1 Binilin ni Moises ken dagiti panglakayen ti Israel dagiti tattao ket kinunada “Salimetmetanyo dagiti amin a bilbilin nga ibilinko kadakayo ita nga aldaw.
Then Moses and the elders of Israel commanded the people: “Keep all the commandments I am giving you today.
2 Iti aldaw a ballasiwenyo ti Jordan a mapan iti daga nga ited kadakayo ni Yahweh a Diosyo, masapul a mangipasdekkayo kadagiti sumagmamano a dadakkel a bato ken palitadaanyo dagitoy.
And on the day you cross the Jordan into the land that the LORD your God is giving you, set up large stones and coat them with plaster.
3 Masapul nga isuratyo kadagitoy dagiti amin a sasao ti daytoy a linteg inton nakaballasiwkayon, tapno makastrekkayo iti daga nga ited kadakayo ni Yahweh a Diosyo, daga nga agay-ayus iti gatas ken diro, kas inkari kadakayo ni Yahweh, ti Dios dagiti kapuonanyo.
Write on them all the words of this law when you have crossed over to enter the land that the LORD your God is giving you, a land flowing with milk and honey, just as the LORD, the God of your fathers, has promised you.
4 Inton nakaballasiwkayo iti Jordan, ipasdekyo dagitoy a bato nga ibilbilinko kadakayo ita nga aldaw, idiay Bantay Ebal ket palitadaanyo dagitoy.
And when you have crossed the Jordan, you are to set up these stones on Mount Ebal, as I am commanding you today, and you are to coat them with plaster.
5 Masapul a mangbangonkayo sadiay iti maysa nga altar kenni Yahweh a Diosyo, maysa nga altar a batbato; ngem masapul a saankayo nga agaramat iti alikamen a landok a pangtrabaho kadagiti bato.
Moreover, you are to build there an altar to the LORD your God, an altar of stones. You must not use any iron tool on them.
6 Masapul a bangonenyo ti altar ni Yahweh a Diosyo babaen kadagiti saan a natikapan a bato; masapul a mangidatonkayo iti daton a maipuor iti rabaw daytoy a para kenni Yahweh a Diosyo,
You shall build the altar of the LORD your God with uncut stones and offer upon it burnt offerings to the LORD your God.
7 ken mangidatagkayonto kadagiti daton a pakikapia ken mangankayo sadiay; agragsakkayonto iti sanggoanan ni Yahweh a Diosyo.
There you are to sacrifice your peace offerings, eating them and rejoicing in the presence of the LORD your God.
8 Isuratyonto iti nalawag unay kadagiti bato dagiti amin a sasao daytoy a linteg.”
And you shall write distinctly upon these stones all the words of this law.”
9 Nagsao ni Moises, dagiti papadi, ken dagiti Levita, iti entero nga Israel ket kinunada, “Israel, agulimek ken dumngegka: Ita nga aldaw nagbalinkayo a tattao ni Yahweh a Diosyo.
Then Moses and the Levitical priests spoke to all Israel: “Be silent, O Israel, and listen! This day you have become the people of the LORD your God.
10 Masapul ngarud nga agtulnogkayo iti timek ni Yahweh a Diosyo ken agtulnogkayo kadagiti bilbilin ken kadagiti alagadenna nga ibilbilinko kadakayo ita nga aldaw.”
You shall therefore obey the voice of the LORD your God and follow His commandments and statutes I am giving you today.”
11 Binilin ni Moses dagiti tattao iti dayta met laeng nga aldaw ket kinunana,
On that day Moses commanded the people:
12 “Masapul nga agtakder dagitoy a tribu idiay Bantay Gerizim a mangbendision kadagiti tattao, kalpasan a maballasiwyo iti Jordan: Simeon, Levi, Juda, Issacar, Jose ken Benjamin.
“When you have crossed the Jordan, these tribes shall stand on Mount Gerizim to bless the people: Simeon, Levi, Judah, Issachar, Joseph, and Benjamin.
