< Jeremias 15 >
1 Ket kinuna ni Yahweh kaniak, “Uray no nakatakder ni Moises wenno ni Samuel iti sangoanak, saankonto latta a paboran dagitoy a tattao. Papanawenyo ida iti sangoanak tapno umadayoda.
Then the LORD said to me, “Though Moses and Samuel stood before me, yet my mind would not turn toward this people. Cast them out of my sight, and let them go out!
2 Mapasamakto a kunaendanto kenka, ‘Sadino ngay koma ti papananmi?’ Ket masapul nga ibagam kadakuada, ‘Kastoy ti kuna ni Yahweh: Dagiti naituding a matay ket rumbeng a matay; dagiti naituding a matay iti kampilan ket matay iti kampilan. Dagiti naituding a matay iti bisin ket matay iti bisin; ken dagiti naituding a maitalaw a kas balud ket maitalaw a kas balud.’
It will happen when they ask you, ‘Where shall we go out?’ then you shall tell them, ‘The LORD says: “Such as are for death, to death; such as are for the sword, to the sword; such as are for the famine, to the famine; and such as are for captivity, to captivity.”’
3 Ta bingayekto ida iti uppat a bunggoy—kastoy ti pakaammo ni Yahweh—ti kampilan a mangpapatay kadagiti dadduma, dagiti aso a mangpirsay kadagiti dadduma, dagiti billit kadagiti tangatang ken dagiti narungsot nga ayup iti daga a mangan ken mangdadael kadagiti dadduma.
“I will appoint over them four kinds,” says the LORD: “the sword to kill, the dogs to tear, the birds of the sky, and the animals of the earth, to devour and to destroy.
4 Pagbalinekto ida a nakabutbuteng a banag kadagiti amin a pagarian iti daga, maigapu kenni Manases a putot ni Ezekias nga ari ti Juda, gapu iti inaramidna idiay Jerusalem.
I will cause them to be tossed back and forth among all the kingdoms of the earth, because of Manasseh, the son of Hezekiah, king of Judah, for that which he did in Jerusalem.
5 Ta siasino komati mangngaasinto kenka, Jerusalem? Siasinonto ti agladingit para kenka? Siasinonto ti sumardeng a mangsaludsod iti kasasaadmo?
For who will have pity on you, Jerusalem? Who will mourn you? Who will come to ask of your welfare?
6 Linaksidnak—kastoy ti pakaammo ni Yahweh— tinallikudannak. Isu a dangrankanto babaen iti imak ken dadaelenkanto. Naumaakon a mangngaasi kenka.
You have rejected me,” says the LORD. “You have gone backward. Therefore I have stretched out my hand against you and destroyed you. I am weary of showing compassion.
7 Isu nga itaepkonto ida kadagiti ruangan ti daga babaen iti sarukay. Patayekto dagiti annakda. Dadaelekto dagiti tattaok agsipud ta saanda a tallikudan dagiti wagasda.
I have winnowed them with a fan in the gates of the land. I have bereaved them of children. I have destroyed my people. They didn’t return from their ways.
8 Paaduekto ti bilang dagiti baloda nga ad-adu pay ngem iti darat iti igid ti baybay. Ibaonkonto ti manangdadael iti tengnga ti aldaw a maibusor kadagiti inna dagiti agtutubo a lallaki. Kellaatkonto nga itinnag kadakuada ti kigtot ken buteng.
Their widows are increased more than the sand of the seas. I have brought on them against the mother of the young men a destroyer at noonday. I have caused anguish and terrors to fall on her suddenly.
9 Matalimudawto ti ina a nangipasngay iti pito nga annak. Agbugsotto. Lumnekto ti initna kabayatan nga aldaw pay laeng. Maibabain ken maupayto, ta iyawatkonto dagiti nabati iti kampilan iti imatang dagiti kabusorda—daytoy ket pakaammo ni Yahweh.”
She who has borne seven languishes. She has given up the spirit. Her sun has gone down while it was yet day. She has been disappointed and confounded. I will deliver their residue to the sword before their enemies,” says the LORD.
10 Asi-ak pay, inak! Ta impasngaynak a maysa a lalaki a mannakisusik ken mannakisuppiat iti entero a daga. Saanak a nagpautang, wenno awan ti nagpautang kaniak ngem inlunoddak amin.
