< Marcos 5 >

1 Dimmanonda iti ballasiw ti dan-aw, iti rehion dagiti Geraseno.
And they came over unto the other side of the sea, into the country of the Gadarenes.
2 Ket kabayatan a dumdumsaag ni Jesus iti bangka, dagus a sinabat isuna iti maysa a lalaki a linuganan iti narugit nga espiritu. Naggapu daytoy a lalaki iti ayan dagiti tanem.
And when he was come out of the ship, immediately there met him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit,
3 Agnanaed ti lalaki kadagiti pagitantaneman. Awan pulos ti makabael a manglapped kenkuana, uray pay babaen iti kawar.
Who had [his] dwelling among the tombs; and no man could bind him, no, not with chains:
4 Nakawaran isuna iti namin-adu ken naposasan dagiti saksakana. Pinugsatna dagiti kadena, ken nalettat dagiti posasna. Awan ti uray siasinoman a napigsa a makaparukma kenkuana.
Because that he had been often bound with fetters and chains, and the chains had been plucked asunder by him, and the fetters broken in pieces: neither could any [man] tame him.
5 Tunggal rabii ken aldaw, agik-ikkis isuna ken sugsugatenna ti bagbagina babaen iti natatadem a batbato kadagiti tantanem ken kadagiti banbantay.
And always, night and day, he was in the mountains, and in the tombs, crying, and cutting himself with stones.
6 Idi nakitana ni Jesus manipud iti adayo, nagtaray isuna a napan kenkuana ket nagparintumeng iti sangoananna.
But when he saw Jesus afar off, he ran and worshipped him,
7 Impukkawna iti nakapigpigsa, “Ania iti pakibiyangak kenka, Jesus, Anak ti Kangatoan a Dios? Agpakaasiak kenka babaen iti Dios mismo, dinak koma pagtuoken.”
And cried with a loud voice, and said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, [thou] Son of the most high God? I adjure thee by God, that thou torment me not.
8 Ta imbagan ni Jesus kenkuana, “Rummuarka iti lalaki, sika a narugit nga espiritu.”
For he said unto him, Come out of the man, [thou] unclean spirit.
9 Ket sinaludsod ni Jesus kenkuana, “Ania ti naganmo?” Ket insungbatna, “Armada ti naganko, ta nagadukami.”
And he asked him, What [is] thy name? And he answered, saying, My name [is] Legion: for we are many.
10 Namin-adu a nagpakpakaasi isuna a saanna nga ibaon isuda a rummuar iti rehion.
And he besought him much that he would not send them away out of the country.
11 Ita, adda dakkel nga arban dagiti baboy a mangmangan iti turod
Now there was there nigh unto the mountains a great herd of swine feeding.
12 ket nagpakpakaasida kenkuana, a kunada, “Ibaonnakami kadagiti baboy; palubosannakami koma a sumrek kadakuada.”
And all the devils besought him, saying, Send us into the swine, that we may enter into them.
13 Pinalubosanna ngarud ida: rimmuar dagiti narugit nga espiritu ket simrekda kadagiti baboy, ket nagdardaras dagitoy a simmalog iti turod ket nagturongda iti dan-aw. Adda iti agarup dua ribu a baboy a nalmes iti dan-aw.
And forthwith Jesus gave them leave. And the unclean spirits went out, and entered into the swine: and the herd ran violently down a steep place into the sea, (they were about two thousand; ) and were choked in the sea.
14 Ket dagiti lallaki a mangpakpakan kadagiti baboy, nagtatarayda ken impakaammoda idiay siudad ken idiay away ti napasamak. Iti kasta, adu a tattao ti rimmuar a mangkita iti napasamak.
And they that fed the swine fled, and told [it] in the city, and in the country. And they went out to see what it was that was done.
15 Ket dimtengda iti ayan ni Jesus, ken nakitada ti lalaki a tinengngel dagiti demonio – ti addaan iti Armada- nga agtugtugaw, sikakawes, ken nalimbong ti panunotna – ket nagbuteng dagiti tattao.
