1 Maysa kadagiti pito nga anghel nga addaan kadagiti pito a malukong ket immay ken imbagana kaniak, “Umayka, ipakitakto kenka ti pannakadusa ti naindaklan a balangkantis a nakatugaw kadagiti danum,
And one of the seven messengers who had the seven bowls came, and spake with me, saying—Hither! I will point out to thee the judgment of the great harlot, who sitteth upon many waters,
2 a nakikamalalaan dagiti ari iti daga, ken nagbalin a nabartek iti arak ti kinaderrepna dagiti agnanaed iti daga.”
with whom the kings of the earth committed lewdness, —and they who were dwelling upon the earth were made drunk with the wine of her lewdness.
3 Iti Espiritu, binagkatnak ti anghel ket impannak iti let-ang, ken adda nakitak a babai a nakatugaw iti nalabbaga a narungsot nga animal a napnoan kadagiti mananglais a nagan. Ti narungsot nga animal ket addaan kadagiti pito nga ulo ken sangapulo a sara.
And he carried me away into a desert, in spirit. And I saw a woman, sitting upon a scarlet wild-beast full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.
4 Ti babai ket nakakawes iti lila ken nalabaga ken naarkosan iti balitok, kadagiti napapateg a bato, ken kadagiti perlas. Ig-iggamanna ti balitok a kopa a napunno kadagiti agkakarugit a banbanag ken ti kinarugit ti kinaderrepna.
And, the woman, was arrayed with purple and scarlet, and decked with gold and precious stone and pearls, —having a cup of gold in her hand, full of abominations and the impurities of her lewdness;
5 Nakasurat iti mugingna ti nagan nga adda nalimed a kaipapananna: “TI NAINDAKLAN A BABILONIA, TI INA DAGITI BALANGKANTIS KEN DAGITI AMIN A NARURUGIT A BANBANAG ITI DAGA.”
and, upon her forehead, a name written, a secret: Babylon the great, the Mother of the Harlots and of the Abominations of the earth.
6 Nakitak a ti babai ket nabartek kadagiti dara dagiti namati ken kadagiti dara dagiti natay gapu kenni Jesus. Idi nakitak isuna, kasta unay iti siddaaw ko.
And I saw the woman, drunk with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the witnesses of Jesus. And I was astonished, when I beheld her, with great astonishment.
7 Ngem kinuna ti anghel kaniak, “Apay ta nagsiddaawka? Ilawlawagko kenka ti kaipapanan ti babai ken ti narungsot nga animal a nagsakayanna (ti narungsot nga animal nga addaan kadagiti pito nga ulo ken sangapulo a sara).
And the messenger said unto me—Wherefore wast thou astonished? I, will tell thee the secret of the woman, and of the wild-beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and the ten horns.
8 Ti narungsot nga animal a nakitam ket adda idi, ngem awan itan, ngem dandanin a rumuar manipud iti uneg ti awan patinggana nga abut ken mapanen isuna iti pannakadadael. Kadagiti agnanaed iti daga, kadagiti saan a naisurat ti nagana iti libro ti biag manipud iti pannakaparsua ti lubong, masdaawdanto inton makitada ti narungsot nga animal nga adda idi, ngem awan itan, ngem umay iti mabiit. (Abyssos g12)
The wild-beast which thou sawest, was, and is not, and is about to come up out of the abyss, and into, destruction, goeth away. And they who are dwelling upon the earth whose name is not written upon the book of life from the foundation of the world, will be astonished, when they see the wild-beast, because it was, and is not, and shall be present. (Abyssos g12)
9 Kasapulan ditoy ti panunot nga addaan kinasirib. Dagiti pito nga ulo ket dagiti pito a turod a pagtugtugawan ti babai.
Here, is the mind that hath wisdom. The seven heads, are, seven mountains, whereupon the woman sitteth;
10 Isuda met laeng dagiti pito nga ari. Awanen dagiti lima nga ari, ken adda pay laeng ti maysa, ken ti maysa ket saan pay nga immay; inton umay, agtalinaed laeng isuna iti apagbiit.
and they are, seven kings: the five, have fallen, the one, is, the other, hath not yet come; and, whensoever he shall come, a little while, must he remain,
11 Ti narungsot nga animal a nakitam nga adda idi, ngem awan itan, ket isuna met laeng ti maikawalo nga ari; ngem maysa isuna kadagidiay pito nga ari, ket mapan isuna iti panakadadael.
and the wild-beast which was and is not. And he, is an eighth, and is, of the seven, —and, into destruction, goeth away.
12 Ti sangapulo a sara a nakitam ket ti sangapulo nga ari a saan pay na immawat iti pagarian, ngem ummawatdanto iti turay a kas kadagiti ari iti maysa nga oras a kaduadanto ti narungsot nga animal.
And, the ten horns which thou sawest, are, ten kings, —who, indeed, have not received, sovereignty, as yet, but, authority, as kings, for one hour, shall receive, with the wild-beast.
13 Dagitoy ket sangsangkamaysa ti panunotda, ken itedda dagiti panakabalinda ken turay iti narungsot nga animal.
These, have, one mind, and, their power and authority, unto the wild-beast, they give.
14 Makigubatdanto a maibusor iti Kordero. Ngem parmekento ida ti Kordero gapu ta isuna ti Apo dagiti apo ken Ari dagiti ari—ket kaduana dagiti naayaban, dagiti napili, ken dagiti napudno.”
These, with the Lamb, will make war; and, the Lamb, will overcome them, because he is, Lord of lords, and King of kings, —and, they who are with him, are called and chosen and faithful.
15 Kinuna ti anghel kaniak, “Dagiti danum a nakitam a nagtugawan ti balangkantis ket dagiti tattao, adu a tattao, dagiti pagilian, ken dagiti pagsasao.
And he saith unto me—The waters which thou sawest, where the harlot sitteth, are, peoples and multitudes, and nations and tongues.
16 Dagiti sangapulo a sara a nakitam—isuda ken ti narungsot nga animal ket guraendanto ti balangkantis. Pagladingitendanto isuna ken pagbalinenda a lamulamo, sakmalendanto ti lasagna ken puorandanto a naan-anay.
And the ten horns which thou sawest, and the wild-beast, these, shall hate the harlot, and, desolate, shall make her, and naked, and, her flesh, shall they eat, and, herself, shall they burn up with fire.
17 Ta inkabil ti Dios daytoy kadagiti pusoda tapno ipatungpalda ti panggepna babaen iti iyaannamungna nga ited ti panakabalinda a mangituray iti narungsot nga animal agingga a matungpal dagiti sasao ti Dios.
For, God, hath put into their hearts, to do his mind, and to do one mind, —and to give their sovereignty unto the wild-beast, until the words of God shall be completed.
18 Ti babai a nakitam ket ti naindaklan a siudad a mangiturturay kadagiti ari iti daga.
And, the woman whom thou sawest, is the great city, which hath sovereignty over the kings of the earth.
