< Lucas 10 >
1 Itatta, kalpasan dagitoy nga banbanag, nangdutok ti Apo iti pitopulo a dadduma pay, ket imbaonna ida a sagdudua nga umuna iti kada siudad ken lugar nga panggepna mismo nga papanan.
Now after these things, the Lord also appointed seventy others, and sent them two by two ahead of him into every city and place where he was about to come.
2 Kinunana kadakuada, “Nagadu iti maapit, ngem bassit dagiti trabahador. Ngarud, darasenyo a mangikararag iti Apo ti panagapit, tapno mangibaon iti adu nga trabahador iti panagapitna.
Then he said to them, “The harvest is indeed plentiful, but the labourers are few. Pray therefore to the Lord of the harvest, that he may send out labourers into his harvest.
3 Mapankayon iti dalanyo. Kitaenyo, ibaonkayo a kas kadagiti kordero iti nagtetengngaan dagiti lobo.
Go your ways. Behold, I send you out as lambs amongst wolves.
4 Saan kayo nga mangitugot iti kuarta, kambong, wenno sandalyas, ken saan kayo nga kumablaaw iti siasinoman iti dalan.
Carry no purse, nor wallet, nor sandals. Greet no one on the way.
5 Iti sadinoman nga balay a sumrekanyo, ibagayo nga umuna, 'Kapia koma ti maadda iti daytoy nga balay.'
Into whatever house you enter, first say, ‘Peace be to this house.’
6 No adda ti tao iti kapia sadiay, mapan kenkuana dayta nga kapiayo, ngem no awan, agsubli kadakayo.
If a son of peace is there, your peace will rest on him; but if not, it will return to you.
7 Agtalinaed kayo iti dayta nga balay, ket kanen ken inumenyo ti aniaman nga idasarda, agsipud ta iti trabahador ket adda karbenganna iti tangdanna. Saan kayo nga agbalaybalay.
Remain in that same house, eating and drinking the things they give, for the labourer is worthy of his wages. Don’t go from house to house.
8 Sadinoman nga siudad a sumrekanyo, ket awaten dakayo, kanenyo no ania ti maidasar kadakayo,
Into whatever city you enter and they receive you, eat the things that are set before you.
9 ken paimbagenyo dagiti masakit nga adda sadiay. Ibagayo kadakuada, 'Ti pagarian ti Dios ket immasidegen kadakayo.'
Heal the sick who are there and tell them, ‘God’s Kingdom has come near to you.’
10 Ngem sadinoman nga siudad a sumrekanyo, ket saan dakayo nga awaten, rumuar kayo kadagiti kalkalsadana ket ibagayo,
But into whatever city you enter and they don’t receive you, go out into its streets and say,
11 'Uray pay dagiti tapok nga nagtaud iti siudadyo nga dimket kadagiti saksakami ket punasenmi a maibusor kadakayo! Ngem ammuenyo daytoy: Ti pagarian ti Dios ket immasidegen.'
‘Even the dust from your city that clings to us, we wipe off against you. Nevertheless know this, that God’s Kingdom has come near to you.’
12 Ibagak kadakayo nga inton dumteng ti aldaw ti panagukom, ad-adda nga maibturan pay iti para iti Sodoma ngem para iti dayta nga siudad.
I tell you, it will be more tolerable in that day for Sodom than for that city.
13 Asika pay, Corazin! Asika pay, Betsaida! No dagiti nakaskasdaaw nga aramid nga naaramid kadakayo ket naaramid sadiay Tiro ken Sidon, nagbabawida koman idi pay laeng, a nakatugaw iti sako ken dapdapo.
“Woe to you, Chorazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! For if the mighty works had been done in Tyre and Sidon which were done in you, they would have repented long ago, sitting in sackcloth and ashes.
14 Ngem ad-adda nga maibturan pay iti para iti Tiro ken Sidon inton pannakaukom ngem iti para kadakayo.
But it will be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon in the judgement than for you.
15 Sika, Capernaum, panpanunotem kadi nga maitan-okka idiay langit? Saan, maipababa kanto nga maipan idiay hades. (Hadēs )
You, Capernaum, who are exalted to heaven, will be brought down to Sheol. (Hadēs )
16 Iti dumdumngeg kadakayo ket dumdumngeg met kaniak; ket iti manglaksid kadakayo ket linaksidnak met; ket iti manglaksid kaniak, linaksidna ti nangibaon kaniak.”
