< Abụ Ọma 130 >
1 Abụ nrigo. O Onyenwe anyị, ọ bụ site nʼebe dị omimi ka m na-ebeku gị akwa.
A song of degrees. Out of the deepe places haue I called vnto thee, O Lord.

Lord, heare my voyce: let thine eares attend to the voyce of my prayers.
3 O Onyenwe anyị, a sị na i detuo mmehie niile, Onyenwe anyị, onye pụrụ iguzo?
If thou, O Lord, straightly markest iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand?
4 Ma ọ bụ nʼaka gị ka mgbaghara mmehie dị; ime ka anyị tụọ gị egwu, ma jeere gị ozi.
But mercie is with thee, that thou mayest be feared.
5 Ana m echere Onyenwe anyị, mkpụrụobi m na-echekwa ya, ọ bụ nʼokwu ya ka olileanya m dị.
I haue waited on the Lord: my soule hath waited, and I haue trusted in his worde.
6 Mkpụrụobi m na-echere Onyenwe anyị karịa ndị nche abalị na-echere chị ọbụbọ, e, karịa ndị nche abalị na-echere chị ọbụbọ.

Let Israel waite on the Lord: for with the Lord is mercie, and with him is great redemption.
8 Ya onwe ya, ga-agbapụta Izrel site na mmehie ya niile.
And he shall redeeme Israel from all his iniquities.
