< Ezekiel 6 >
1 Dimteng kaniak ti sao ni Yahweh a kunana,
The LORD’s word came to me, saying,
2 “Anak ti tao, isangom ti rupam kadagiti bantay ti Israel ket agipadtoka kadagitoy.
“Son of man, set your face toward the mountains of Israel, and prophesy to them,
3 Kunaem, 'Banbantay ti Israel, denggenyo ti sao ni Yahweh nga Apo! Kastoy ti kuna ni Yahweh nga Apo kadagiti bantay ken kadagiti turod, kadagiti igid ti waig, ken kadagiti tanap: Denggenyo! Iyegko ti kampilan maibusor kadakayo, ket dadaelekto dagiti nangangato a lugaryo.
and say, ‘You mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord GOD! The Lord GOD says to the mountains and to the hills, to the watercourses and to the valleys: “Behold, I, even I, will bring a sword on you, and I will destroy your high places.
4 Ket mabaybay-anto dagiti altaryo ken madadaelto dagiti adigiyo, ket ibellengkonto dagiti natay a tattaoyo iti sangoanan dagiti didiosenda.
Your altars will become desolate, and your incense altars will be broken. I will cast down your slain men before your idols.
5 Iwalangkonto dagiti bangkay dagiti tattao ti Israel iti sangoanan dagiti didiosenda, ken maiwarawaranto dagiti tulangyo iti aglawlaw dagiti altaryo.
I will lay the dead bodies of the children of Israel before their idols. I will scatter your bones around your altars.
6 Sadinoman a pagnaedanyo, dagiti siudad ket madadaelto ken dagiti nangangato a lugar ket mabaybay-anto, isu a dagiti altaryo ket madadael ken mabaybay-anto. Ket madadael ken mapukawto dagitoy, maputedto dagiti adigiyo ken mapunasto dagiti nagbannoganyo.
In all your dwelling places, the cities will be laid waste and the high places will be desolate, so that your altars may be laid waste and made desolate, and your idols may be broken and cease, and your incense altars may be cut down, and your works may be abolished.
7 Adunto dagiti natay iti nagtetengngaanyo, ket maammoanyonto a Siak ni Yahweh!
The slain will fall among you, and you will know that I am the LORD.
8 Ngem mangibatiakto iti dadduma kadakayo, ken addanto sumagmamano a makalisi iti kampilan kadagiti nasion, inton naiwarawarakayo iti entero a pagilian.
“‘“Yet I will leave a remnant, in that you will have some that escape the sword among the nations, when you are scattered through the countries.
9 Ket dagidiay makalibas, malagipdakto kadagiti nasion a nakaipananda kas balud, a nagladingitak gapu iti saan a napudno a pusoda a nangtallikud kaniak ken gapu ta dagiti didiosenda ti pinilida a nagdaydayawan. Ket makitanto kadagiti rupada ti pannakadurmenda kadagiti bagbagida gapu iti kinadakesda ken gapu kadagiti amin a makarimon a naaramidda.
Those of you that escape will remember me among the nations where they are carried captive, how I have been broken with their lewd heart, which has departed from me, and with their eyes, which play the prostitute after their idols. Then they will loathe themselves in their own sight for the evils which they have committed in all their abominations.
10 Iti kasta, maammoandanto a Siak ni Yahweh. Daytoy ti makagapu a kinunak nga iyegko kadakuada daytoy a pagdaksanda.
They will know that I am the LORD. I have not said in vain that I would do this evil to them.”’
11 Kastoy ti kuna ni Yahweh nga Apo: Itipatyo dagiti imayo ken agtabbugakayo! Kunaenyo, “Asikami pay!” gapu kadagiti makarimon nga aramid iti balay ti Israel! Ta mataydanto babaen iti kampilan, nakaru a panagbisin ken didigra.
“The Lord GOD says: ‘Strike with your hand, and stamp with your foot, and say, “Alas!”, because of all the evil abominations of the house of Israel; for they will fall by the sword, by the famine, and by the pestilence.
12 Ti adda iti adayo ket matayto babaen iti didigra, ken ti adda iti asideg ket matayto babaen iti kampilan. Dagidiay mabati ken makalasat ket mataydanto iti nakaro a panagbisin; iti kastoy a wagas a maipalak-amko ti kasta unay a pungtotko kadakuada.
He who is far off will die of the pestilence. He who is near will fall by the sword. He who remains and is besieged will die by the famine. Thus I will accomplish my wrath on them.
13 Ket maammoanyonto a Siak ni Yahweh, inton maiwalang dagiti natay kadakuada iti ayan dagiti didiosenda, iti aglawlaw dagiti altarda, iti tunggal nangangato a turod—kadagiti amin a tuktok ti bantay, ken iti tunggal sirok ti nalangto a kayo ken iti dakkel a puon ti kayo a lugo—dagiti lugar a pagpupuoranda kadagiti insenso nga agpaay kadagiti amin a didiosenda.
You will know that I am the LORD when their slain men are among their idols around their altars, on every high hill, on all the tops of the mountains, under every green tree, and under every thick oak—the places where they offered pleasant aroma to all their idols.
14 Ipakitakto ti pannakabalinko ket pagbalinekto a langalang ti daga ket awan serserbina, manipud iti let-ang agingga idiay Dibla, iti amin a lugar a pagnanaedanda. Ket maammoandanto a Siak ni Yahweh.”
I will stretch out my hand on them and make the land desolate and waste, from the wilderness toward Diblah, throughout all their habitations. Then they will know that I am the LORD.’”
