Juan 19
1 Kalpasanna, innala ni Pilato ni Jesus ket sinaplitanda isuna.
Then Pilate tooke Iesus and scourged him.
2 Nangtiritir dagiti soldado kadagiti sisiit tapno agaramid iti korona. Inkabilda daytoy iti ulo ni Jesus ken binadoanda isuna ti maris-ube a pagan-anay.
And the souldiers platted a crowne of thornes, and put it on his head, and they put on him a purple garment,
3 Immayda kenkuana sada kinuna, “Agbiag, ti Ari dagiti Judio!” ken kinabilda isuna babaen kadagiti imada.
And saide, Haile, King of the Iewes. And they smote him with their roddes.
4 Kalpasanna, rimmuar manen ni Pilato ket kinunana kadagiti tattao, “Kitaenyo, iruarko ti lalaki kadakayo tapno maammoanyo nga awan ti nasarakak a basol kenkuana.”
Then Pilate went foorth againe, and said vnto them, Behold, I bring him forth to you, that ye may knowe, that I finde no fault in him at all.
5 Ngarud rimmuar ni Jesus; nakasuot kenkuana iti sisiit a korona ken ti pagan-anay a maris ube. Ket kinuna ni Pilato kadakuada, “Kitaenyo, adtoyen ti lalaki!”
Then came Iesus foorth wearing a crowne of thornes, and a purple garment. And Pilate said vnto them, Beholde the man.
6 Idi ngarud nakita dagiti panguloen a papadi ken dagiti opisiales ni Jesus, nagpukkawda ket kinunada, “Ilansa isuna iti krus, ilansa isuna iti krus!” Kinuna ni Pilato kadakuada, “Alaenyo isuna ket dakayo ti mangilansa iti krus kenkuana, ta awan masarakak a krimen kenkuana.”
Then when the hie Priests and officers sawe him, they cried, saying, Crucifie, crucifie him. Pilate said vnto them, Take yee him and crucifie him: for I finde no fault in him.
7 Simmungbat dagiti Judio kenni Pilato, “Adda ti lintegtayo, ken babaen iti dayta a linteg masapul a matay isuna gapu ta inaramidna ti bagina nga Anak ti Dios.”
The Iewes answered him, We haue a lawe, and by our law he ought to die, because he made himselfe the Sonne of God.
8 Idi nangngeg ni Pilato daytoy a salaysay, nagbuteng isuna iti nakaru,
When Pilate then heard that woorde, he was the more afraide,
9 ken simrek manen isuna iti uneg ti Pretorio ket kinunana kenni Jesus, “Sadino ti nagtaudam?” No pay kasta, saan a nangted ni Jesus kenkuana ti sungbat.
And went againe into the common hall, and saide vnto Iesus, Whence art thou? But Iesus gaue him none answere.
10 Kinuna ni Pilato kenkuana, “Saanka kadi a makisarsarita kaniak? Saanmo kadi ammo nga adda pannakabalinko a mangpalubos kenka, ken pannakabalin a mangilansa kenka iti krus?”
Then saide Pilate vnto him, Speakest thou not vnto me? Knowest thou not that I haue power to crucifie thee, and haue power to loose thee?
11 Simmungbat ni Jesus kenkuana, “Awan ti pannakabalinmo a bumusor kaniak malaksid no naited kenka a manipud iti ngato. Isu a ti tao a nangiyawat kaniak kenka ti addaan ti dakdakkel a basol.
Iesus answered, Thou couldest haue no power at all against me, except it were giuen thee from aboue: therefore he that deliuered me vnto thee, hath the greater sinne.
12 Iti daytoy a sungbat, pinadas ni Pilato a palubosan isuna, ngem nagpukkaw dagiti Judio a kunkunada, “No palubosam daytoy a tao, saannaka a gayyem ni Cesar: Tunggal maysa a mangaramid iti bagina nga ari ket agsarsarita a maibusor kenni Cesar.”
From thence foorth Pilate sought to loose him, but the Iewes cried, saying, If thou deliuer him, thou art not Cesars friende: for whosoeuer maketh himselfe a King, speaketh against Cesar.
13 Idi nangngegan ni Pilato dagitoy a sasao, inruarna ni Jesus ket nagtugaw iti ayan ti tugaw a pagukoman iti lugar a maawagan Ti Plataforma a Bato, ngem iti Hebreo, ket Gabata.
When Pilate heard this woorde, hee brought Iesus foorth, and sate downe in the iudgement seate in a place called the Pauement, and in Hebrewe, Gabbatha.
14 Ita ket aldaw ti panangisagana para iti Ilalabas, agarup maikainnem iti oras. Kinuna ni Pilato kadagiti Judio, “Kitaenyo, adtoyen ti ariyo!”
And it was the Preparation of the Passeouer, and about the sixt houre: and hee sayde vnto the Iewes, Beholde your King.
