< Jeremias 52 >

1 Agtawen iti duapulo ket maysa ni Zedekias idi nangrugi isuna a nagturay; nagturay isuna iti sangapulo ket maysa a tawen idiay Jerusalem. Ti nagan ti inana ket Hamutal; isuna ket putot ni Jeremias a taga-Libna.
Twenty-one years old, was Zedekiah when he began to reign, and eleven years, reigned he, in Jerusalem, —and, his mother’s name, was Hamutal, daughter of Jeremiah of Libnah.
2 Inaramidna ti dakes iti imatang ni Yahweh—inaramidna amin a banag nga inaramid ni Jehoiakim.
And he did that which was wicked in the eyes of Yahweh, —according to all that Jehoiakim had done.
3 Gapu iti pungtot ni Yahweh, napasamak amin dagitoy idiay Jerusalem ken Juda, agingga a pinagtalawna ida iti sangoananna. Kalpasanna, immalsa ni Zedekias maibusor iti ari ti Babilonia.
For it was, because the anger of Yahweh, had come against Jerusalem and Judah until he had cast them out from his presence, that Zedekiah rebelled against the king of Babylon.
4 Napasamak nga iti maikasangapulo nga aldaw iti maikasangapulo a bulan ti maikasiam a tawen a panagturay ni Ari Zedekias, immay ni Nebucadnesar nga ari ti Babilonia a kaduana ti entero nga armadana maibusor iti Jerusalem. Nagkampoda iti ballasiw daytoy, ken binangenanda ti aglawlawna.
And it came to pass in the ninth year of his reign, in the tenth month, on the tenth of the month, that Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon came, he and all his force, against Jerusalem, and encamped against it, —and he built against it a siege-wall round about.
5 Nalakub ngarud ti siudad agingga iti maika-sangapulo ket maysa a tawen a panagturay ni Ari Zedekias.
And the city came into the siege, —until the eleventh year of King Zedekiah.
6 Iti maikasiam nga aldaw, iti maikapat a bulan dayta a tawen, nakaro unay ti panagbisin iti siudad ket awanen iti taraon dagiti tattao iti daga.
In the fourth month on the ninth of the month, when the famine had become severe in the city, —and there had come to be no bread for the people of the land,
7 Kalpasanna, naserrek ti siudad ket iti rabii, naglibas dagiti amin a mannakigubat a lallaki babaen iti ruangan iti nagbaetan ti dua a pader iti abay ti hardin ti ari, uray no adda dagiti Caldeo iti aglawlaw ti siudad. Nagturongda ngarud idiay Araba.
then was the city broken up, and all the men of war, beginning to flee went forth out of the city by night, by way of the gate between the two walls which was by the garden of the king the Chaldeans being near the city round about), —and they went the way towards the Waste Plain.
8 Ngem kinamat ti armada dagiti Caldeo ti ari ket nakamatanda ni Zedekias iti tanap ti Karayan Jordan nga asideg idiay Jerico. Nawarawara a naisina kenkuana dagiti amin nga armadana.
And the force of the Chaldeans pursued the king, and overtook Zedekiah, in the Waste Plains of Jericho, —and, all his force, was scattered from him.
9 Tiniliwda ti ari ket impanda isuna iti ari ti Babilonia idiay Ribla iti daga ti Hamat, a nangsintensiaanna kenkuana.
So they seized the king, and brought him up, unto the king of Babylon at Riblah, in the land of Hamath, —and he pronounced upon him sentences of judgment.
10 Pinatay ti Ari ti Babilonia dagiti putot ni Zedekias iti imatangna, ken pinatayna pay dagiti amin a pangulo ti Juda idiay Ribla.
And the king of Babylon slew the sons of Zedekiah before his eyes, —moreover also all the princes of Judah, slew he in Riblah;
11 Kalpasanna, sinuatna ti mata ni Zedekias, kinawaranna isuna iti bronse a kawar, sada impan isuna idiay Babilonia. Inkabil ti ari ti Babilonia isuna iti pagbaludan agingga iti aldaw ti pannakatayna.
and the eyes of Zedekiah, put he out, —and bound him with fetters of bronze and the king of Babylon took him to Babylon, and put him in prison—until the day of his death.
12 Ita, iti maikasangapulo nga aldaw, iti maikalima a bulan ti maikasangapulo ket siam a panagturay ni Ari Nebucadnesar nga ari ti Babilonia, napan ni Nebuzaradan idiay Jerusalem. Isuna ti pangulo dagiti guardia ti ari ken adipen ti ari ti Babilonia.