Whoever listens to you listens to me, and whoever rejects you rejects me. Whoever rejects me rejects him who sent me.”
17 Dagiti pitopulo ket nagsubli a siraragsak, kunada, “Apo, uray dagiti demonio ket nagpaituray kadakami babaen iti naganmo.”
The seventy returned with joy, saying, “Lord, even the demons are subject to us in your name!”
18 Kinuna ni Hesus kadakuada, “Binuybuyak ti pannakatinnag ni Satanas a kas kimat a naggapo idiay langit.
He said to them, “I saw Satan having fallen like lightning from heaven.
19 Kitaenyo, intedko kadakayo iti turay nga mangpayat kadagiti uleg ken manggagama, ken mangituray kadagiti amin nga pannakabalin ti kabusor, ket awan ti makadangran kadakayo iti uray aniaman nga wagas.
Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you.
20 Uray no kasta, saan kayo nga agragsak iti daytoy laeng, a dagiti espiritu ket nagpaituray kadakayo, ngem ad-adda pay nga agragsak kayo ta naikitikiten dagiti nagnaganyo sadi langit.”
Nevertheless, don’t rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.”
21 Iti dayta met laeng nga kanito, kasta launay ti ragsakna iti Espiritu Santo, ket kinunana, “Daydayawen ka, O Ama, Apo iti langit ken daga, gapu ta inlimed mo dagitoy nga banbanag kadagiti nasirib ken addaan pannakaawat, ket impakaammom dagitoy kadagiti saan nga nasuruan, kas kadagiti ubbing nga babassit. Wen, Ama, ta daytoy ket makaay-ayo iti imatang mo.”
In that same hour, Yeshua rejoiced in the Holy Spirit, and said, “I thank you, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that you have hidden these things from the wise and understanding, and revealed them to little children. Yes, Father, for so it was well-pleasing in your sight.”
22 “Amin nga banbanag ket naitalek kaniak manipud ken ni Amak, ket awan makaammo no siasino ti Anak no di laeng ti Ama, ken awan makaammo no siasino ti Ama no di laeng ti Anak, ken iti siasinoman a kayat ti Anak nga pangipakaammoan kenkuana.”
Turning to the disciples, he said, “All things have been delivered to me by my Father. No one knows who the Son is, except the Father, and who the Father is, except the Son, and he to whomever the Son desires to reveal him.”
23 Simmango kadagiti adalanna, kinunana kadakuada laeng, “Nabendisionan dagiti makakita kadagiti banbanag nga nakitayo.
Turning to the disciples, he said privately, “Blessed are the eyes which see the things that you see,
24 Ibagak kadakayo nga adu a propeta ken ar-ari nga nangtarigagay nga makakita kadagiti banbanag nga makitkitayo, ngem saanda nga nakita dagidiay, ken mangngegan dagiti banbanag nga mangmangngegyo, ngem saanda nga nangngegan dagidiay.”
for I tell you that many prophets and kings desired to see the things which you see, and didn’t see them, and to hear the things which you hear, and didn’t hear them.”
25 Pagammoan, maysa a manursuro iti linlinteg dagiti Hudio ti timmakder ket pinadasna isuna, kinunana, “Manursuro, ania ti aramidek tapno matawidko ti biag nga agnanayon?” (aiōnios )
Behold, a certain Torah scholar stood up and tested him, saying, “Rabbi, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?” (aiōnios )
26 Kinuna ni Hesus kenkuana, “Ania ti naisurat iti linteg? Kasanu ti panangbasam iti dayta?”
He said to him, “What is written in the Torah? How do you read it?”
27 Simmungbat, ket kinunana, “Masapul nga ayatem ti Apo a Dios mo iti amin a pusom, iti amin a kararuam, iti amin a pigsam, ken iti amin a panunot mo, ken iti kaarrubam a kas iti bagim.”
He answered, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind; and your neighbour as yourself.”
