2 Tesalonica 2

1 Ita, maipapan iti iyaay ni Jesu-Cristo nga Apotayo ken iti pannakaurnongtayo a makikadua kenkuana: dawatenmi kadakayo kakabsat,

Now we beseech you, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and our being assembled together unto him,

2 a saankayo koma a nalaka a madanagan wenno mariribukan, uray babaen iti espiritu, babaen iti mensahe, wenno babaen iti surat a kasla aggapgapu kadakami, a nagbanaganna a dimtengen iti aldaw ti Apo.

that ye be not easily shaken in mind, nor troubled, either by spirit, or by word, or by letter as from us, as if the day of the Lord were close at hand.

3 Saanyo nga ipalubos nga adda mangallilaw kadakayo iti aniaman a wagas. Ta saan nga umay daytoy agingga a kalpasan nga umay iti iyaadayo, ken maiparangarang ti tao nga awanan linteg, ti anak iti pannakadadael.

Let no one deceive you in any manner; for [[that day will not come]] unless the apostasy shall have come first and the man of sin have been revealed, the son of perdition;

4 Isuna ti mangsalungasing ken mangitan-ok iti bagina a maibusor kadagiti amin a naawagan a Dios wenno pagrukbaban. Kas nagbanaganna, agtugaw isuna iti templo ti Dios ken iparangna ti bagina a kas Dios.

he that opposeth and exalteth himself above every one that is called God, or worthy of worship, so that he sitteth in the temple of God, showing himself to be God.

5 Saanyo kadi a malagip nga idi addaak kadakayo ket imbagak dagitoy a banbanag?

Do ye not remember, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?

6 Ita, ammoyon ti manglaplapped kenkuana, tapno maiparangarangto laeng isuna iti umiso a tiempo.

And now ye know what restraineth, in order that he may be revealed in his own time.

7 Ta madaman nga agtrabtrabaho ti palimed iti awanan linteg, adda laeng ti maysa a tao a manglaplapped kenkuana ita agingga a maikkat isuna iti dalan.

For the mystery of lawlessness is already working; only there is one who now restraineth, until he be taken out of the way;

8 Ket maiparangarangto ti awanan linteg, nga isunto iti papatayen ni Apo Jesus babaen ti anges iti ngiwatna. Dadaelento isuna ti Apo babaen iti pannakaiparangarang iti iyaayna.

and then will the lawless one be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will consume with the breath of his mouth, and destroy with the manifestation of his coming;

9 Ti iyaay iti awan lintegna ket babaen iti aramid ni Satanas, nga addaan iti amin a pannakabalin, dagiti pagilasinan, ken dagiti palso a nakakaskasdaaw,

[[he, ]] whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power, and signs, and wonders of falsehood,

10 ken iti amin a panangallilaw iti kinakillo. Dagitoy a banbanag ket para kadagiti mapukpukaw, gapu ta saanda a naawat ti ayat iti kinapudno tapno maisalakanda.

and in all deceit of unrighteousness for those who are perishing; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

11 Gapu iti daytoy, ibaon ti Dios kadakuada iti pannakabalin iti biddut tapno patienda iti ulbod.

And for this cause God sendeth them a working of delusion, that they may believe the falsehood;

12 Agbanagto a maukomda amin, dagiti saan a namati ti kinapudno ngem ketdi nagragsakanda iti kinakillo.

that they may all be judged, who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

13 Ngem rumbeng nga agyamankami a kankanayon iti Dios gapu kadakayo, kakabsat nga inayat iti Apo. Ta pinilinakayo ti Dios a kas umuna a bunga iti pannakaisalakan iti pannakapasanto iti Espiritu ken pammati iti kinapudno.

But we are bound to give thanks always to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, that God chose you from the beginning to salvation in sanctification of the Spirit, and belief of the truth;

14 Daytoy iti nakaayabanyo a babaen iti ebangheliomi ket magun-odyo ti dayag ni Jesu-Cristo nga Apotayo.

whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

15 Agtakderkayo ngarud a natibker kakabsat. Salimetmetanyo dagiti kinapudno a naisuro kadakayo, uray babaen iti sao wenno babaen iti suratmi.

So then, brethren, stand firm, and hold fast the traditions which ye were taught by us, whether by word, or by our letter.

16 Ita, sapay koma ta ni Jesu-Cristo nga Apotayo ken Dios nga Amatayo a nangayat kadatayo ken nangted kadatayo iti agnanayon a liwliwa ken nasayaat a namnama iti masakbayan babaen iti parabur, (aiōnios g166)

Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, our Father, who loved us, and gave us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace, (aiōnios g166)

17 ket liwliwaen ken patibkerenna dagiti puspusoyo iti tunggal nasayaat nga aramid ken sao.

encourage your hearts, and establish you in every good work and word.