And they come to Jesus, and see him that was possessed with the devil, and had the legion, sitting, and clothed, and in his right mind: and they were afraid.
16 Imbaga dagidiay nakakita iti napasamak iti lalaki a tinengngel dagiti demonio kadagiti immay ti napasamak kenkuana, ken imbagada pay ti maipanggep kadagiti baboy.
And they that saw [it] told them how it befell to him that was possessed with the devil, and [also] concerning the swine.
17 Ket nagpakaasi dagidiay a tattao kenni Jesus a panawanna ti rehionda.
And they began to pray him to depart out of their coasts.
18 Ket idi aglugluganen ni Jesus iti bangka, nagpakpakaasi ti lalaki a tinengngel idi iti demonio a sumurot koma isuna kenni Jesus.
And when he was come into the ship, he that had been possessed with the devil prayed him that he might be with him.
19 Saan nga implabuso daytoy ni Jesus, ngem kinunana kenkuana, “Mapanka iti balaymo ken kadagiti tattaom, ket ibagam kadakuada no ania ti inaramid ti Apo para kenka, ken no kasano iti panangaasina kenka.”
Howbeit Jesus suffered him not, but saith unto him, Go home to thy friends, and tell them how great things the Lord hath done for thee, and hath had compassion on thee.
20 Isu a pimmanaw ti lalaki ket inrugina nga inwaragawag idiay Decapolis dagiti nakakaskasdaaw a banbanag nga inaramid ni Jesus para kenkuana, ket nasdaawda amin.
And he departed, and began to publish in Decapolis how great things Jesus had done for him: and all [men] did marvel.
21 Ket idi nakaballasiw manen ni Jesus a nagsubli iti bangir, babaen iti bangka, nakaad-adu a tattao ti naummong iti aglawlawna, bayat iti kaaddana iti igid ti dan-aw.
And when Jesus was passed over again by ship unto the other side, much people gathered unto him: and he was nigh unto the sea.
22 Maysa kadagiti mangidadaulo iti sinagoga, a managan Jairo, ti immay, ket idi nakitana ni Jesus, nagparintumeng isuna iti sakaananna.
And, behold, there cometh one of the rulers of the synagogue, Jairus by name; and when he saw him, he fell at his feet,
23 Inulit-ulitna ti nagpakaasi, kinuna, “Ngannganin matay ti ubingko a babai. Agpakaasiak kenka, umayka ket ipataymo dagiti imam kenkuana tapno umimbag isuna ket agbiag.”
And besought him greatly, saying, My little daughter lieth at the point of death: [I pray thee], come and lay thy hands on her, that she may be healed; and she shall live.
24 Kimmuyog ngarud ni Jesus kenkuana ket adu a tattao iti simmurot kenkuana, ket agdidinnuronda iti aglawlawna.
And [Jesus] went with him; and much people followed him, and thronged him.
25 Ita adda babai nga agpadpadara iti sangapulo ket dua a tawen.
And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years,
26 Adu unay ti sinagabana iti ima ti adu a mangngagas ken nabusbosna aminen a kuartana. Ngem awan iti aniaman a nakatulong kenkuana, kimmarkaro pay ketdi.
And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse,
27 Nakangkangngegen isuna iti damdamag maipanggep kenni Jesus, isu a napan isuna iti likudan ni Jesus, kabayatan a magmagna isuna iti ayan dagiti adu a tattao. Ket sinagidna ti kagay ni Jesus.
When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment.
28 Ta kinunana, “No masagidko laeng ti badona, umimbagak.”
For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole.
29 Idi sinagidna isuna, nagsardeng ti panagpadpadarana, ket nariknana iti bagina nga immimbagen isuna manipud iti panagsagsagabana.
And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague.
