Isaias 53
1 Siasino ti mamati iti nangngeganmi? Ken siasino ti nakaiparangan ti takiag ni Yahweh?
Who believed what we have heard? And, the arm of Yahweh, to whom was it revealed?
2 Ta dimmakkel isuna iti sangoanan ni Yahweh a kas iti maysa a naganus a kayo, ken kas iti mula a rimmusing manipud iti natikag a daga; awan ti nasayaat a buya wenno raniagna; idi nakitami isuna, awan ti pintasna a mangawis kadakami.
When he came up as a sapling before him. And as a root-sprout out of dry ground, He had neither beauty nor majesty, —When we beheld him, there was nothing to behold, that we should desire him;
3 Inuyaw ken linaksid isuna dagiti tattao; maysa a tao iti ladladingit, ken makaammo iti panagsagaba. Kas iti maysa a tao a saan a kayat a kitaen dagiti tattao, nauyaw isuna; ken imbilangtayo nga awan iti serserbina.
Despised was he, and forsaken of men, Man of pains and familiar with sickness, —Yea, like one from whom the face is hidden, Despised, and we esteemed him not.
4 Ngem pudno a binaklayna dagiti an-annayentayo ken inawitna dagiti ladingittayo; nupay kasta impagaruptayo a dusdusaen isuna ti Dios, sapsaplitan ti Dios, ken naparigat.
Yet surely, our sicknesses, he, carried, And, as for our pains, he bare the burden of them, —But, we, accounted him stricken. Smitten of God and humbled,
5 Ngem nasugat isuna gapu kadagiti kinasukir nga aramidtayo; naparparigat gapu kadagiti basbasoltayo. Sinagabana ti pannusa tapno maaddaantayo iti kapia, ken babaen kadagiti sugatna napaimbagtayo.
Yet, he, was pierced for transgressions that were ours, was crushed for iniquities that were ours, —the chastisement for our well-being, was upon him, And by his stripes, there is healing for us.
6 Maiyarigtayo amin iti karnero a naiyaw-awan; nagturongtayo kadagiti bukodtayo a dalan, ken impabaklay ni Yahweh kenkuana ti pannusa a maipatay koma kadatayo.
We all, like sheep, had gone astray, Every man—to his way, had we burned, —And Yahweh! caused to light upon him The guilt of, us all!
7 Naidaddanes isuna; ngem iti panagpakumbabana ket saanna nga inlukat ti ngiwatna; a kas iti urbon a karnero a naiturong iti pakapartianna, ken kas iti karnero a naulimek iti sangoanan ti mangpukpukis kenkuana, isu a saanna nga inlukat ti ngiwatna.
Hard pressed—yet, he, humbled himself Nor opened his mouth—As, a lamb, to the slaughter, is led, And, as a sheep, before her shearers, is dumb—Nor opened his mouth.
8 Babaen iti pannakatiliw ken pannakaukom naikeddeng isuna a madusa; siasinonto iti dayta a henerasion ti makaamiris iti maipapan kenkuana? Ngem naisina isuna manipud iti daga dagiti sibibiag; gapu kadagiti basbasol dagiti tattaok ket naipabaklay kenkuana ti pannusa.
By constraint and by sentence, was he taken away, And of his age, who considered That he was cut off out of the land of the living, For my people’s transgression, did the stroke fall on him?
9 Pinanggepda nga itanem isuna iti denna ti tanem dagiti dakes a tao, ken iti abay ti tanem ti baknang a tao, idinto nga awan ti nagbasolanna wenno aniaman nga inuulbod iti ngiwatna.
And, appointed with lawless men, was his grave, And with the wicked, his tomb, —Though no violence, had he done, Nor was guile in his mouth.
10 Nupay kasta, inkeddeng ni Yahweh ti pannakaparigat ken panagsagabana; ken no idatonna ti biagna a kas daton para iti basol, makitananto dagiti kaputotanna, taginayonenna dagiti al-aldawna, ken matungpalto ti panggep ni Yahweh babaen kenkuana.
Yet, Yahweh, purposed to bruise him, He laid on him sickness: —If his soul become an offering for guilt, He shall see a seed, He shall prolong his days, —And the purpose of Yahweh, in his hand, shall prosper:
11 Kalpasan iti panagsagabana, makitananto ken mapnekto isuna iti pannakaammo mapaipanggep iti inaramidna. Palintegento ti nalinteg nga adipenko ti adu a tattao; baklayennanto dagiti basbasolda.
Of the travail of his soul, shall he see He shall be satisfied with his knowledge, A setting right when set right himself, shall my Servant win for the Many, Since of their iniquities, he, taketh the burden.
12 Ngarud, itedkonto kenkuana ti bingayna iti sangkataoan, ken ibonongna iti kaaduan ti nasamsam, gapu ta indatonna ti biagna, ken naibilang kadagiti managlabsing. Binaklayna ti basol dagiti tattao ken nangibabaet para kadagiti managsukir.
Therefore, will I give him a portion in the great, And the strong, shall he apportion as spoil, Because he poured out, to death his own soul, And with transgressors, let himself be numbered, —Yea, he, the sin of Many, bare, And for transgressors, interposeth.
