< Dagiti Salmo 59 >
1 Diosko, ispalennak kadagiti kabusorko, ikabilnak iti nangato nga adayo kadagiti bumusor kaniak.
For the Chief Musician. To the tune of “Do Not Destroy.” A poem by David, when Saul sent, and they watched the house to kill him. Deliver me from my enemies, my God. Set me on high from those who rise up against me.
2 Salaknibannak kadagiti managdakdakes, ken isalakannak kadagiti lallaki a mawaw ti dara.
Deliver me from the workers of iniquity. Save me from the bloodthirsty men.
3 Ta kitaem, agur-urayda a mangsaneb tapno kettelenda ti biagko. Aguummong dagiti nabibileg a managdakdakes a maibusor kaniak, ngem saan a gapu iti panaglabsingko wenno basolko, O Yahweh.
For, behold, they lie in wait for my soul. The mighty gather themselves together against me, not for my disobedience, nor for my sin, LORD.
4 Agsagsaganada a mangkamat kaniak uray no awan ti biddutko; agriingka, tulongannak ket kitaem.
I have done no wrong, yet they are ready to attack me. Rise up, behold, and help me!
5 Sika, O Yahweh a Dios a Mannakabalin, ti Dios ti Israel, bumangonka ket dusaem amin dagiti nasion, saanmo a kaasian dagiti nadangkes a managbasol. (Selah)
You, LORD God of Hosts, the God of Israel, rouse yourself to punish the nations. Show no mercy to the wicked traitors. (Selah)
6 Agsublida iti rabii, agtataguobda a kasla aso ken likmutenda iti siudad.
They return at evening, howling like dogs, and prowl around the city.
7 Kitaem, agtabbaawda; adda kampilan kadagiti bibigda, ta kunkunaenda “Siasino ti makangngeg kadatayo?”
Behold, they spew with their mouth. Swords are in their lips, “For”, they say, “who hears us?”
8 Ngem katawaam ida O Yahweh, tenglem dagiti amin a nasion iti pannakaumsi.
But you, LORD, laugh at them. You scoff at all the nations.
9 O Dios, a pigsak, ipangagkanto; sika ti nangato a torrek.
Oh, my Strength, I watch for you, for God is my high tower.
10 Isalakannakto ti Diosko babaen iti kinapudnona iti tulagna; ipakitanto ti Dios kaniak ti tartarigagayak kadagiti kabusorko.
My God will go before me with his loving kindness. God will let me look at my enemies in triumph.
11 Saanmo ida a papatayen, ta amangan no manglipat dagiti tattaok. Warawaraem ida babaen iti pannakabalinmo ken dadaelem ida, O Apo a salaknibmi.
Don’t kill them, or my people may forget. Scatter them by your power, and bring them down, Lord our shield.
12 Gapu kadagiti basol dagiti ngiwatda ken dagiti ibalikas dagiti bibigda, bay-am a matiliwda gapu iti kinapannakelda, ken kadagiti lunod ken inu-ulbod nga iyeb-ebkasda.
For the sin of their mouth, and the words of their lips, let them be caught in their pride, for the curses and lies which they utter.
13 Dadaelem ida iti pungtotmo, dadaelem ida tapno mapukawda; Ipakaammom kadakuada nga agturturay ti Dios kenni Jacob ken iti amin a daga. (Selah)
Consume them in wrath. Consume them, and they will be no more. Let them know that God rules in Jacob, to the ends of the earth. (Selah)
14 Iti rabii pagsubliem ida, pagtaguobem ida a kasla aso a mangliklikmut iti siudad.
At evening let them return. Let them howl like a dog, and go around the city.
15 Agsursordanto nga agbiruk ti makan ken agpatpatnag nga agurayda no saanda a napnek.
They shall wander up and down for food, and wait all night if they aren’t satisfied.
16 Ngem agkantaakto iti maipapan iti bilegmo; ta sika ti nangato a torrek ken pagkamangak iti aldaw ti panagkapsutko.
But I will sing of your strength. Yes, I will sing aloud of your loving kindness in the morning. For you have been my high tower, a refuge in the day of my distress.
17 Sika ti pigsak, agkantaak kadagiti pagdaydayaw; ta ti Dios ti nangato a torrek, ti Dios a napudno iti tulag.
To you, my strength, I will sing praises. For God is my high tower, the God of my mercy.
