Dagiti Aramid 15
1 Adda lallaki a bimmaba manipud idiay Judea ken sinuroanda dagiti kakabsat a lallaki, a kunada, “Malaksid a makugit kayo a mayannurot iti kaugalian ni Moises, saankayo a maisalakan.”
And certain men came down from Judaea, and taught the brethren, that unless ye be circumcised, in accordance with the rite of the law, ye cannot have life.
2 Idi saan nga immanamong da Pablo ken Bernabe, ken nakisinnupiatda kadakuada, inkeddeng dagiti kakabsat a lallaki a masapul a sumang-at da Pablo, Bernabe, ken dadduma pay idiay Jerusalem, ket mapanda kadagiti apostol ken panglakayen maipanggep iti daytoy a saludsod.
And Paul and Barnabas had much trouble and disputation with them. And it resulted, that Paul and Barnabas, and others with them, went up to the legates and Elders at Jerusalem, because of this matter.

And the church waited on them, and sent them away; and they travelled through all Phenicia and the territory of the Samaritans, narrating the conversion of the Gentiles, and causing great joy to all the brethren.
4 Idi dimtengda idiay Jerusalem, pinasangbay ida ti iglesia ken dagiti apostol ken dagiti panglakayen, ket impadamagda dagiti amin a banbanag nga inaramid ti Dios kadakuada.
And when they came to Jerusalem, they were received by the church, and by the Elders, and by the legates; and they recounted all that God had wrought by them.
5 Ngem adda dagiti lallaki a namati, a kameng ti bunggoy dagiti Pariseo, a nagtakder ken kinunada, “Kasapulan a makugitda ken surotenda ti linteg ni Moises.
And some who from the sect of the Pharisees had believed, rose up and said: It is necessary for you to circumcise them, and to command them to observe the law of Moses.
6 Naummong ngarud dagiti apostol ken dagiti panglakayen tapno pagtutungtonganda daytoy a banag.
And the legates and Elders assembled, to look into this matter.
7 Kalpasan ti adu a panagsisinnuppiat, nagtakder ni Pedro ket kinunana kadakuada, “Kakabsat a lallaki, ammoyo nga iti nabayagen a tiempo, nangpili ti Dios kadakayo, a babaen iti ngiwatko ket mangngeg dagiti Hentil ti ebanghelio, ken mamatida.
And when there had been much discussion, Simon arose and said to them: Men, brethren, ye know that, from the earlier days, God chose that from my mouth the Gentiles should hear the word of the gospel, and should believe.
8 Ti Dios, a makaammo iti adda iti puso, ket agsaksi kadakuada, itedna kadakuada ti Nasantoan nga Espiritu, kas inaramidna kadatayo;
And God, who knoweth what is in hearts, bore testimony concerning them, and gave the Holy Spirit to them, even as to us.
9 ket awan indumdumana kadatayo ken kadakuada, ket pinagbalinna a nadalus dagiti pusoda babaen iti pammati.
And he made no distinction between them and us; because he purified their hearts by faith.
10 Ita ngarud, apay a suotenyo ti Dios, ta kinabilanyo iti sangol dagiti tengged dagiti adalan nga uray pay dagiti ammatayo ken datayo ket saantayo a kabaelan a baklayen?
And now, why tempt ye God, by putting a yoke on the necks of the disciples, which neither our fathers nor we could bear?
11 Ngem mamati tayo a maisalakan tayo babaen iti parabur ni Apo Jesus, kas kadakuada idi.”
But we believe, that we as well as they, are to have life by the grace of our Lord Jesus Messiah.
12 Nagtalna amin dagiti tattao kabayatan nga agdengdengngegda iti ipadpadamag da Bernabe ken Pablo maipanggep kadagiti pagilasinan ken kadagiti nakaskasdaaw nga inaramid ti Dios kadagiti Hentil, babaen kadakuada.
And the whole assembly were silent, and listened to Paul and Barnabas, who related how God by their hands had wrought signs and prodigies among the Gentiles.

