Nehemias 11

And the rulers of the people dwelt at Jerusalem: and the rest of the people cast lots, to bring one of every ten to dwell in Jerusalem the holy city, and the nine parts to [remain] in the [other] cities.

2 Ket binendisionan dagiti tattao dagiti amin a nagdisnudo nga agnaed idiay Jerusalem.

And the people blessed all the men, that offered themselves voluntarily to dwell at Jerusalem.

3 Dagitoy dagiti opisial ti probinsia a nagnaed idiay Jerusalem. Nupay kasta, nagnaed dagiti tattao iti bukodda a daga idiay Juda, agraman dagiti dadduma nga Israelita, dagiti papadi, dagiti Levita, dagiti agserserbi iti templo, ken dagiti kaputotan dagiti adipen ni Solomon.

Now these are the chiefs of the province that dwelt in Jerusalem; but in the cities of Judah dwelt every one in his possession in their cities, [to wit, ] Israel, the priests, and the Levites, and the temple-servants, and the children of Solomon's servants.

And at Jerusalem dwelt certain of the children of Judah, and of the children of Benjamin. Of the children of Judah: 'Athayah the son of 'Uzziyah, the son of Zechariah, the son of Amaryah, the son of Shephatyah, the son of Mahalalel, of the children of Perez:

And these are the sons of Benjamin: Sallu the son of Meshullam, the son of Jo'ed, the son of Pedayah, the son of Kolayah, the son of Ma'asseyah, the son of Ithiel, the son of Jessha'yah;

8 Ken simmaruno kenkuana, da Gabbai ken Sallai, aminda ket 928 a lallaki.

And next to him Gabbai, Sallai; nine hundred twenty and eight.

And Joel the son of Zichri was overseer over them; and Judah the son of Hassenuah was second over the city.

10 Manipud kadagiti padi: Ni Jedaias nga anak ni Joyarib, Jakin,

Of the priests: Jedayah the son of Joyarib, Jachin:

11 ni Seraias a putot ni Hilkias a putot ni Mesullam a putot ni Zadok a putot ni Merayot a putot ni Ahitub, a mangiturturay iti balay ti Dios,

Serayah the son of Chilkiyah, the son of Meshullam, the son of Zadok, the son of Merayoth, the son of Achitub, the superintendent of the house of God;

12 ken dagiti katulonganda a mangar-aramid iti trabaho dagiti tribu, 822 a lallaki karaman ni Adaias a putot ni Jeroham a putot ni Pelalias a putot ni Amzi a putot ni Zecarias a putot Pashur a putot ni Malkija.

And their brethren who did the work of the house, eight hundred twenty and two; and 'Adayah the son of Jerocham, the son of Pelalyah, the son of Amzi, the son of Zechariah, the son of Pashchur, the son of Malkiyah;

13 Ken adda katulonganna a 242 a lallaki a mangidadaulo kadagiti pamilia, ken ni Amasai a putot ni Azarel a putot ni Azai a putot Mesillemot a putot ni Immer,

And his brethren, chiefs of the divisions, two hundred forty and two; and 'Amashsai the son of 'Azarel, the son of Achsai, the son of Meshillemoth, the son of Immer;

14 ken dagiti kakabsatda a natutured a makirangranget, 128 ti bilangda; ti mangidadaulo kadakuada ket ni Zabdiel a putot ni Haggedolim.

And their brethren, mighty men of valor, one hundred twenty and eight; and the overseer over them was Zabdiel, the son of Haggedolim.

15 Ken dagiti naggapu kadagiti Levita: Ni Semaias a putot ni Hassub a putot ni Azrikam a putot ni Hasabias a putot ni Bunni,

Also of the Levites: Shema'yah the son of Chasshub, the son of 'Azrikam, the son of Chashabyah, the son of Bunni;

16 ken da Sabbetai ken Josabad, a nagtaud kadagiti pangulo dagiti Levita a nadutokan nga agtrabaho iti ruar ti balay ti Dios.

And Shabbethai and Jozabad, of the chiefs of the Levites, had the oversight of the outward business of the house of God;

17 Ni Mattanias a putot ni Mica a putot ni Zabdi, a kaputotan ni Asaf, ti nangidaulo iti panagyaman babaen iti kararag, ken ni Bakbukias, ti maikadua kadagiti katulonganna, ken ni Abda a putot ni Sammua a putot ni Galal a putot ni Jedutun.