28 Ket kinuna ni Hesus kenkuana, “Kusto dayta insungbatmo. Aramidem daytoy, ket agbiagka.”
He said to him, “You have answered correctly. Do this, and you will live.”
29 Ngem ti manursuro, iti panangtarigagayna nga ikalintegan iti bagina, kinunana ken ni Hesus, “Ket siasino ti kaarrubak?”
But he, desiring to justify himself, asked Yeshua, “Who is my neighbour?”
30 Simmungbat ni Hesus nga kunana, “Adda tao nga sumalsalog manipud Jerusalem nga mapan idiay Jerico. Nasalawna dagiti agtatakaw, nga isu ti nangala kadagiti amin nga adda kenkuana, ken kinabkabilda, ken imbatida nga agbugbugsot.
Yeshua answered, “A certain man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and he fell amongst robbers, who both stripped him and beat him, and departed, leaving him half dead.
31 Nairanrana met nga sumalsalog iti dayta nga dalan ti maysa nga padi, ket idi nakitana isuna, linabsanna a nagna iti bangir ti dalan.
By chance a certain priest was going down that way. When he saw him, he passed by on the other side.
32 Kasta met ti maysa a Levita, idi nakadanun iti dayta a lugar ket nakitana ti lalaki, linabsanna a nagna iti bangir ti dalan.
In the same way a Levite also, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side.
33 Ngem adda maysa a Samaritano, kabayatan ti panagdalyasatna, dimteng iti ayanna. Idi nakitana isuna, natignay isuna a naasian.
But a certain Samaritan, as he travelled, came where he was. When he saw him, he was moved with compassion,
34 Inasitganna ken binaredbedanna dagiti sugsugatna nga sinapsappoanna iti lana ken arak dagitoy. Insakayna iti bukodna nga ayup, sana impan iti balay a pagdadagusan, ken inaywananna isuna.
came to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. He set him on his own animal, brought him to an inn, and took care of him.
35 Iti summaruno nga aldaw, nangiruar isuna iti dua nga denario ket intedna iti agpadpadagus, ken kinunana, 'Aywanam isuna, ken aniaman a sobra a magastom, inton agsubliak, bayadankanto.'
On the next day, when he departed, he took out two denarii, gave them to the host, and said to him, ‘Take care of him. Whatever you spend beyond that, I will repay you when I return.’
36 Iti panagkunam, siasino kadagiti tallo ti kaarruba diay tao nga dinarup dagiti agtatakaw?” Kinuna ti manursuro, “Diay nangipakita kenkuana iti asi.”
Now which of these three do you think seemed to be a neighbour to him who fell amongst the robbers?”
37 Kinuna ni Hesus kenkuana, “Mapanka ket isu met laeng ti aramidem.”
He said, “He who showed mercy on him.” Then Yeshua said to him, “Go and do likewise.”
38 Itatta, bayat nga agdaldalyasatda, simrek isuna iti maysa nga barrio, ket adda maysa nga babai a managan Martha a nangpadagus kenkuana iti balayna.
As they went on their way, he entered into a certain village, and a certain woman named Martha received him into her house.
39 Adda kabsatna a babai a managan Maria, nga nagtugaw iti sakaanan ti Apo ken nagdengngeg iti saona.
She had a sister called Miriam, who also sat at Yeshua’s feet and heard his word.
40 Ngem ni Martha, makumikum unay iti panangisagana iti makan. Napan isuna ken ni Hesus, ket kinunana, “Apo, awan kadi aniamanna kenka nga iti kabsat ko a babai ket binaybay-annak nga agmaymaysa nga agserbi? Ibagam ngarud kenkuana nga tulungannak.”
But Martha was distracted with much serving, and she came up to him, and said, “Lord, don’t you care that my sister left me to serve alone? Ask her therefore to help me.”
41 Ngem simmungbat ti Apo ket kinunana kenkuana, “Martha, Martha, madandanaganka iti adu nga banbanag,
Yeshua answered her, “Martha, Martha, you are anxious and troubled about many things,
42 ngem maysa laeng a banag ti kasapulan. Pinili ni Maria no ania ti kasayaatan, ket isu ti saan to nga maala manipud kenkuana.”
but one thing is needed. Miriam has chosen the good part, which will not be taken away from her.”