And after they ceased, James arose and said: Men, brethren, hearken to me.
14 Imbaga ni Simon no kasano a sipaparabur a tinulungan nga immuna ti Dios dagiti Hentil tapno iti kasta ket adda tattao nga agtaud kadakuada a maipaay iti naganna.
Simon hath related to you, how God hath begun to elect a people for his name from among the Gentiles.
15 Umanamong iti daytoy dagiti sasao dagiti profeta, kas naisurat,
And with this the words of the prophets accord, as it is written:
16 Agsubliakto kalpasan dagitoy a banbanag, ken ipatakderko manen ti tolda ni David, a narba; Tarimaanekto ken ipatakderko manen dagiti nabati a pasetna,
After these things I will return, and will set up the tabernacle of David that had fallen; and will build that which was in ruins in it, and will raise it up:
17 tapno dagiti nabati a tattao ket mabalinda a biruken ti Apo, pakairamanan dagiti amin a Hentil a naawagan babaen iti naganko.'
so that the residue of men may seek the Lord, and all the nations on whom my name is called; saith the Lord, who doth all these things.
18 Daytoy ti ibagbaga ti Apo, a nangaramid kadagitoy a banbanag a naammoanen idi pay laeng un-unana a tiempo. (aiōn g165)
Known, from of old, are the works of God. (aiōn g165)
19 Isu a ti kapanunotak ket saantayo a riribuken dagiti Hentil nga nagsubli iti Dios;
Therefore I say to you, let them not crush those who from among the Gentiles have turned unto God.
20 ngem agsurattayo ketdi kadakuada a masapul nga umadayoda manipud iti panangtulaw dagiti didiosen, manipud iti immoralidad, ken manipud iti aniaman a nabekkel, ken manipud iti dara.
But let word be sent to them, that they keep aloof from the defilement of a sacrifice to idols, and from whoredom, and from what is strangled, and from blood.
21 Manipud pay kadagiti nagkauna a kaputotan, addan dagiti tattao iti tunggal siudad a mangikaskasaba ken mangibasbasa iti insurat ni Moises kadagiti sinagoga, tunggal Aldaw ti Panaginana”.
For in every city, from former ages, Moses hath heralds in the synagogues, who read him every sabbath.
22 Ket kasla nasayaat kadagiti apostol ken kadagiti panglakayen, kaduada ti isu amin nga iglesia, a pilienda ni Judas a managan metlaeng Barsabas, ken ni Silas, a mangidadaulo iti iglesia, ken ibaonda ida idiay Antiokia a kaduada ni Pablo ken Bernabe.
Then the legates and Elders, with all the church, chose men from among themselves, and sent them to Antioch, with Paul and Barnabas; namely, Jude, who was called Barsabas, and Silas, men who were chiefs among the brethren.
23 Insuratda daytoy, “Dagiti apostol, dagiti panglakayen ken kakabsat a lallaki, kadagiti kakabsat a Hentil iti Antiokia, Siria ken Cilicia, kablaaw.
And they wrote a letter by them, thus: The legates and Elders and brethren, to them that are in Antioch, and in Syria, and in Cilicia, brethren who are from the Gentiles, greeting:
24 Nangngegmi nga adda dagiti lallaki, a saanmi met a binilin, a naggapu kadakami ti nangburiborkakayo kadagiti panursuro a nangburibor kadagiti kararuayo.
We have heard, that some have gone from us and disquieted you, by discourses, and have subverted your minds, by saying, That ye must be circumcised and keep the law; things which we have not commanded them.
25 Isu a kasla nasayaat para kadakami amin nga agkaykaysa a mangpili iti lallaki ken ibaonmi ida kadakayo, kaduada dagiti ay-ayatenmi a Bernabe ken Pablo,
Therefore we all have thought fit, when assembled, to choose and send men to you, with our beloved Paul and Barnabas,
26 tattao a nagpeggad dagiti bibiagda para iti nagan ni Apo tayo a Jesu-Cristo.
men who have given up their lives for the name of our Lord Jesus Messiah.
