< Mateo 20 >

1 Ta ti pagarian ti langit ket maiyarig iti maysa a makinkukua iti daga, a nasapa a rimmuar iti bigbigat a mapan manangdan kadagiti trabahador para iti kaubasanna.
For the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which went out early in the morning to hire labourers into his vineyard.
2 Kalpasan a nakitulag isuna kadagiti trabahador iti maysa a denario tunggal aldaw, imbaonna ida iti kaubasanna.
And when he had agreed with the labourers for a penny a day, he sent them into his vineyard.
3 Rimmuar manen isuna idi dandanin maikatallo nga oras ket addda nakitana a dadduma pay a trabahador nga agtaktakder laeng iti pagtagtagilakoan.
And he went out about the third hour, and saw others standing idle in the marketplace,
4 Kinunana kadakuada, 'Uray dakayo, mapankayo idiay kaubasan, ket no ania ti rumbeng itedko kadakayo.' Napanda ngarud nagtrabaho.
And said unto them; Go ye also into the vineyard, and whatsoever is right I will give you. And they went their way.
5 Rimmuar manen isuna idi agarup maikainnem nga oras ken idi maikasiam nga oras, ket isu met laeng iti inaramidna.
Again he went out about the sixth and ninth hour, and did likewise.
6 Maminsan pay iti agarup maikasangapulo ket maysa nga oras, rimmuar isuna ket adda pay dadduma a nakitana nga agtaktakder nga awan ar-aramidenna. Kinunana kadakuada, 'Apay nga agtaktakderkayo laeng ditoy iti agmalmalem nga awan iti ar-aramidenyo?'
And about the eleventh hour he went out, and found others standing idle, and saith unto them, Why stand ye here all the day idle?
7 Kinunada kenkuana, 'Gapu ta awan ti manangdan kadakami.' Kinunana kadakuada, ‘Mapankayo met iti kaubasan.'
They say unto him, Because no man hath hired us. He saith unto them, Go ye also into the vineyard; and whatsoever is right, that shall ye receive.
8 Idi rumabiin, kinuna ti makinkukua iti kaubasan iti katalekna, 'Ayabam dagiti trabahador ket itedmo ti tangdanda, manipud kadagiti naudi agingga iti immun-una.'
So when even was come, the lord of the vineyard saith unto his steward, Call the labourers, and give them their hire, beginning from the last unto the first.
9 Idi immasideg dagiti trabahador a natangdanan nga immay idi maikasangapulo ket maysa nga oras, nakaawat iti tunggal maysa kadakuada iti maysa a denario.
And when they came that were hired about the eleventh hour, they received every man a penny.
10 Idi immasideg dagiti immuna a trabahador, namnamaenda a makaawatda iti dakdakkel, ngem isu met laeng a maysa a denario ti naawat ti tunggal maysa kadakuada.
But when the first came, they supposed that they should have received more; and they likewise received every man a penny.
11 Idi naawatdan dagiti tangdanda, nagririda iti makinkukua.
And when they had received it, they murmured against the goodman of the house,
12 Kinunada, 'Dagitoy naudi a trabahador ket maysa nga oras laeng ti panagtrabahoda, ngem impadam isuda kadakami, dakami a nagtrabaho iti agmalem ken nangsagrap iti makasinit a pudot.'
Saying, These last have wrought but one hour, and thou hast made them equal unto us, which have borne the burden and heat of the day.
13 Ngem simmungbat ti makinkukua ket kinunana iti maysa kadakuada, 'Gayyem, awan ti naaramidko a biddut kadakayo. Saan kadi nga immanamongkayo a matangdanan iti maysa a denario?
But he answered one of them, and said, Friend, I do thee no wrong: didst not thou agree with me for a penny?
14 Awatenyo ti para kadakayo ket mapankayon. Pakaragsakak ti mangted kadagitoy naudi a natangdanan a trabahador kas iti intedko kadakayo.
Take that thine is, and go thy way: I will give unto this last, even as unto thee.
15 Awananak kadi iti karbengan a mangaramid iti aniaman a kayatko kadagiti kukuak?
Is it not lawful for me to do what I will with mine own? Is thine eye evil, because I am good?
16 Wenno umapalka ta managitedak?' Ngarud umunanto dagiti maudi ket dagiti umuna, maudi.”
So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen.
17 Idi sumangsang-at ni Jesus idiay Jerusalem, inyadayona bassit dagiti Sangapulo ket dua, ket iti dalan kinunana kadakuada,
And Jesus going up to Jerusalem took the twelve disciples apart in the way, and said unto them,
18 “Kitaenyo, sumang-attayo iti Jerusalem, ket maiyawatto ti Anak ti Tao kadagiti panguloen a papadi ken kadagiti eskriba. Kedngandanto isuna iti ipapatay
Behold, we go up to Jerusalem; and the Son of man shall be betrayed unto the chief priests and unto the scribes, and they shall condemn him to death,
19 sada iyawat kadagiti Hentil tapno laisenda, saplitanda, ken ilansada isuna iti krus. Ngem mapagungarto iti maikatlo nga aldaw.”
