< Dagiti Salmo 122 >

1 Naragsakanak idi kinunada kaniak, “Mapantayo iti balay ni Yahweh.”
A song for pilgrims going up to Jerusalem. A psalm of David. I was so happy when they said to me, “Let's go the house of the Lord.”
2 Agtaktakder dagiti sakami iti uneg dagiti ruanganmo, O Jerusalem.
Now we're standing inside your gates, Jerusalem!
3 Naibangon ti Jerusalem a kas iti siudad a sangsangkamaysa a nagi-innasideg.
Jerusalem is built as a city where people can be together.
4 Simmang-at dagiti tribu sadiay, dagiti tribu ni Yahweh, a kas linteg iti Israel nga agyaman iti nagan ni Yahweh.
All the tribes—the tribes of the Lord—go up there, following the command given to Israel to give thanks to the Lord.
5 Nakatugaw kadagiti trono sadiay dagiti mangidadaulo, tapno mangngeddeng iti sangkabalayan ni David.
This is where the thrones are placed, where judgment is given, the thrones of the house of David.
6 Ikararagyo ti kappia ti Jerusalem! Rumang-ay dagiti agayat kenka.
Pray that Jerusalem may be at peace. May everyone who loves Jerusalem be kept safe.
7 Adda koma iti kappia iti uneg dagiti padermo ken kinarang-ay iti uneg dagiti torem.
May there be peace within your walls, and safety within your fortresses.
8 Gapu kadagiti kakabsat ken kakaduak, ibagak ita, “Adda koma iti kappia iti kaunggam.”
On behalf of my family and friends, I will now say, “May you be at peace.”
9 Gapu iti balay ni Yahweh a Diostayo, ikararagko iti pagimbagam.
On behalf of the house of the Lord our God, I pray that everything goes well for you.