27 Imbaonmi ngarud da Judas ken Silas, a mangibaga met laeng kadakayo iti isu met laeng a banbanag.
And we have sent with them Jude and Silas, that they may tell you the same things orally.
28 Ta daytoy ket kasla nasayaat met iti Espiritu Santo ken kadakami, a saankamin a mangted kadakayo iti ad-adu a dadagsen no di laeng dagitoy a napapateg a banbanag:
For it was pleasing to the Holy Spirit, and to us, that there should not be laid upon you any additional burden, besides these necessary things:
29 nga adaywanyo dagiti banbanag a naidaton kadagiti didiosen, dara, banbanag a nabekkel, ken manipud iti immoralidad. No saluaddanyo dagiti bagbagiyo manipud kadagitoy, nasayaat ti pagbanaganyo. Agpakadakamin.”
that ye keep aloof from a sacrifice to idols, and from blood, and from what is strangled, and from whoredom. And if ye keep yourselves from these, ye will do well. Be ye steadfast in the Lord.
30 Isu nga isuda, idi napalubusanda, simmalogda idiay Antiokia; kalpasan nga inummongda dagiti adu a tattao, inyawatda ti surat.
And they who were sent, came to Antioch, and assembled all the people, and delivered the letter.
31 Idi nabasada daytoy, naragsakanda gapu iti pannangpabileg.
And when they had read it, they rejoiced and were comforted.
32 Da Judas ken Silas, a maibilang met a profeta, pinaregtada dagiti kakabsat a lallaki babaen iti adu a sasao ken pinapigsada ida.
And with abundant discourse they strengthened the brethren; and the associates of Jude and Silas established them, because they also were prophets.
33 Kalpasan a nagtalinaedda sadiay iti sumagmamano a tiempo, napalubosanda a pumanaw a sitatalna manipud kadagiti kakabsat a lallaki tapno agsublida kadagiti nangibaon kadakuada.
And when, they had been there some time, the brethren dismissed them in peace to the legates.
But it was the pleasure of Silas to remain there.
35 Ngem da Pablo ken ni Bernabe ket nagtalinaed idiay Antiokia a kaduada dagiti dadduma pay, a no sadino ket insuro ken inkasabada ti sao ti Apo.
Paul also and Barnabas remained at Antioch; and they taught and proclaimed, with many others, the word of God.
36 Kalpasan iti mano nga aldaw, imbaga ni Pablo kenni Bernabe, “Agsublitan ita ken bisitaenta dagiti kakabsat a lallaki iti tunggal siudad a nangiwaragawaganta iti sao ti Apo, ken kitaenta no kasano iti kasasaadda.
And after some days, Paul said to Barnabas: Let us return, and visit the brethren in every city, in which we have preached the word of God; and let us see what they are doing.
37 Kayat ni Bernabe nga ikuyog met ni Juan a maawagan Marcos.
And Barnabas was disposed to take John, who was surnamed Mark.
38 Ngem pinanunot ni Pablo a saan a nasayaat nga ikuyogda ni Marcos, a nangpanaw kadakuada idiay Pamfilia ken saan a nagtuloy a kimmuyog kadakuada iti trabaho.
But Paul was not willing to take him with them; because he left them when they were in Pamphylia, and went not with them.
39 Kalpasan ket adda rimsua a nabara a panagsinnupiat, isu a nagsisinada, ket inkuyog ni Bernabe ni Marcos ket naglayagda nga immadayo a nagturong idiay Cyprus.
In, consequence of this strife, they separated from each other: and Barnabas took Mark, and they travelled by sea and went to Cyprus.
40 Ngem pinili ni Pablo ni Silas ket pimmanawda, kalpasan nga intalek isuna dagiti kakabsat a lallaki iti parabur ti Apo.
But Paul chose Silas for his companion, and departed, being commended by the brethren to the grace of God.
41 Ket napan isuna idiay Siria ken Cilicia, a nangpabpabileg kadagiti iglesia.
And he travelled through Syria, and through Cilicia, and strengthened the churches.
