< Daniel 12 >
1 “Iti dayta a tiempo, tumakderto ni Miguel a naindaklan a prinsipe a mangbanbantay kadagiti tattaom. Addanto ti tiempo iti riribuk a saan pay a pulos a napasamak manipud idi nangrugi ti aniaman a nasion agingga iti dayta a tiempo. Iti dayta a tiempo, maisalakanto dagiti tattaom, tunggal maysa a masarakan ti naganna a naisurat iti libro.
"At that time shall Michael arise, the great prince who watches over the children of your people. And there shall be a time of distress unparalleled since the beginning of the nation until that time. But at that time your people shall be delivered, everyone who shall be found written in the book.
2 Adunto iti agungar kadagiti pimmusay a dimmaga, dagiti dadduma ket para iti biag nga agnanayon ken dagiti dadduma ket para iti pannakaibabain ken agnanayon a pannakailaksid.
Many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.
3 Agraniagto dagiti masirib a kasla iti raniag ti tangatang, ket kaslanto kadagiti bituen iti agnanayon nga awan patinggana dagiti mangisuro iti adu iti kinalinteg.
And those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who turn many to righteousness like the stars forever and ever.
4 Ngem sika, Daniel, serraam dagitoy a sasao; pagtalinaedem a naselio-an ti libro agingga iti panungpalan. Adunto ti agtaray nga umay ditoy ken mapan sadiay, ket manayonanto ti pannakaammo.”
But you, Daniel, close up these words, and seal the book, until the time of the end. Many shall roam here and there, and knowledge shall increase."
5 Ket siak a ni Daniel, kimmitaak, ket adda pay iti dua a nakatakder. Nagtakder ti maysa iti daytoy nga igid ti karayan, ket nagtakder met ti maysa iti bangir nga igid ti karayan.
Then I, Daniel, looked, and look, two others stood, one on this bank of the river, and one on the other bank of the river.
6 Kinuna ti maysa kadakuada iti lalaki a nakakawes iti lino, nga adda iti sursurong nga igid ti karayan, “Kasano ti kabayag agingga iti panungpalan dagitoy a nakaskasdaaw a pasamak?
And one said to the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, "How long shall it be till these wonders take place?"
7 Nangngegko ti lalaki a nakakawes iti lino nga adda iti sursurong nga igid ti karayan - ingngatona sadi langit ti makannawan ken makannigid nga imana ket nagsapata babaen iti sibibiag iti agnanayon nga agpaayto iti maysa a tiempo, dagiti tiempo, ken kagudua, dayta ket tallo ket kagudua a tawen. Inton agpatinggan ti pannakaburburak ti bileg dagiti nasantoan a tattao, malpasto amin dagitoy a banbanag.
I heard the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand to heaven, and swore by him who lives forever that it shall be for a time, times, and a half; and when they have made an end of breaking in pieces the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished.
8 Nangngegko, ngem saanko a naawatan. Isu a sinaludsodko, “Apok, anianto ti pagbanagan amin dagitoy a banbanag?”
And I heard, but I did not understand. Then I said, "My lord, what shall be the outcome of these things?"
9 Kinunana, “Daniel, mapankan, ta naserraan ken naselio-an dagiti sasao agingga iti panungpalan.
And he said, "Go your way, Daniel, for the words are shut up and sealed until the time of the end.
10 Adunto ti mapasin-aw, madalusan ken maguguran, ngem agtignayto a sidadangkes dagiti nadangkes. Awanto kadagiti nadangkes ti makaawat, ngem maawatanto dagiti masirib.
Many shall be purified, cleansed and refined; but the wicked shall act wickedly. And none of the wicked shall understand, but those who are wise shall understand.
11 Iti tiempo a maikkat ti inaldaw a daton a mapuoran ken ti pannakaisaad ti makarimon a pakaigapuan iti naan-anay a pannakadadael, addanto 1, 290 nga aldaw.
From the time that the daily sacrifice is taken away, and the abomination that causes desolation is set up, there shall be one thousand two hundred ninety days.
12 Nagasat ti tao nga aguray agingga iti panagleppas ti 1, 335 nga aldaw.
Blessed is he who waits, and comes to the one thousand three hundred thirty-five days.
13 Masapul nga agtalinaedka iti dalanmo agingga iti panungpalan, ket aginanakanto. Agungarkanto iti lugar a naidutok kenka, iti pagpatinggaan dagiti aldaw.”
But go your way until the end. For you shall rest, and shall rise to receive your reward at the end of the days.