And Matthaniah the son of Micha, the son of Zabdi, the son of Assaph, the principal to begin the thanksgiving at prayer; and Bakbukyah the second among his brethren and 'Abda the son of Shammua', the son of Galal, the son of Jeduthun.

18 Amin a Levita nga adda iti nasantoan a siudad ket 284.

All the Levites in the holy city were two hundred eighty and four.

19 Dagiti guardia ti ruangan: da Akkub, Talmon, ken dagiti katulonganda a mangbanbantay kadagiti ruangan, 172 a lallaki.

And the gatekeepers, Akkub, Talmon and their brethren that watched at the gates, were one hundred seventy and two.

20 Ken dagiti nabati nga Israelita, dagiti padi ken dagiti Levita ket adda kadagiti amin nga il-ili ti Juda. Nagnaed ti tunggal maysa iti bukodna a tawid a daga.

And the residue of Israel, of the priests, and the Levites, were in all the cities of Judah, every one in his inheritance.

21 Nagnaed idiay Ofel dagiti trabahador ti templo, ket da Siha ken Gispa ti mangidadaulo kadakuada.

But the temple-servants dwelt in the hill-fort; and Zicha and Gishpa were over the temple-servants.

22 Ti kapitan dagiti Levita nga agserserbi idiay Jerusalem ket ni Uzzi a putot ni Bani a putot ni Hasabaias a putot ni Mattanias a putot ni Mica, a nagtaud kadagiti kaputotan ni Asaf a kumakanta a mangidadaulo iti trabaho iti balay ti Dios.

And the overseer of the Levites at Jerusalem was 'Uzzi the son of Bani, the son of Chashabyah, the son of Matthanyah, the son of Micha, one of the sons of Assaph, the singers, over the business of the house of God.

23 Binilin ida ti ari ket mait-ited ti nainget a bilin kadagiti kumakanta iti inaldaw.

For the king's command was obligatory on them; and there was a fixed rate for the singers, the requirement of every day on its day.

24 Ken ni Petahias a putot ni Mesezabel, a kaputotan ni Zera a putot ni Juda, ket adda a kanayon iti abay ti ari iti amin a banag maipapan kadagiti tattao.

And Pethachyah the son of Meshezabel, of the children of Zerach the son of Judah, was at the king's hand in every thing concerning the people.

25 No maipapan kadagiti barrio ken kadagiti talonda, nagnaed dagiti dadduma a tattao ti Juda idiay Kiriat Arba ken kadagiti barrio daytoy, idiay Dibon ken kadagiti barrio daytoy, ken idiay Jekabseel ken kadagiti bario daytoy.

And respecting the villages with their fields, some of the children of Judah dwelt at Kiryath-arba' and in its villages, and at Dibon and in its villages, and at Jekabzeel and in its villages.

26 Nagnaedda pay idiay Jesua, Molada, Bet Pelet,

And at Jeshua', and at Moladah, and at Beth-phelet,

27 Hazarsual, ken Beerseba ken kadagiti barrio daytoy.

And at Chazar-shu'al, and at Beer-sheba' and in its villages,

And at Ziklag, and at Mechonah and in its villages,

29 Enrimmon, Zora, Jarmut,

And at 'En-rimmon, and at Zor'ah, and at Yarmuth,

30 Zanoa, Adullam ken kadagiti barioda, idiay Lakis kadagiti talonna ken idiay Azeka ken kadagiti bariona. Nagnaedda ngarud manipud Beerseba agingga iti tanap ti Hinnom.

Zanoach, 'Adullam, and in their villages, at Lachish and its fields, at 'Azekah and in its villages. And they dwelt from Beer-sheba' as far as the valley of Hinnom.

31 Nagnaed met dagiti tattao a nataud iti Benjamin idiay Geba, Mikmas, Aija, ken idiay Betel ken kadagiti bariona.

And the children of Benjamin [dwelt], beginning from Geba', at Michmash, and 'Ay-ya, and Beth-el, and in their villages,

32 Nagnaedda pay idiay Anatot, Nob, Ananias,

'Anathoth, Nob, 'Ananyah,

33 Hasor, Rama, Gittaim,

Chazor, Ramah, Gittayim.

34 Hadad, Zeboim, Neballat,

Chadid, Zebo'im, Neballat,

35 Lod, ken Ono, ti tanap dagiti agparpartuat.

Lod, and Ono, the valley of the carpenters.

36 Dagiti dadduma a Levita a nagnaed idiay Juda ket naibaon a makipagnaed kadagiti tattao ti Benjamin.

And of the Levites dwelt certain divisions in Judah, and in Benjamin.