30 Ket dagus met a narikna ni Jesus nga adda rimmuar a pannakabalin manipud kenkuana. Ket simmango isuna kadagiti adu a tattao ket dinamagna, “Siasino ti nangsagid iti kawesko?”
And Jesus, immediately knowing in himself that virtue had gone out of him, turned him about in the press, and said, Who touched my clothes?
31 Kinuna dagiti adalanna kenkuana, “Makitam dagitoy adu a tattao nga aglilinnetlet iti aglawlawmo, ket ibagam, 'Siasino ti nangsagid kaniak?'”
And his disciples said unto him, Thou seest the multitude thronging thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me?
32 Ngem inwaras ni Jesus ti panagkitana tapno kitaenna no siasino ti nangaramid iti dayta.
And he looked round about to see her that had done this thing.
33 Ammo iti babai no ania ti napasamak kenkuana, isu a nagbuteng ket agpigpigerger. Immasideg ken nagparintumeng isuna iti sangoanan ni Jesus ken imbagana kenkuana ti pudno a napasamak.
But the woman fearing and trembling, knowing what was done in her, came and fell down before him, and told him all the truth.
34 Kinuna ni Jesus kenkuana, “Anak a babai, pinaimbagnaka ti pammatim. Mapanka nga addaan talna ken umimbagkan manipud iti sakitmo.”
And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague.
35 Kabayatan nga agsasao isuna kenkuana, adda dagiti tattaonga immay manipud iti balay ti mangidadaulo iti sinagoga, kunada, “Natayen ti anakmo a babai. Apay pay laeng a singaem ti manursuro?”
While he yet spake, there came from the ruler of the synagogue’s [house certain] which said, Thy daughter is dead: why troublest thou the Master any further?
36 Ngem idi nangngeg ni Jesus ti kinunada, kinuna iti mangidadaulo iti sinagoga, “Saanka nga agbuteng. Mamatika laeng.”
As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, he saith unto the ruler of the synagogue, Be not afraid, only believe.
37 Awan ti dadduma a pinalubosanna a kumuyog kenkuana, malaksid kada Pedro, Santiago ken Juan, a kabsat a lalaki ni Santiago.
And he suffered no man to follow him, save Peter, and James, and John the brother of James.
38 Dimtengda iti balay ti mangidadaulo iti sinagoga ket nakitana nga kumaribuso dagiti tattao, agsasangit ken agdungdung-awda.
And he cometh to the house of the ruler of the synagogue, and seeth the tumult, and them that wept and wailed greatly.
39 Idi simrek isuna iti balay, kinunana kadakuada, “Apay a maladingitankayo ken apay nga agsasangitkayo? Saan a natay ti ubing, no di ket matmaturog laeng.”
And when he was come in, he saith unto them, Why make ye this ado, and weep? the damsel is not dead, but sleepeth.
40 Kinatawaanda isuna. Ngem pinaruarna amin ida ket inkuyogna ti ama ken ina ti ubing ken dagiti kakaduana a napan iti siled nga ayan ti ubing.
And they laughed him to scorn. But when he had put them all out, he taketh the father and the mother of the damsel, and them that were with him, and entereth in where the damsel was lying.
41 Innalana ti ima ti ubing ket kinunana kenkuana, “Talita kum,” ti kayatna a sawen ket, “Ubing a babai, ibagak kenka, bumangonka.”
And he took the damsel by the hand, and said unto her, Talitha cumi; which is, being interpreted, Damsel, I say unto thee, arise.
42 Dagus a bimmangon ti ubing ket nagna (ta sangapulo ket dua ti tawenna). Kasta unay ti siddaaw dagiti tattao.
And straightway the damsel arose, and walked; for she was [of the age] of twelve years. And they were astonished with a great astonishment.
43 Siiinget nga imbilinna kadakuada nga awan koma ti uray siasinoman a makaammo iti maipanggep iti daytoy. Ket imbagana kadakuada nga ikkanda isuna iti makan.
And he charged them straitly that no man should know it; and commanded that something should be given her to eat.
