< Oseas 14 >
1 Israel, agsublika kenni Yahweh a Diosmo, ta natnagka gapu kadagiti basbasolmo.
O ISRAEL, return unto the LORD thy God; for thou hast fallen by thine iniquity.
2 Iyebkasyo ti panagbabawiyo kadagiti basbasolyo ket agsublikayo kenni Yahweh. Ibagayo kenkuana, “Pakawanennakami kadagiti amin a basbasolmi ken awatennakami nga addaan ti pabor, tapno maidatonmi kenka ti pammadayawmi, dagiti sasao ken dagiti kantami a pagdayaw.
Take with you words, and return unto the LORD: say unto him, Take away all iniquity, and accept that which is good: so will we render [as] bullocks [the offering of] our lips.
3 Saannakaminto nga isalakan ti Asiria; saankaminto nga agsakay kadagiti kabalio tapno makigubat. Saanminton nga ibaga ti aramid dagiti imami, 'Dakayo dagiti diosmi,' ta sika ti pakasarakan dagiti ulila iti asi.”
Asshur shall not save us; we will not ride upon horses: neither will we say any more to the work of our hands, [Ye are] our gods: for in thee the fatherless findeth mercy.
4 ”Paimbagekto ida no agsublida kaniak kalpasan a tinallikodandak; ayatekto ida a siwayawaya, ta bimmaawen ti pungtotko iti Israel.
I will heal their backsliding, I will love them freely: for mine anger is turned away from him.
5 Maiyarigakto iti linnaaw iti Israel; agsabongto a kas iti lirio ken agramutto a kas iti kayo a sedro iti Libano.
I will be as the dew unto Israel: he shall blossom as the lily, and cast forth his roots as Lebanon.
6 Rumangpayanto dagiti sangana; ti kinapintasna ket kaslanto kadagiti kayo ti olibo, ken ti banglona ket kas kadagiti sedro iti Libano.
His branches shall spread, and his beauty shall be as the olive tree, and his smell as Lebanon.
7 Agsublinto dagiti tattao nga agnaed iti salinongna; lumangtodanto a kas iti trigo ken agsabongda a kas kadagiti pinuon ti ubas. Maiyarigto ti kinalatakna iti arak ti Libano.
They that dwell under his shadow shall return; they shall revive [as] the corn, and blossom as the vine: the scent thereof shall be as the wine of Lebanon.
8 Ibaganto ti Efraim, 'Ania pay la ti aramidek kadagiti didiosen?' Sungbatak ken aywanakto isuna. Maiyarigak iti saleng a kanayon a nalangto dagiti bulbulongna; siak ti pagtataudan dagiti bungayo.”
Ephraim [shall say], What have I to do any more with idols? I have answered, and will regard him: I am like a green fir tree; from me is thy fruit found.
9 Siasino ti masirib a makaawat kadagitoy a banbanag? Siasino ti makaaawat kadagitoy tapno maammoanna dagitoy? Ta nalinteg dagiti wagas ni Yahweh, dagitoy ket suroten dagiti nalinteg, ngem maitibkolto kadagitoy dagiti nasukir.
Who is wise, and he shall understand these things? prudent, and he shall know them? for the ways of the LORD are right, and the just shall walk in them; but transgressors shall fall therein.
