< Dagiti Salmo 51 >

1 Kaasianak, O Dios, gapu iti kinapudnom; gapu iti kinawadwad ti kaasim, punasem dagiti nagbasolak.
To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David, when Nathan the prophet came to him, after he had gone in to Bath-sheba. Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy loving-kindness: according to the multitude of thy tender mercies, blot out my transgressions.
2 Ugasannak a naan-anay manipud iti kinadakesko ken dalusannak iti nagbasolak.
Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.
3 Ta ammok dagiti nagbasolak, ken adda a kanayon iti sangoanak ti basolko.
For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin [is] ever before me.
4 Nagbasolak kenka, sika laeng ti nagbasolak ken nagaramidak ti dakes iti imatangmo; hustoka tunggal agsaoka; nalinteg iti panangukommo.
Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done [this] evil in thy sight: that thou mayest be justified when thou speakest, [and] be clear when thou judgest.
5 Kitaem, naiyanakak iti kinadakes; sipud pay inyinawnak ti inak, nagbasolakon.
Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.
6 Kitaem, tarigagayam ti kinapudno iti pusok; iti pusok impakaammom kaniak ti kinasirib.
Behold, thou desirest truth in the inward parts: and in the hidden [part] thou shalt make me to know wisdom.
7 Pasin-awennak babaen iti hisopo, ket dumalusakto; ugasannak, ket napudpudawakto ngem iti niebe.
Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.
8 Ipangngegmo kaniak ti rag-o ken ragsak tapno agrag-oda dagiti tulang a tinukkolmo.
Make me to hear joy and gladness; [that] the bones [which] thou hast broken may rejoice.
9 Ilemmengmo ti rupam manipud kadagiti basolko ken punasem amin dagiti kinadakesko.
Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all my iniquities.
10 Parsuaem kaniak, O Dios, ti nadalus a puso ken ikkannak iti baro ken napudno nga espiritu.
Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.
11 Saannak a papanawen iti imatangmo, ken dimo ipanaw kaniak ti Espiritu Santom.
Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.
12 Isublim kaniak ti ragsak iti panangisalakanmo, ken ikkannak iti natulnog nga espiritu.
Restore to me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me [with thy] free spirit.
13 Ket isurokto dagiti bilinmo kadagiti managbasol, ken agsublidanto kenka.
[Then] will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted to thee.
14 Pakawanennak gapu iti nagayus a dara, O Dios iti pannakaisalakanko, ken ipukkawkonto ti rag-o ti kinalintegmo.
Deliver me from blood-guiltiness, O God, thou God of my salvation: [and] my tongue shall sing aloud of thy righteousness.
15 O Apo, luktam ti bibigko, ken ibalikas ti ngiwatko iti pannakaidaydayawmo.
O LORD, open thou my lips; and my mouth shall show forth thy praise.
16 Dimo kayat dagiti daton a sacrificio, ta no kayatmo koma, isuda ti idatonko; dika met maay-ayo iti daton a maipuor.
For thou desirest not sacrifice: else would I give [it]: thou delightest not in burnt-offering.
17 Dagiti daton iti Dios ket dagiti napakumbaba nga espiritu. Sika, O Dios, ti saanto a mangumsi iti napakumbaba ken nagbabawi a puso.
The sacrifices of God [are] a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.
18 Kaasiam ti Sion ket tulongam; bangonem manen dagiti bakud ti Jerusalem.
Do good in thy good pleasure to Zion: build thou the walls of Jerusalem.
19 Ket maragsakankanto kadagiti daton iti kinalinteg, kadagiti daton a maipuor ken kadagiti daton a maipuor amin; kalpasanna, mangidatonto dagiti tattaomi kadagiti kalakian a baka iti rabaw ti altarmo.
Then shalt thou be pleased with the sacrifices of righteousness, with burnt-offering and whole burnt-offering: then shall they offer bullocks upon thy altar.