13 Ken masapul nga agtakder dagitoy a tribu idiay Bantay Ebal a mangiwaragawag kadagiti lunod: Ruben, Gad, Aser, Zabulon, Dan ken Naftali.
And these tribes shall stand on Mount Ebal to deliver the curse: Reuben, Gad, Asher, Zebulun, Dan, and Naphtali.
14 Sumungbat ken kunaento dagiti Levita kadagiti amin a lallaki ti Israel babaen iti napigsa a timek:
Then the Levites shall proclaim in a loud voice to every Israelite:
15 Mailunod koma ti tao a mangaramid iti nakitikitan wenno nasukog a ladawan, maysa a banag a makarimon kenni Yahweh, ti aramid dagiti ima ti kumikitikit, ken ti mangipatakder iti daytoy a sililimed.' Ket masapul a sumungbat dagiti tattao ket kunaenda, 'Amen.'
‘Cursed is the man who makes a carved idol or molten image—an abomination to the LORD, the work of the hands of a craftsman—and sets it up in secret.’
16 'Mailunod koma ti tao a di agraem iti amana wenno inana. 'Ket masapul a kunaen dagiti amin a tattao, 'Amen.'
‘Cursed is he who dishonors his father or mother.’
17 'Mailunod koma ti tao a mangikkat iti muhon iti karrubana.' Ket masapul a kunaen dagiti amin a tattao, 'Amen.'
‘Cursed is he who moves his neighbor’s boundary stone.’
18 'Mailunod koma ti tao a mangiyaw-awan iti bulag manipud iti dalan,' Ket masapul a kunaen dagiti amin a tattao, 'Amen.'
‘Cursed is he who lets a blind man wander in the road.’
19 'Mailunod koma ti tao a mangpilit a mangikkat iti kalintegan ti ganggannaet, ulila, wenno balo a babai,' Ket masapul a kunaen dagiti amin a tattao, 'Amen.'
‘Cursed is he who withholds justice from the foreigner, the fatherless, or the widow.’
20 'Mailunod koma ti tao a makikaidda iti asawa ti amana, gapu ta innalana ti karbengan ti amana.' Ket masapul a kunaen dagiti amin a tattao, 'Amen.'
‘Cursed is he who sleeps with his father’s wife, for he has violated his father’s marriage bed.’
21 'Mailunod koma ti tao a makikaidda iti aniaman a kita ti ayup.' Ket masapul a kunaen dagiti amin a tattao, 'Amen.'
‘Cursed is he who lies with any animal.’
22 'Mailunod koma ti tao a makikaidda iti kabsatna a babai, ti anak a babai ti amana, wenno iti anak a babai ti inana.' Ket masapul a kunaen dagiti amin a tattao, 'Amen.'
‘Cursed is he who sleeps with his sister, the daughter of his father or the daughter of his mother.’
23 'Mailunod koma ti tao a makikaidda iti katuganganna a babai.' Ket masapul a kunaen dagiti amin a tattao, 'Amen.'
‘Cursed is he who sleeps with his mother-in-law.’
24 'Mailunod koma ti tao a sililimed a mangpatay iti karrubana.' Ket masapul a kunaen dagiti amin a tattao, 'Amen.'
‘Cursed is he who strikes down his neighbor in secret.’
25 'Mailunod koma ti tao nga umawat ti pasuksok a mangpatay iti maysa a tao nga awan basolna,' Ket masapul a kunaen dagiti amin a tattao, 'Amen.'
‘Cursed is he who accepts a bribe to kill an innocent person.’
26 Mailunod koma ti tao a saan a mangpatalged kadagiti sasao iti daytoy a linteg, a pagtulnogannanto dagitoy.' Ket masapul a kunaen dagiti amin a tattao, 'Amen.'
‘Cursed is he who does not put the words of this law into practice.’
