Dagiti Salmo 149

1 Idaydayawyo ni Yahweh. Kantaanyo ni Yahweh iti baro a kanta; ikantayo ti pammadayaw kenkuana iti taripnong dagiti napudno.

Praise ye the LORD! Sing unto the LORD a new song; His praise in the assembly of the godly!

2 Agrag-o koma ti Israel kenkuana a nangaramid kadakuada a maysa a nasion; agrag-o koma dagiti tattao ti Sion iti arida.

Let Israel rejoice in him that made him; Let the sons of Zion be joyful in their king!

3 Idaydayawda koma ti naganna babaen iti salsala; agkantada koma kadagiti pammadayaw kenkuana babaen ti pandereta ken arpa.

Let them praise his name in the dance; Let them praise him with the timbrel and harp!

4 Ta maragragsakan ni Yahweh kadagiti tattaona; itagtag-ayna ti napakumbaba babaen iti panangisalakanna kadakuada.

For the LORD taketh pleasure in his people; He will beautify the distressed with salvation.

5 Agdayawdayaw koma dagiti nadiosan iti balligi; agkankantada koma nga addaan rag-o kadagiti pagiddaanda.

Let the godly-rejoice in their glory; Let them shout for joy upon their beds!

6 Adda koma kadagiti ngiwatda dagiti pammadayaw iti Dios ken kampilan nga agsinnumbangir ti tademna kadagiti imada tapno

Let the praises of God be in their mouth, And a two-edged sword in their hand,

7 agibales kadagiti nasion ken agtignay ti panangdusa kadagiti tattao.

To execute vengeance upon the nations, And punishment upon the peoples!

8 Rimpongenda kadagiti kadena dagiti ar-arida ken kadagiti kawar a landok dagiti opisial.

To bind their kings with chains. And their nobles with fetters of iron;

9 Ipatungpalda ti panangukom a naisurat. Agbalinto a pammadayaw daytoy kadagiti amin a napudno kenkuana. Idaydayawyo ni Yahweh.

To execute upon them the sentence which is written: This honor have all his godly ones. Praise ye the LORD!