And shall deliver him to the Gentiles to mock, and to scourge, and to crucify him: and the third day he shall rise again.
20 Ket immasideg kenni Jesus ti ina dagiti annak a lalaki ni Zebedeo a kaduana dagiti annakna a lallaki. Nagdumog isuna iti sangoananna ket nagkiddaw iti maysa a banag manipud kenkuana.
Then came to him the mother of Zebedee’s children with her sons, worshipping him, and desiring a certain thing of him.
21 Kinuna ni Jesus kenkuana, “Ania ti kiddawmo?” Kinuna ti babai kenkuana, “Ibilinmo a dagitoy dua nga annakko a lalaki ket agtugaw koma, maysa iti makannawan nga imam, ken maysa iti makannigid nga imam, idiay pagariam.”
And he said unto her, What wilt thou? She saith unto him, Grant that these my two sons may sit, the one on thy right hand, and the other on the left, in thy kingdom.
22 Ngem simmungbat ni Jesus ket kinunana, “Saanyo nga ammo ti kidkiddawenyo. Kabaelanyo kadi nga inumen ti kopa nga inumekto iti mabiit?” Kinunada kenkuana, “Wen kabaelanmi.”
But Jesus answered and said, Ye know not what ye ask. Are ye able to drink of the cup that I shall drink of, and to be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with? They say unto him, We are able.
23 Kinunana kadakuada “Pudno nga inumenyonto ti kopak. Ngem ti agtugaw iti makannawan nga imak ken iti makannigidko ket saan a siak ti mangited, ngem maipaay daytoy kadagiti nangisaganaan ni Amak.”
And he saith unto them, Ye shall drink indeed of my cup, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with: but to sit on my right hand, and on my left, is not mine to give, but it shall be given to them for whom it is prepared of my Father.
24 Idi nanggeg dagiti sangapulo nga adalan daytoy, nakaungetda iti dua nga agkabsat.
And when the ten heard it, they were moved with indignation against the two brethren.
25 Ngem inayaban ida ni Jesus ket kinunana, “Ammoyo kadi a dagiti mangidadaulo kadagiti Hentil ket tengtenglenda ida, ken dagiti napapateg a tattaoda ket ar-aramatenda ti turay nga adda kadakuada.
But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Ye know that the princes of the Gentiles exercise dominion over them, and they that are great exercise authority upon them.
26 Ngem saan a rumbeng a kastoy ti mapasamak kadakayo. Ngem ketdi, siasinoman nga agtarigagay nga agbalin a natan-ok kadakayo, ket masapul nga agbalin nga adipenyo.
But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister;
27 Ken siasinoman nga agtarigagay nga umuna kadakayo masapul nga agbalin nga adipenyo,
And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant:
28 kas met iti Anak ti Tao, saan nga immay ditoy tapno pagserbian no diket tapno agserbi, ken tapno itedna ti biagna kas subbot iti kaaduan.”
Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.
29 Idi pimmanawda sadiay Jerico, simmurot ti adu a tattao kenkuana.
And as they departed from Jericho, a great multitude followed him.
30 Ket adda dua a bulsek nga agtugtugaw iti igid ti dalan. Idi mangngegda a lumablabas ni Jesus, impukkawda, “Apo, Anak ni David, maasika kadakami.”
And, behold, two blind men sitting by the way side, when they heard that Jesus passed by, cried out, saying, Have mercy on us, O Lord, thou Son of David.
31 Ngem tinubngar ida dagiti adu a tattao, ken binagaanda ida nga agulimekda. Ngem inyad-addada ketdi nga impukkaw, “Apo, Anak ni David, maasika kadakami.”
And the multitude rebuked them, because they should hold their peace: but they cried the more, saying, Have mercy on us, O Lord, thou Son of David.
32 Ket nagsardeng ni Jesus iti pannagnana ket nagsao kadakuada, “Ania ti kalkalikagumanyo nga aramidek kadakayo?”
And Jesus stood still, and called them, and said, What will ye that I shall do unto you?
33 Kinunada kenkuana, “Apo, malukatan koma dagiti matami.”
They say unto him, Lord, that our eyes may be opened.
34 Ket gapu ta nakarikna ni Jesus iti asi, sinagidna dagiti matada. Insigida a naawatda ti pannakakitada ket simmurotda kenkuana.
So Jesus had compassion on them, and touched their eyes: and immediately their eyes received sight, and they followed him.
