< Deuteronomio 15 >
1 Iti panagleppas ti tunggal pito a tawen, masapul a lipatem dagiti utang.
At the end of every seven years, you must cancel debts.
2 Daytoy ti wagas iti panangwayawaya: lipatento ti tunggal nakapautang, ti impautangna iti kaarrubana; saannanto a piliten a singiren daytoy manipud iti kaarrubana wenno iti kabsatna gapu ta naiwaragawag iti pananglipat ni Yahweh kadagiti pautang.
This is the manner of the release: Every creditor will cancel that which he has lent to his neighbor; he will not demand it from his neighbor or his brother because Yahweh's cancellation of debts has been proclaimed.
3 Manipud iti maysa a gangannaet mabalinmo a singiren daytoy; ngem ti aniaman a kukuam nga adda iti kabsatmo ket masapul a palubosan dayta ti imam.
From a foreigner you may demand it; but whatever of yours is with your brother your hand must release.
4 Nupay kasta, awan koma iti napanglaw kadakayo (ta awan duadua a bendisionannakanto ni Yahweh iti daga nga it-itedna kenka a kas tawid a tagikuaen),
However, there should be no poor among you (for Yahweh will surely bless you in the land that he gives you as an inheritance to possess),
5 no laeng napasnekkayo a dumgeg iti timek ni Yahweh a Diosyo, tapno salimetmetanyo amin dagitoy a bilbilin nga ibilbilinko kadakayo ita nga aldaw.
if only you diligently listen to the voice of Yahweh your God, to keep all these commandments that I am commanding you today.
6 Ta bendisionannakayonto ni Yahweh a Diosyo, a kas inkarina kadakayo; agpautangkayonto kadagiti adu a nasnasion, ngem saankayonto nga umutang; agturaykayonto kadagiti adu a nasnasion, ngem saandakayonto nga iturayan.
For Yahweh your God will bless you, as he promised you; you will lend to many nations, but you will not borrow; you will rule over many nations, but they will not rule over you.
7 No adda ti maysa a napanglaw a tao kadakayo, maysa kadagiti kakabsatmo, iti uneg ti uray aniaman kadagiti ruangan ti dagayo nga it-ted kadakayo ni Yahweh a Diosyo, masapul a saanyo a patangkenen ta pusoyo wenno dikay ipetpet dayta imayo manipud iti napanglaw a kabsatyo,
If there is a poor man among you, one of your brothers, within any of your gates in your land that Yahweh your God is giving you, you must not harden your heart nor shut your hand from your poor brother;
8 ngem masapul a siguradoenyo nga ilukat ta imayo kenkuana ket saankayo nga agduadua a pautangan isuna iti makaanay a maipaay iti kasapulanna.
but you must surely open your hand to him and surely lend him sufficient for his need.
9 Agannadkayo tapno saan a maaddaan dayta pusoyo iti nadangkes a kapanunotan, a kunayo, 'Asidegen ti maikapito a tawen, ti tawen a panangwayawaya,' tapno saankayo koma a napaidam maipapan iti napanglaw a kabsatyo, ket awan ti itedyo kenkuana; mabalin nga umawag isuna kenni Yahweh maipanggep kadakayo, ket mabalin a pakabasolanyo dayta.
Be careful not to have a wicked thought in your heart, saying, 'The seventh year, the year of release, is near,' so that you will not be stingy in regard to your poor brother and give him nothing; he might cry out to Yahweh about you, and it would be sin for you.
10 Masapul a siguradoenyo a mangtedkayo kenkuana ket masapul a saan nga agleddaang ta pusoyo no mangtedkayo kenkuana, agsipud ta kas iti subalitna, bendisionakayonto ni Yahweh a Diosyo iti amin nga aramidyo ken iti amin a pangaramatanyo ta imayo.
You must surely give to him, and your heart must not be sorry when you give to him, because in return for this Yahweh your God will bless you in all your work and in all that you put your hand to.
11 Ta dagiti napanglaw ket saanto a pulos a mapukaw iti daga; ibilinko ngarud kadakayo a kunak, 'Masapul a siguradoenyo nga ilukat ta imayo iti kabsatyo, iti agkasapulan kadakayo ken dagiti napanglaw iti dagayo.
For the poor will never cease to exist in the land; therefore I command you and say, 'You must surely open your hand to your brother, to your needy, and to your poor in your land.'