And in the fifth month on the tenth of the month, the same, was the nineteenth year of King Nebuchadrezzar, king of Babylon, came Nebuzaradan, chief of the royal executioners, —who stood before the king of Babylon into, Jerusalem;
13 Pinuoranna ti balay ni Yahweh, ti palasio ti ari, ken dagiti amin a babbalay idiay Jerusalem; kasta met a pinuoranna dagiti napapateg a pasdek iti siudad.
and he burned the house of Yahweh and the house of the king, —yea all the houses of Jerusalem even every great man’s house, burned he with fire;
14 No maipapan met kadagiti pader a nakapalikmut iti Jerusalem, dinadael daytoy dagiti amin nga armada dagiti taga-Babilonia a kadua ti mangidadaulo kadagiti guardia.
and all the walls of Jerusalem round about, did all the force of the Chaldeans who were with the chief of the royal executioners, break down.
15 Maipanggep met kadagiti kakukurapayan a tattao, dagiti nabati a tattao iti siudad a simmuko iti ari ti Babilonia, ken dagiti dadduma a tattao a nalaing nga agaramid kadagiti banbanag babaen kadagiti imada—impanaw ni Nebuzaradan a pangulo dagiti guardia ti dadduma kadakuada kas balud.
And some of the poor of the people and the residue of the people who were left in the city, and the disheartened who had fallen away unto the king of Babylon and the residue of the multitude, did Nebuzaradan chief of the royal executioners carry away captive.
16 Ngem imbati ni Nebuzaradan a pangulo dagiti guardia dagiti dadduma kadagiti kakukurapayan iti daga tapno agtrabaho kadagiti kaubasan ken kataltalonan.
But, others of the poor of the land, did Nebuzaradan chief of the royal executioners leave, for vinedressers and for husbandmen.
17 No maipapan kadagiti bronse nga adigi nga adda iti balay ni Yahweh, ken dagiti pagbatayan ken dagiti bronse a tangke nga adda iti balay ni Yahweh, binurakburak dagiti Caldeo dagitoy sada intugot dagiti amin a bronse idiay Babilonia.
And the pillars of bronze that pertained to the house of Yahweh and the stands and the sea of bronze which was in the house of Yahweh, did the Chaldeans, break in pieces, —and they carried away all the bronze of them to Babylon;
18 Dagiti banga, pala, a mausar a pangdalus iti pagsilawan, mallukong, ken amin nga alikamen a bronse nga ar-aramaten dagiti papadi nga agserbi iti templo—innala amin dagitoy dagiti Caldeo.
and the caldrons and the shovels and the snuffers and the dashing bowls, and the spoons even all the utensils of bronze wherewith ministration used to be made did they take away;
19 Innala met ti kapitan dagiti guardia ti ari dagiti palanggana ken pagpuoran iti insenso, mallukong, banga, pagiparabawan ti silaw, kaserola, ken dagiti palanggana a naaramid iti balitok, ken dagiti amin a naaramid iti pirak.
and the basins and the censers and the dashing bowls and the caldrons and the lamps and the spoons and the cups, which were of gold in gold, and which were of silver in silver, did the chief of the royal executioners, take away.
20 Dagiti dua nga adigi, ti tangke, ken dagiti sangapulo ket dua a sinan-toro a baka nga adda iti siruk ti pagbatayan, dagiti banbanag nga inaramid ni Solomon iti balay ni Yahweh, a naaramid iti bronse a saan a mabaelan a timbangen.
As for the two pillars the one sea, and the twelve oxen of bronze which were under the stands which King Solomon had made for the house of Yahweh, without weight was the bronze of all these things.
21 Sangapulo ket walo a cubit ti katayag dagiti adigi, ken sangapulo ket dua a cubit ti rukod ti nanglikmut iti tunggal maysa. Uppat a ramayan ti kapuskol ti tunggal maysa ken nalungog.
Now as for the pillars, eighteen cubits, was the height of each pillar, and, a line of twelve cubits, compassed it about, —and the thickness thereof was four fingers’ breadth—hollow;
22 Ti paratok a bronse ket adda iti tuktok daytoy. Ti paratok a bronse ket lima a cubit ti kangatona, a nakitikitan ti aglawlaw iti disenio a kasla iket ken sinan-pomegranate. Naaramid amin dagitoy iti bronse. Ti maysa pay nga adigi ken sinan-pomegranate ket kas met laeng iti immuna.
and there was, a capital, upon it, of bronze, and the height of each capital, was five cubits, with lattice-work and pomegranates upon the capital round about—the whole was of bronze, —and like these, were the second pillar and the pomegranates.
