< Abụ Ọma 95 >
1 Bịanụ ka anyị jiri ọṅụ bụkuo Onyenwe anyị abụ; ka anyị tikuo oke nkume nzọpụta anyị mkpu ọṅụ.
Come, let us sing aloud to Jehovah, let us shout for joy to the rock of our salvation;
2 Ka anyị jiri ekele bịakwute ya jirikwa iti egwu na ịbụ abụ jaa ya mma.
Let us come before his face with thanksgiving; let us shout aloud unto him with psalms.
3 Nʼihi na Onyenwe anyị bụ Chineke dị ukwuu, eze ukwuu kachasị chi niile elu.
For Jehovah is a great God, and a great king above all gods.
4 Ebe niile michasịrị emi nke ụwa dị nʼaka ya, ebe kachasị elu nke ugwu niile bụkwa nke ya.
In his hand are the deep places of the earth; the heights of the mountains are his also:
5 Osimiri niile bụ nke ya, nʼihi na ọ bụ ya kere ha, aka ya kpụrụ ala akọrọ niile.
The sea is his, and he made it, and his hands formed the dry [land].
6 Bịanụ ka anyị kpọọ isiala nʼofufe, ka anyị gbuo ikpere nʼala nʼihu Onyenwe anyị, onye kere anyị;
Come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before Jehovah our Maker.
7 nʼihi na ọ bụ Chineke anyị anyị bụkwa ndị ọ na-azụ dịka atụrụ, igwe atụrụ ọ na-elekọta anya. Taa, ọ bụrụ na unu anụ olu ya,
For he is our God; and we are the people of his pasture and the sheep of his hand. To-day if ye hear his voice,
8 “Unu emela ka obi unu sie ike dịka unu mere na Meriba, maọbụ dịka unu mere nʼụbọchị ahụ na Masa nʼime ọzara,
Harden not your heart, as at Meribah, as [in] the day of Massah, in the wilderness;
9 ebe nna nna unu ha nwara m, nʼagbanyeghị na ha hụrụ ihe niile m mere.
When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my work.
10 Iri afọ anọ ka m were iwe megide ọgbọ ahụ; ekwuru m sị, ‘Ndị a bụ ndị obi ha na-akpafu akpafu site nʼebe m nọ, ha amatabeghị ụzọ m niile.’
Forty years was I grieved with the generation, and said, It is a people that do err in their heart, and they have not known my ways;
11 Nʼihi nke a, aṅụrụ m iyi nʼiwe, sị, ‘Ha agaghị abanye nʼizuike m ma ọlị.’”
So that I swore in mine anger, that they should not enter into my rest.