Woe is me, my mother, that you have borne me, a man of strife, and a man of contention to the whole earth! I have not lent, neither have men lent to me; yet every one of them curses me.
11 Kinuna ni Yahweh: “Saanka kadi nga ispalen a maipaay iti kinaimbag? Siguradoekto nga agpakaasi iti tulong dagiti kabusormo iti tiempo ti kalamidad ken rigat.
The LORD said, “Most certainly I will strengthen you for good. Most certainly I will cause the enemy to make supplication to you in the time of evil and in the time of affliction.
12 Adda kadi maysa a makatukkol iti landok? Nangnangruna iti landok a naggapu iti amianan a nalaokan iti gambang?
Can one break iron, even iron from the north, and bronze?
13 Itedkonto kadagiti kabusormo ti kinabaknang ken dagiti gamengmo a kas samsam nga awan bayadna. Aramidekto daytoy gapu kadagiti amin a basol nga inaramidmo kadagiti amin a beddengmo.
I will give your substance and your treasures for a plunder without price, and that for all your sins, even in all your borders.
14 Ket ipaluboskonto nga ipandaka dagiti kabusormo iti daga a saanmo nga ammo, ta addanto apuy a sumged, napasgedan gapu iti pungtotko kenka.”
I will make them to pass with your enemies into a land which you don’t know; for a fire is kindled in my anger, which will burn on you.”
15 Sika a mismo iti makaammo, O Yahweh! Lagipen ken tulongannak. Ibalsannak kadagiti mangkamkamat kaniak. Saannak nga iyadayo iti kinaanusmo. Bigbigem a nagsagabaak iti pannakaibabain gapu kenka.
LORD, you know. Remember me, visit me, and avenge me of my persecutors. You are patient, so don’t take me away. Know that for your sake I have suffered reproach.
16 Nasarakan dagiti sasaom, ket kinnanko dagitoy. Dagiti sasaom ket rag-o kaniak, rag-o iti pusok, ta naiwaragawag ti naganmo kaniak, O Yahweh a Mannakabalin-amin.
Your words were found, and I ate them. Your words were to me a joy and the rejoicing of my heart, for I am called by your name, LORD, God of Hosts.
17 Saanak a nagtugaw iti ummong dagiti nagrambak wenno nagrag-o. Nagtugawak nga agmaymaysa gapu iti mannakabalin nga imam, ta pinunnonak iti pungtot.
I didn’t sit in the assembly of those who make merry and rejoice. I sat alone because of your hand, for you have filled me with indignation.
18 Apay nga agtultuloy ti ut-otko ken saan a maagasan ti sugatko, saan nga umim-imbag? Agbalinka kadi a kasla kadagiti manangallilaw a danum kaniak, danum a matianan?
Why is my pain perpetual, and my wound incurable, which refuses to be healed? Will you indeed be to me as a deceitful brook, like waters that fail?
19 Ngarud, kastoy ti kuna ni Yahweh, “No agbabawika, Jeremias, awatenka, ket agtakderkanto iti sangoanak ken pagserbiannak. Ta no isinam dagiti minamaag a banbanag kadagiti napateg a banbanag, agbalinkanto a kasla pannakangiwatko. Agsublinto kenka dagiti tattao, ngem sika a mismo, masapul a saanka nga agsubli kadakuada.
Therefore the LORD says, “If you return, then I will bring you again, that you may stand before me; and if you take out the precious from the vile, you will be as my mouth. They will return to you, but you will not return to them.
20 Pagbalinenka a kasla maysa a pader a gambang a saan a masalput dagitoy a tattao, ket gubatendakanto, ngem saandakanto a maparmek, ta addaakto a mangisalakan ken mangispal kenka—kastoy ti pakaammo ni Yahweh—
I will make you to this people a fortified bronze wall. They will fight against you, but they will not prevail against you; for I am with you to save you and to deliver you,” says the LORD.
21 ta ispalenkanto iti ima dagiti nadangkes ken subbotenka iti ima dagiti naranggas a tattao.”
“I will deliver you out of the hand of the wicked, and I will redeem you out of the hand of the terrible.”