15 Nagpukkawda, “Umadayoka kenkuana, umadayoka kenkuana; ilansa isuna iti krus!” Kinuna ni Pilato kadakuada, “Masapul kadi a Siak ti mangilansa iti krus ti Ariyo? Simmungbat dagiti panguloen a papadi, “Awan ti arimi no saan a ni Cesar.”
But they cried, Away with him, away with him, crucifie him. Pilate sayde vnto them, Shall I crucifie your King? The high Priestes answered, We haue no King but Cesar.
16 Kalpasanna, inyawat ni Pilato kadakuada ni Jesus tapno mailansa iti krus.
Then deliuered he him vnto them, to be crucified. And they tooke Iesus, and led him away.
17 Kalpasanna, innalada ni Jesus, ket rimuar isuna, a bakbaklayenna ti bukodna a krus, nga agturong iti lugar a maawagan Ti Lugar iti Banga-banga, nga iti Hebreo ket maawagan a Golgota.
And he bare his owne crosse, and came into a place named of dead mens Skulles, which is called in Hebrewe, Golgotha:
18 Inlansada ni Jesus sadiay, ken kaduana ti dua a lallaki, maysa iti tunggal sikigan, nga adda ni Jesus iti tengnga.
Where they crucified him, and two other with him, on either side one, and Iesus in the middes.
19 Nangisurat pay ni Pilato iti pagilasinan ket inkabilna daytoy iti krus. Idiay a naisurat daytoy “JESUS ITI NAZARET, TI ARI DAGITI JUDIO.”
And Pilate wrote also a title, and put it on the crosse, and it was written, JESUS OF NAZARETH THE KING OF THE JEWES.
20 Adu kadagiti Judio ti nakabasa daytoy a naisurat gapu ta ti nakailansaan ni Jesus ket asideg iti siudad. Naisurat ti pagilasinan iti Hebreo, Latin, ken Griego.
This title then read many of the Iewes: for the place where Iesus was crucified, was neere to the citie: and it was written in Hebrewe, Greeke and Latine.
21 Kalpasanna, kinuna dagiti panguloen a papadi dagiti Judio kenni Pilato, “Saan nga isurat, 'Ti Ari dagiti Judio' ngem ketdi kinunana, 'Siak ti Ari dagiti Judio.”
Then saide the hie Priests of the Iewes to Pilate, Write not, The King of the Iewes, but that he sayd, I am King of the Iewes.
22 Simmungbat ni Pilato, “No ania ti naisuratkon, naisuratkon.”
Pilate answered, What I haue written, I haue written.
23 Kalpasan nga inlansa dagiti soldado ni Jesus, innalada ti pagan-anayna ken pinagkapatda, maysa a paset iti tunggal soldado; ken kasta met ti bado. Ita ti lupot ken awanan ti dait, nalaga manipud ngato nga agpababa.
Then the souldiers, when they had crucified Iesus, tooke his garments (and made foure partes, to euery souldier a part) and his coat: and the coat was without seame wouen from the toppe throughout.
24 Ket kinunada iti tunggal maysa, “Saantayo a pigisen, ngem ketdi agipuruaktayo ti pagbubunotan tapno makita no asino ti akinkukua.” Napasamak daytoy tapno maipatungpal ti naibaga iti Nasantoan a Surat, “Ginuduaguduada dagiti pagan-anayko, ken nagbibinnunotanda para iti lupotko.”
Therefore they sayde one to another, Let vs not deuide it, but cast lots for it, whose it shall be. This was that the Scripture might be fulfilled, which sayth, They parted my garments among them, and on my coate did cast lots. So the souldiers did these things in deede.
25 Inaramid dagiti soldado dagitoy a banbanag. Ti ina ni Jesus, ti kabsat ti inana, ni Maria nga asawa ni Clopas, ken ni Maria Magdalena-dagitoy a babbai ket agtaktakderda iti asideg iti krus ni Jesus.
Then stoode by the crosse of Iesus his mother, and his mothers sister, Marie the wife of Cleopas, and Marie Magdalene.
26 Idi nakita ni Jesus ti inana ken ti adalan nga inayatna nga agtaktakder iti asideg, kinunana iti inana, “Babai, kitaem, adtoy ti anakmo!”
And when Iesus sawe his mother, and the disciple standing by, whom he loued, he said vnto his mother, Woman, beholde thy sonne.
27 Ket kinunana iti adalan, “Kitaem, adtoyen ti inam!” Manipud iti dayta nga oras ti adalan ket innalana ti babai nga impan iti balayna.
Then saide he to the disciple, Beholde thy mother: and from that houre, the disciple tooke her home vnto him.
28 Kalpasan daytoy ni Jesus, gapu ta ammona a nalpasen amin a banbanag, tapno pumudno ti naibaga iti Nasantoan a Surat, kinunana, “Mawawak.”
