1 Onyenwe anyị bụ eze, ọ na-eyikwasị ịma mma dịka uwe; Onyenwe anyị na-eyikwasị ịma mma dịka uwe, ọ dịkwa ike nke ukwuu; nʼezie, ụwa niile na-eguzosikwa ike; apụghịkwa iwezuga ya nʼọnọdụ ya.
The Lord reigns, clothed in majesty! He wears his royal robes, with his power worn like a belt. The world is held together firmly—it cannot be broken apart.
2 Ocheeze gị eguzosiela ike siterị na mgbe ochie; ị na-adịkwa site nʼebighị ebi ruo ebighị.
Your throne has existed from ages past; you are from eternity.
3 Oke osimiri niile amaliela elu, O Onyenwe anyị; oke osimiri niile eweliela olu ha elu; ebili mmiri niile nke oke osimiri na-amali elu na-eme mkpọtụ.
The floods have raised up, Lord; the floods have raised their voices; the floods have raised up their crashing waves.
4 Onyenwe anyị onye nọ nʼelu, dị ukwuu karịa mkpọtụ nke oke osimiri niile na-eme, ma karịakwa ụda nke ebili mmiri nke oke osimiri.
But greater than the most violent ocean, greater than the largest waves of the sea, the greatest is the Lord above.
5 Ụkpụrụ gị niile, Onyenwe anyị na-eguzosi ike; ịdị nsọ bụ ihe e ji chọọ ụlọ gị mma ruo ụbọchị na-enweghị ọgwụgwụ.
Your laws are totally trustworthy. Your house, Lord, is holy forever.
