< Dagiti Salmo 92 >

1 Nasayaat iti agyaman kenni Yahweh ken iti agkanta iti pammadayaw iti naganmo, O Kangangatoan,
Yahweh, it is good for people to thank you and to sing to praise you [MTY] who are greater than any other god.
2 ti mangiwaragawag iti kinapudnom ti tulagmo iti agsapa ken iti kinapudnom iti rinabii,
It is good to proclaim every morning that you faithfully love us, and each night [to sing songs that] declare that you always do what you have promised to do,
3 a mabuyogan iti arpa nga addaan iti sangapulo a kwerdas ken ti makaay-ayo nga uni ti lira.
accompanied by [musicians playing] harps that have ten strings, and by the sounds made by a lyre.
4 Ta sika O Yahweh, pinaragsaknak babaen kadagiti aramidmo. Agkantaak a sirarag-o gapu kadagiti aramid dagiti imam.
Yahweh, you have caused me to be glad; I sing joyfully because of what you [SYN] have done.
5 Anian a naindaklan dagiti aramidmo, O Yahweh! Nauneg unay dagiti kapanunotam.
Yahweh, the things that you do are great! But it is difficult for us to understand [all] that you think.
6 Saan nga ammo ti naranggas a tao, wenno saan a maawatan ti maag daytoy:
There are things [that you do] that foolish people cannot know about, things that stupid people cannot understand.
7 No agtubo ti nadangkes a kasla iti ruot, ken uray rumang-ay amin nga agar-aramid iti kinadakes, naikeddengda latta iti agnanayon a pannakadadael.
They do not understand that although the number of wicked [people] increases [like blades of] grass do [SIM], and they prosper, they will be completely destroyed.
8 Ngem agnanayon nga agturayka O Yahweh.
But Yahweh, you [will] exalted/be honored/rule) forever.
9 Pudno, kitaem dagiti kabusormo, O Yahweh; naiwarawara amin dagiti agar-aramid iti kinadakes.
Yahweh, your enemies will [certainly] die, and those who do wicked things will be defeated/scattered.
10 Impangatom ti sarak a kas kadagiti sara iti toro a baka; napulotanak iti barbaro a lana.
But you have caused me to be as strong [MTY] as [SIM] a wild ox; you have caused me to be very joyful [MTY].
11 Nakitak ti pannakatnag dagiti kabusorko; nangngegko ti pannakadusa dagiti managdakdakes a kabusorko.
I [SYN] have seen you defeat my enemies; d I have heard those evil men wail/scream while they were being slaughtered.
12 Lumangto dagiti nalinteg a kas kadagiti kayo ti palma; dumakkelda a kas iti sedro ti Libano.
But righteous [people] will prosper like [SIM] palm trees that grow well, or like [SIM] cedar [trees] that grow in Lebanon.
13 Naimulada iti balay ni Yahweh; lumangtoda kadagiti paraangan ti Diostayo.
[They are like the trees] that grow near the temple of Yahweh [in Jerusalem], those trees that are close to the courtyard of the temple of our God.
14 Agbungada uray nataengandan; agtalinaedda a nalangto ken maris bulong,
[Even] when righteous people become old, they do many things [IDM] [that please God]. They remain strong and full of energy, [like trees that] [MET] remain full of sap.
15 tapno maiwaragawag a nalinteg ni Yahweh. Kasla dakkel a bato a pakatalgedak, ken awan ti kinakillo kenkuana.
That shows that Yahweh is just; he is [like a huge] rock [under which I am safe/protected], and he never does anything that is wicked/wrong.