After, when Iesus knew that all things were performed, that the Scripture might be fulfilled, he said, I thirst.
29 Ti napunno a pagikkan ti naalsem nga arak ket naikabil sadiay, isu nga nangikabilda ti espongha a napno iti naalsem nga arak iti murdong ti sanga ti kayo ket inggaw-atda daytoy iti ngiwatna.
And there was set a vessell full of vineger: and they filled a spondge with vineger: and put it about an Hyssope stalke, and put it to his mouth.
30 Idi naramanan ni Jesus ti suka, kinunana, “Nalpasen.” Indumogna ti ulona ket pinalubosanna ti espirituna.
Nowe when Iesus had receiued of the vineger, he saide, It is finished, and bowed his head, and gaue vp the ghost.
31 Panagsagana idi, ken tapno saan nga agtalinaed dagiti bagi idiay krus kabayatan ti Aldaw ti Panaginana (ta ti Aldaw ti Panaginana ket napateg nga aldaw), kiniddaw dagiti Judio kenni Pilato a tukkolendan dagiti tulang dagiti saka dagiti napapatay a lallaki tapno maiyulog dagiti bagida.
The Iewes then (because it was the Preparation, that the bodies should not remaine vpon the crosse on the Sabbath day: for that Sabbath was an hie day) besought Pilate that their legges might be broken, and that they might be taken downe.
32 Kalpasanna tinukkol dagiti soldado dagiti saka ti immuna a lalaki ken ti maikadua a lalaki a kadua ni Jesus a nailansa.
Then came the souldiers and brake the legges of the first, and of the other, which was crucified with Iesus.
33 Idi napanda kenni Jesus, nakitada isuna a natayen, isu a saandan a tinukkol pay dagiti sakana.
But when they came to Iesus, and saw that he was dead alreadie, they brake not his legges.
34 No pay kasta, tinudok ti maysa kadagiti soldado ti bakrang ni Jesus babaen iti gayang, ket dagus a rimmuar ti dara ken danum.
But one of the souldiers with a speare pearced his side, and foorthwith came there out blood and water.
35 Ti maysa a nakakita iti daytoy ti mangpaneknek ken ti pammaneknekna ket pudno. Ammona a no ania ti imbagana ket pudno tapno dakayo met ket mamati.
And he that sawe it, bare recorde, and his record is true: and he knoweth that he saith true, that ye might beleeue it.
36 Dagitoy a banbanag ket napasamak tapno maipatungpal ti kinuna ti nasantoan a Surat, “Awan uray maysa a tulangna ti natukkol.”
For these things were done, that the Scripture shoulde be fulfilled, Not a bone of him shalbe broken.
37 Manen, ibagbaga ti sabali a nasantoan a surat, “Kitaendanto isuna a dinuyokda.”
And againe an other Scripture saith, They shall see him whom they haue thrust through.
38 Kalpasan dagitoy a banbanag immay ni Jose a taga-Arimatea, agsipud ta adalan isuna ni Jesus, ngem nalimed gapu ti butengna kadagiti Judio, kiniddawna kenni Pilato nga iyadayona ti bagi ni Jesus. Pinalubosan ni Pilato isuna. Isu nga immay ni Jose ket innalana nga inyadayo ti bagina.
And after these things, Ioseph of Arimathea (who was a disciple of Iesus, but secretly for feare of the Iewes) besought Pilate that he might take downe the bodie of Iesus. And Pilate gaue him licence. He came then and tooke Iesus body.
39 Immay met ni Nicodemo, isuna nga idi immuna ket napan kenni Jesus iti maysa a rabii. Nangiyeg isuna iti naglaok a mira ken kadagiti aloe, nga agarup maysa a gasut a litro ti kadagsenna.
And there came also Nicodemus (which first came to Iesus by night) and brought of myrrhe and aloes mingled together about an hundreth pound.
40 Isu nga innalada ti bagi ni Jesus ket binungonda iti lupot a lino nga adda ti rek-rekado, a kas iti kaugalian dagiti Judio ti panangitanem kadagiti bagi.
Then tooke they the body of Iesus, and wrapped it in linnen clothes with the odours, as the maner of the Iewes is to burie.
41 Ita iti ayan ti nakailansaanna ket adda idiay ti maysa a hardin; ken idiay a hardin ket adda iti tanem nga awan pay iti tao a naipunpon.
And in that place where Iesus was crucified, was a garden, and in the garden a newe sepulchre, wherein was neuer man yet laid.
42 Gapu ta aldaw ti panagsagana para kadagiti Judio ken gapu ta asideg iti tanem, impaiddada ni Jesus idiay.
There then laide they Iesus, because of the Iewes Preparation day, for the sepulchre was neere.