23 Isu nga adda iti siam a pulo ket innem a sinan-pomegranate iti bakrang ti paratok, ken sangagasut a sinan-pomegranate iti ngatoen ti naikitikit a kasla iket.
And the pomegranates were ninety-six on a side, —all the pomegranates were a hundred upon the lattice-work round about.
24 Innala ti pangulo dagiti guardia kas balud ni Seraias a kangatoan a padi, kasta met ni Zefanias a maikadua a padi, ken dagiti tallo nga agbanbantay iti ruangan.
And the chief of the royal executioners, took away, Seraiah the first priest, and Zephaniah, the second priest, —and the three keepers of the entrance-hall;
25 Manipud iti siudad, innalana kas balud ti maysa nga opisial a mangidadaulo kadagiti soldado, ken pito a lallaki a mammagbaga iti ari nga adda pay laeng iti siudad. Innalana pay kas balud ti opisial ti armada ti ari nga akin-rebbeng kadagiti papeles iti armada, agraman dagiti innem a pulo a napateg a lallaki iti daga nga adda iti siudad.
and out of the city, took he one eunuch who was in charge over the men of war and seven men of them who used to watch the face of the king, who were found in the city, and the scribe of the prince of the host, who used to muster the people of the land, —and sixty men of the people of the land, who were found in the midst of the city.
26 Kalpasanna, impan ida ni Nebuzaradan a pangulo dagiti guardia iti ari ti Babilonia idiay Ribla.
And when Nebuzaradan chief the royal executioners, had taken them, and brought them unto the king of Babylon at Riblah,
27 Pinapatay ida ti ari ti Babilonia idiay Ribla iti daga ni Hamat. Iti kastoy a wagas, naipanaw ti Juda manipud iti dagana ket nagbalin a balud iti sabali a daga.
then did the king of Babylon smite them and put them to death at Riblah in the land of Hamath, —thus carried he Judah captive away from off their own soil.
28 Dagitoy dagiti tattao nga impanaw ni Nebucadnesar kas balud: iti maikapito a tawen, 3, 023 kadagiti taga-Juda.
This, is the people, whom Nebuchadrezzar carried away captive, —In the seventh year—of them of Judah, three thousand and twenty-three;
29 Iti maikasangapulo ket walo a tawen ni Nebucadnesar nangala iti 832 a tattao manipud Jerusalem.
In the eighteenth year of Nebuchadrezzar—out of Jerusalem, eight hundred and thirty-two souls;
30 Iti maikaduapulo ket tallo a tawen a panagturay ni Nebucadnesar, nangipanaw ni Nabuzaradan a pangulo ti guardia ti ari iti 745 a taga-Juda. Ti dagup dagiti amin a tattao a naipanaw kas balud ket 4, 600.
In the three-and-twentieth year of Nebuchadrezzar, Nebuzaradan, chief of the royal executioners took away captive, of them of Judah, seven hundred and forty-five souls: All, the souls, were four thousand and six hundred.
31 Napasamak nga iti maikaduapulo ket lima nga aldaw iti maikasangapulo ket dua a bulan ti maikatallopulo ket pito a tawen a pannakaipanaw kas balud ni Jehoiakin nga ari ti Juda, winayawayaan ni Evilmerodac nga ari ti Babilonia ni Jehoiakin nga ari ti Juda manipud iti pagbaludan. Napasamak daytoy iti tawen a nangrugi a nagturay ni Evilmerodac.
And it came to pass, in the thirty-seventh year of the captivity of Jehoiachin king of Judah, in the twelfth month, on the twenty-fifth of the month, that Evil-merodach king of Babylon, in the year he began to reign, lifted up, the head of Jehoiachin king of Judah, and brought him forth out of prison;
32 Nasayaat ti pannakisaritana kenkuana ken inikkanna isuna iti nangatngato a saad ngem kadagiti dadduma nga ari a kadduana idiay Babilonia.
and spake with him comfortable words, —and set his throne above the throne of the kings who were with him in Babylon;
33 Inikkat ni Evilmerodac ti pagan-anay ni Jehoiakin a kas balud, ket inaldaw a makipangan ni Jehoiakin iti lamisaan ti ari iti unos ti panagbiagna.
so he changed his prison garments, —and used to eat bread before his face continually, all the days of his life.
34 Ken inaldaw a maipapaayan isuna iti taraon iti unos ti panagbiagna agingga iti ipapatayna.
And his allowance, was a continual allowance given him from the king of Babylon the portion of the day upon its own day, until the day of his death, —all the days of his life.
