< Dagiti Salmo 52 >
1 Apay a pagpannakkelmo ti agar-aramid iti riribuk, sika a maingel a tao? Inaldaw nga umay ti kinapudno ti Dios iti tulagna.
“To the chief musician, a Maskil of David, When Doeg the Edomite came and told Saul, and said unto him, David is come to the house of Achimelech.” What vauntest thou thyself of wickedness, O mighty man? the kindness of God endureth all the time.
2 Pannakadadael ti panggep ti dilam a kasla iti maysa a natadem a labahas, a mangal-allilaw.
Thy tongue deviseth mischiefs, like a sharpened razor, thou worker of deceit.
3 Ad-adda nga ay-ayatem ti dakes ngem iti naimbag ken agul-ulbodka imbes ketdi nga agsao iti kinapudno. (Selah)
Thou lovest evil more than good; falsehood more than speaking righteousness. (Selah)
4 Paga-ayatmo dagiti sao a mangalun-on kadagiti sabali, sika a manangallilaw a dila.
Thou lovest all words of destruction, the tongue of deceit.
5 Dadaelennakanto ti Dios iti agnanayon; alaennakanto ken rabsutennaka manipud iti toldam ken parutennaka iti daga dagiti sibibiag. (Selah)
[Therefore] God will also destroy thee for ever: he will take thee away, and pluck thee out of his tent, and root thee out of the land of life. (Selah)
6 Makitanto met daytoy dagiti nalinteg ken agbutengda; katawaandanto isuna ken kunaenda,
And the righteous shall see it, and they will be afraid, and laugh concerning him:
7 “Kitaenyo, daytoy ti tao a saan a ti Dios ti kamangna ngem nagtalek iti kinawadwad dagiti kinabaknangna ken pinatalgedanna ti bagina iti kinadangkesna.”
“Lo, this is the man that made not God his fortress; but trusted in the abundance of his riches, relied proudly on his mischievous wickedness.”
8 Ngem no maipapan kaniak, kaslaak la iti maysa a nalangto a kayo ti olibo iti balay ti Dios; agtalekak iti kinapudno ti tulag ti Dios iti agnanayon nga awan patinggana.
But I am like a green olive-tree in the house of God: I trust in the kindness of God for ever and ever.
9 O Dios agyamanak kenka iti agnanayon, gapu kadagiti banbanag nga inaramidmo. Mangnamnamaak iti naganmo, ta naimbag daytoy, iti sangoanan dagiti napudno kenka.
I will thank thee for ever, because thou hast done it: and I will wait on thy name, for [it is] good, before thy pious ones.
