men five months;
11 Ti anghel ti awan patinggana nga abot iti mangiturturay kadakuada kas arida. Ti naganna iti Hebreo ket Abaddon, ken iti Griego, ti naganna ket Apolion. (Abyssos )
and they have over them a king—the messenger of the abyss—a name [is] to him in Hebrew, Abaddon, and in the Greek he has a name, Apollyon. (Abyssos )
12 Ti umuna a nakabutbuteng a didigra ket nalpasen. Agsiput! Kalpasan daytoy ket adda pay dua a didigra nga umay.
The first woe went forth, behold, there yet come two woes after these things.
13 Pinaguni ti maikainnem nga anghel ti trumpetana, ket nakangngegak iti timek manipud kadagiti sara ti balitok nga altar nga adda iti sangoanan ti Dios.
And the sixth messenger sounded the trumpet, and I heard a voice out of the four horns of the altar of gold that is before God,
14 Kinuna ti timek iti maikainnem nga anghel a mangig-iggem iti trumpeta, “Wayawayaam dagiti uppat nga anghel a nakagalut idiay dakkel a Karayan Eufrates.”
saying to the sixth messenger who had the trumpet, “Loose the four messengers who are bound at the great river Euphrates”;
15 Dagiti uppat nga anghel a naiasagana para iti dayta nga oras, dayta nga aldaw, dayta a bulan, ken dayta a tawen, ket nawayawayaan tapno papatayenda ti apagkatlo ti sangkataoan.
and the four messengers were loosed, who have been made ready for the hour, and day, and month, and year, that they may kill the third of mankind;
16 Ti bilang dagiti soldado a nakakabalio ket dua gasut a miliones. Nangngegko ti bilangda.
and the number of the forces of the horsemen—twice ten thousand ten thousands, and I heard the number of them.
17 Kastoy iti pannakakitak kadagiti kabalio iti sirmatak ken kadagiti nakasakay kadakuada: Dagiti kalasag kadagiti barukongda ket umap-apuy a nalabaga ti marisna, nalitem nga asul, ken immasufre nga amarilio. Dagiti ulo dagiti kabalio ket kaas-asping dagiti ulo dagiti leon, ken manipud kadagiti ngiwatda ket rumrummuar ti apuy, asuk, ken asufre.
And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and those sitting on them, having breastplates of fire, and jacinth, and brimstone; and the heads of the horses [are] as heads of lions, and out of their mouths proceed fire, and smoke, and brimstone;
18 Ti apagkatlo dagiti tattao ket napapatay babaen kadagitoy a tallo a didigra: ti apuy, asuk, ken asufre a rimmuar kadagiti ngiwatda.
by these three plagues the third of mankind was killed, from the fire, and from the smoke, and from the brimstone, that is proceeding out of their mouths,
19 Ta ti pannakabalin dagiti kabalio ket adda kadagiti ngiwatda ken kadagiti ipusda-ta dagiti ipusda ket kasla la uleg, ken addaanda kadagiti ulo nga isu ti usarenda a mangsugat kadagiti tattao.
for the power of the horses are in their mouth, and in their tails, for their tails [are] like serpents, having heads, and they injure with them.
20 Dagiti nabati iti sangkataoan, dagidiay saan a napapatay babaen kadagitoy a didigra ket saanda a nagbabawi kadagiti aramid a naaramidanda, wenno nagsardeng iti panagrukrukbabda kadagiti demonio ken didiosen a balitok, pirak, tanso, bato ken kayo-banbanag a saan a makakita, makangngeg wenno makapagna.
And the rest of mankind, who were not killed in these plagues, neither converted from the works of their hands, that they may not worship the demons, and idols, those of gold, and those of silver, and those of brass, and those of stone, and those of wood, that are neither able to see, nor to hear, nor to walk,
21 Saanda pay a nagbabawian dagiti panagpatpatayda, panagsalamangkada, kinaderrepda wenno iti panagtaktakaw a wagasda.
and they did not convert from their murders, nor from their sorceries, nor from their whoredoms, nor from their thefts.
