2 Cronicas 27

1 Agtawen iti duapulo ket lima ni Jotam idi nangrugi isuna nga agturay; nagturay isuna iti sangapulo ket innem a tawen idiay Jerusalem. Jerusa ti nagan ti inana; a putot ni Zadok.

Jotham [is] a son of twenty-five years in his reigning, and he has reigned sixteen years in Jerusalem, and the name of his mother [is] Jerushah daughter of Zadok.

2 Inaramid ni Jotam ti nalinteg iti imatang ni Yahweh, a kas iti amin a banag nga inaramid ti amana a ni Uzzias. Saanna met a pinilit ti simrek iti templo ni Yahweh. Ngem intultuloy latta dagiti tattao dagiti dakes nga aramidda.

And he does that which is right in the eyes of YHWH, according to all that his father Uzziah did; only, he has not come into the temple of YHWH; and again the people are doing corruptly.

He has built the Upper Gate of the house of YHWH, and in the wall of Ophel he has built abundantly;

4 Kasta met a nangibagon pay isuna kadagiti siudad idiay katurturodan a pagilian ti Juda, ken nangipatakder isuna kadagiti sarikedked ken kadagiti torre a pagwanawanan iti kabakiran.

and he has built cities in the hill-country of Judah, and he has built palaces and towers in the forests.

5 Nakigubat pay isuna iti ari dagiti tattao ti Ammon ket pinarmekna ida. Iti dayta met laeng a tawen, nangted kenkuana dagiti tattao ti Ammon iti sangagasut a talento a pirak, sangapulo a ribu a rukod a trigo, sangapulo a ribu a rukod a sebada. And he has fought with the king of the sons of Ammon, and prevails over them, and the sons of Ammon give to him in that year one hundred talents of silver, and ten thousand cors of wheat, and ten thousand of barley; the sons of Ammon have returned this to him both in the second year and in the third.

6 Nagbalin ngarud a nabileg ni Jotam gapu ta nagtulnog isuna a sipupudno kenni Yahweh a Diosna.

And Jotham strengthens himself, for he has prepared his ways before his God YHWH.

7 Dagiti dadduma a banbanag maipapan kenni Jotam, dagiti pannakigubatna, ken dagiti aramidna, kitaenyo, naisurat dagitoy iti Ti Libro dagiti Ari ti Israel ken Juda.

And the rest of the matters of Jotham, and all his battles, and his ways, behold, they are written on the scroll of the kings of Israel and Judah.

8 Duapulo ket lima ti tawenna idi nangrugi a nagturay; nagturay isuna iti sangapulo ket innem a tawen idiay Jerusalem.

He was a son of twenty-five years in his reigning, and he has reigned sixteen years in Jerusalem;

9 Pimmusay ni Jotam, ket intabonda isuna idiay siudad ni David. Ni Ahaz a putotna a lalaki, ti simmukat a kenkuana nga ari.

and Jotham lies with his fathers, and they bury him in the City of David, and his son Ahaz reigns in his stead.
