Dagiti Salmo 91
1 Siasinoman nga agnaed iti salinong ti Kangangatoan ket agtalinaed iti aniniwan ti Mannakabalin-amin.
O thou that dwellest in the covert of the Most High, and abidest in the shadow of the Almighty;
2 Ibagakto kenni Yahweh, “Isuna ti salinong ken pagkamangak, Diosko a pagtalkak.”
I will say of the LORD, who is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust,
3 Ta ispalennakanto manipud iti silo ti mangnganup ken manipud iti makapatay a didigra.
That He will deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.
4 Sallukobannakanto kadagiti payakna ken makasarakkanto ti pagkamangan kadagiti salinong ti payakna. Ti kinamalekna ket kalasag ken salaknib.
He will cover thee with His pinions, and under His wings shalt thou take refuge; His truth is a shield and a buckler.
5 Saankanto a mabuteng iti mangbutbuteng iti rabii, wenno iti sumiag a pana iti aldaw,
Thou shalt not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flieth by day;
6 wenno iti didigra nga agraraira iti kasipngetan, wenno ti sakit a dumteng iti tengnga ti aldaw.
Of the pestilence that walketh in darkness, nor of the destruction that wasteth at noonday.
7 Sangaribu ti mabalin a matuang iti sikigam ken sangapulo a ribu iti makannawan nga imam, ngem saandakanto a maan-ano.
A thousand may fall at Thy side, and ten thousand at Thy right hand; it shall not come nigh thee.
8 Mapaliiwmonto laeng ken makitamto ti pannusa dagiti nadangkes.
Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold, and see the recompense of the wicked.
9 Ta ni Yahweh ti salinongko. Pagbalinem met a salinongmo ti Kangangatoan.
For thou hast made the LORD who is my refuge, even the Most High, thy habitation.
10 Awanto ti dakes a makauna kenka; awanto ti panagsagaba a makaasideg iti pagtaengam.
There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy tent.
11 Ta iturongnanto dagiti anghelesna a mangsalaknib kenka, a mangaywan kenka iti sadinoman a papanam.
For He will give His angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.
12 Itag-aydakanto kadagiti imada tapno saanka a maikaglis ket matnag iti bato.
They shall bear thee upon their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.
13 Iridismonto dagti leon ken dagiti nagita nga uleg; ibaddekmonto dagiti urbon a leon ken dagiti uleg.
Thou shalt tread upon the lion and asp; the young lion and the serpent shalt thou trample under feet.
14 Gapu ta ipangpangrunanak, tulongakto isuna. Salaknibakto isuna gapu ta napudno isuna kaniak.
'Because he hath set his love upon Me, therefore will I deliver him; I will set him on high, because he hath known My name.
15 Inton umawag kaniak, sungbatakto isuna. Addaakto kenkuana iti pannakariribukna; itedkonto kenkuana ti balligi ken padayawakto isuna.
He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will rescue him, and bring him to honour.
16 Pennekekto isuna iti atiddog a panagbiag ken ipakitakto kenkuana ti panangisalakanko.
With long life will I satisfy him, and make Him to behold My salvation.'
