< Dagiti Salmo 76 >
1 Inyam-ammo ti Dios ti bagina idiay Juda; naindaklan ti naganna idiay Israel.
“To the chief musician on Neginoth, a psalm or song of Assaph.” In Judah hath God been made known: in Israel is his name great.
2 Ti toldana ket adda idiay Salem; ti pagnanaedanna ket adda idiay Sion.
And in Salem was his tabernacle made, and his dwelling-place in Zion.
3 Sadiay, pinirdina dagiti pana ti bai, ti kalasag, ti kampilan, ken dagiti dadduma nga armas a pakigubat. (Selah)
There broke he the shining arrows of the bow, shield, and sword, and battle. (Selah)
4 Kasta unay ti panagranraniagmo ken ipakpakitam ti dayagmo, iti isasalogmo iti kabanbantayan a nangpatayam kadagiti biktimam.
Thou art more brilliant, more excellent than the mountains [full] of prey.
5 Nasamsam dagiti banag nga adda kadagiti natured; nagurnosen dagiti sakada. Awanen ti gawayda dagiti amin a mannakigubat.
Bereft of reason are the stouthearted, they slumber their sleep: and none of the men of might have found [the use of] their hands.
6 Iti panagungetmo, O Dios ni Jacob, agpadan a nagurnos dagiti saka ti kumakabalio ken ti kabalio.
From thy rebuke, O God of Jacob, lie in deep sleep both chariot and horse.
7 Sika, wen sika, ket rumbeng a pagbutngan; siasino ti makabael nga agtakder iti sangoanam no makaungetka?
Thou—thou art to be feared: and who may stand in thy sight when once thy anger [is kindled]?
8 Naggapu iti langit ti panangukommo; nagbuteng ken nagulimek ti daga.
From heaven hast thou caused [thy] sentence to be heard: the earth feared, and became still,
9 Timmakderka O Dios a mangikeddeng ken mangisalakan kadagiti amin a naidadanes iti daga. (Selah)
When God rose to judgment, to save all the lowly of the earth. (Selah)
10 Awan dua-dua nga idaydayawdaka dagidiay a tattao gapu iti nakaro a panangukommo. Naan-anay nga ipakpakitam ti pungtotmo.
For the fury of man shall praise thee: the remainder of the fury wilt thou gird about thee.
11 Agkarikayo kenni Yahweh a Diosyo ken tungpalenyo dagitoy. Mangiyeg koma kadagiti sagut dagiti amin a nanglawlaw kenkuana, kenkuana a rumbeng a pagbutngan.
Make vows, and pay [them] unto the Lord your God, all ye that are round about him: let men bring presents unto him that exciteth fear.
12 Pagpakumbabaennanto ti espiritu dagiti prinsipe; pagbutbutngan isuna dagiti ari iti daga.
He will cut down the spirit of the powerful: he is terrible to the kings of the earth.