12 No ti kabsatyo, maysa a Hebreo a lalaki, wenno maysa a Hebreo a babai, ket nailako kadakayo ket agserserbi kadakayo iti innem a tawen, kalpasanna iti maikapito a tawen palubosanyonto isuna a pumanaw a siwayawaya manipud kadakayo.
If your brother, a Hebrew man, or a Hebrew woman, is sold to you and serves you for six years, then in the seventh year you must let him go free from you.
13 Inton palubosanyo isuna a pumanaw a siwayawaya manipud kadakayo, masapul a dikay palubosan isuna a pumanaw nga ima-ima.
When you let him go free from you, you must not let him go empty-handed.
14 Masapul a sipaparaburkayo a mangipaay kenkuana iti aggapu iti arbanyo, ken iti aggapu iti pagirikanyo; ken iti aggapu iti pagpespesanyo iti arak. Kas iti panangbendision kadakayo ni Yahweha a Diosyo, masapul nga itedyo kenkuana.
You must liberally provide for him out of your flock, out of your threshing floor, and out of your winepress. As Yahweh your God has blessed you, you must give to him.
15 Masapul a laglagipenyo nga adipenkayo idi idiay daga ti Egipto, ket sinubbotnakayo ni Yahweh a Diosyo; isu nga ibilbilinko kadakayo ita nga aldaw nga aramidenyo daytoy.
You must remember that you were a slave in the land of Egypt, and that Yahweh your God redeemed you; therefore I am commanding you today to do this.
16 Mapasamakto a no kunana kadakayo, 'Saankayo a panawan,' ta ay-ayatennakayo ken iti balayyo, ken gapu ta nasayaat kadakayo;
It will happen that if he says to you, 'I will not go away from you,' because he loves you and your house, and because he is well off with you,
17 ket masapul ngarud a mangalakayo iti maysa a kulokol, ket isu iti pangtebbengyo iti lapayagna iti ayan ti ridaw, ket agbalinto isuna nga adipenyo iti agnanayon. Kastanto met iti aramidenyo iti adipenyo a babai.
then you must take an awl and thrust it through his ear to a door, and he will be your servant for life. You must do the same with your female servant.
18 Masapul a saan a kasla narigat para kadakayo a palubosanyo isuna a pumanaw a siwayawaya manipud kadakayo, gapu ta nagserbi isuna kadakayo iti innem a tawen ket naited a mamindua iti gatad ti tatangdanan a tao. Bendisionannakayonto ni Yahweh a Diosyo iti amin nga aramidenyo.
It must not seem difficult for you to let him go free from you, because he has served you for six years and given twice the value of a hired person. Yahweh your God will bless you in all that you do.
19 Amin dagiti inauna a kalakian dagiti arban ti karnero ken dagiti pangen iti bakayo ket masapul nga idatonyo kenni Yahweh a Diosyo; dikayonto pagtrabaho dagiti inauna nga annak kadagiti pangen iti bakayo, wenno saanyo a pukisan dagiti inauna nga annak ti arbanyo.
All the firstborn males in your herd and your flock you must set apart to Yahweh your God. You will do no work with the firstborn of your herd, nor shear the firstborn of your flock.
20 Masapul a kanenyo ti inauna iti sangoanan ni Yahweh a Diosyo iti tinawentawen iti lugar a piliento ni Yahweh, dakayo ken dagiti sangakabbalayanyo.
You must eat the firstborn before Yahweh your God year by year in the place that Yahweh will choose, you and your household.
21 Ket no adda iti aniaman a pilawna— kas pangarigan, no daytoy ket pilay wenno bulsek, wenno aniaman a pakapilawanna— masapul a saanyo nga idaton daytoy kenni Yahweh a Diosyo.
If it has any blemish—for example, if it is lame or blind, or has any blemish whatever—you must not sacrifice it to Yahweh your God.
22 Masapul a kanenyonto daytoy iti uneg dagiti ruanganyo; ti saan a nadalus ken ti nadalus a tattao ket mangan nga agpadpada, a kas iti pannanganmo iti maysa a gasela wenno iti maysa nga ugsa.
You will eat it within your gates; the unclean and the clean persons alike must eat it, as you would eat a gazelle or a deer.
23 Isuna laeng a saanyo a kanen ti darana; masapul nga ibukbukyo ti darana iti daga a kas iti danum.
Only you must not eat its blood; you must pour its blood out on the ground like water.
