Ezekiel 25

1 Kalpasanna, immay kaniak ti sao ni Yahweh a kunana,

A message from the Lord came to me, saying,

2 ”Anak ti tao, isangom ti rupam kadagiti tattao ti Ammon ket agipadtoka maibusor kadakuada.

“Son of man, face towards the Ammonites and prophesy against them.

3 Ibagam kadagiti tattao ti Ammon, ‘Denggenyo ti sao ti Apo a ni Yahweh. Kastoy ti kuna ti Apo a ni Yahweh: Kinunayo, “Aha!” maibusor iti santuariok idi natulawan daytoy, ken maibusor iti daga ti Israel idi nagbalin a langalang daytoy, ken maibusor iti balay ti Juda idi naipanawda a kas balud.

Tell the Ammonites to listen to the message from the Lord God, for this is what the Lord God says: Because you said, ‘Oh good!’ when my sanctuary was made unclean, when the country of Israel was turned into a wasteland, and when the people of Judah were taken into exile,

4 Ngarud, dumngegkayo! Iyawatkayon kadagiti tattao iti daya a kas sanikuada; mangiyaramiddanto iti kampoda a maibusor kadakayo ken iyaramidda dagiti toldada iti ayanyo. Kanendanto dagiti bunga ti mulayo, ken inumendanto dagiti gatasyo!

this is why I will make you subject to the people of the East. They will make camp and set up their tents right where you live. They will eat your fruit and drink your milk.

5 Ket pagbalinekto ti Rabba a maysa a pagpaaraban kadagiti kamelio ken pagpaaraban kadagiti arban ti talon dagiti tattao nga Ammon, isu a maammoanyonto a Siak ni Yahweh!

I will make Rabbah a camel pasture, and Ammon a sheep-pen. Then you will know that I am the Lord.

6 Ta kastoy ti kuna ti Apo a ni Yahweh: Intipatyo dagiti imayo ken intabbugayo dagiti sakayo, ken nagragrag-okayo kadagiti amin a pananglalaisyo iti daga ti Israel.

For this is what the Lord God says: Because you clapped your hands and stamped your feet in a celebration of hate over what happened to Israel,

7 Isu a dumngegkayo! Isipatkonto kadakayo ti imak ken itedkayto a kas samsam kadagiti nasion. Isinakayto kadagiti tattao ken pukawenkayto kadagiti pagilian! Dadaelenkayto, ket maammoanyonto a Siak ni Yahweh!’

this is why I will reach out and attack you, and hand you over to be looted by other nations. I will wipe you out so completely that you will no longer exist as a nation. I will destroy you, and then you will know that I am the Lord.

8 Kastoy ti kuna ti Apo a ni Yahweh, ‘Gapu ta ibagbaga ti Moab ken Seir, “Kitaenyo! Ti balay ti Juda ket kasla kadagiti dadduma a nasion!”

This is what the Lord God says: Because the people of Moab and Seir said, ‘Look, the people of Judah are just like everybody else,’

9 Isu a dumngegkayo! Lukatakto dagiti beddeng iti Moab, manipud kadagiti siudadna nga ayan ti beddeng—ti kinangayed ti Bet Jesimot, Baal Meon ken Kariatim—

that's why I will open Moab's border to attack, including Beth-jeshimoth, Baal-meon, and Kiriathaim, the country's famous cities.

10 kadagiti tattao iti daya a siguden a bumusbusor kadagiti tattao ti Ammon. Iyawatkonto ida a kasla maysa a sanikua tapno dagiti tattao ti Ammon ket saanton a malagip pay kadagiti nasion.

I will hand Moab over to the people of the East for them to rule so that will no longer exist as a nation just like the Ammonites.

11 Isu a kedngakto dagiti taga-Moab, ket maammoandanto a Siak ni Yahweh!’

This is how I'm going to punish the Moabites, and they will know that I am the Lord.

12 Kastoy ti kuna ti Apo a ni Yahweh, ‘Binales dagiti taga-Edom ti balay ti Juda ket nagbiddutda iti panangaramidda iti kasta.

This is what the Lord God says: Because Edom committed serious sins by taking vicious revenge on the people of Judah,

13 Isu a kastoy ti kuna ti Apo a ni Yahweh: Isipatkonto ti imak iti Edom ken dadaelek ti amin a tao ken ayup sadiay. Pagbalinekto ida a nadadael, nabaybay-an a lugar, manipud Teman agingga iti Dedan. Mapasagdanto babaen iti kampilan!

this is why the Lord God says: I will reach out to attack Edom and destroy all its people and animals. I will turn it into a wasteland. All the way from Teman in the north to Dedan in the south they will die by the sword.

14 Iti kastoy a wagas, makaibalesakto iti Edom babaen iti ima dagiti tattaok nga Israelita, ket ipalak-amdanto iti Edom ti nalaus nga unget ken pungtotko! Isu a maammoandanto ti panagibalesko! —kastoy ti pakaammo ti Apo a ni Yahweh!’

I will take revenge on the Edomites through my people Israel. They will deal with the Edomites so that they experience my anger. Then they will know what my vengeance is like, declares the Lord God.

15 Kastoy ti kuna ti Apo a ni Yahweh, ‘Nagibales dagiti Filisteo gapu iti nalaos a gurada ken inulit-ulitda a pinadpadas a dadaelen ti Juda.

This is what the Lord God says: Because the Philistines in their hatred repeatedly took revenge on Judah, trying to destroy the people,

16 Isu a kastoy ti kuna ti Apo a ni Yahweh: Dumngegkayo! Iyunnatkonto ti imak kadagiti Filisteo, ken isinakto dagiti Kereteo ken dadaelek dagiti nabatbati nga adda kadagiti igid ti baybay!

this is why the Lord God says: Watch out! I'm going to reach out to attack the Philistines, and I will wipe out the Kerethites and destroy those who are left along the coast.

17 Ta balsekto ida iti nakaro babaen iti nakaro a panangdusak kadakuada, isu a maammoandanto a Siak ni Yahweh, inton balsek ida!”’

My revenge against them will be severe as I punish them in my anger. Then they will know that I am the Lord, when they experience my anger.”
