< Abụ Ọma 126 >
1 Abụ nrigo. Mgbe Onyenwe anyị kpọghachitere ndị e mere ka ha lọta na Zayọn, anyị dị ka ndị na-arọ nrọ.
A song for pilgrims going up to Jerusalem. When the Lord brought his people back from captivity to Zion, it was as if we were dreaming!
2 Ọchị juru anyị ọnụ, abụ ọṅụ jukwara anyị ire. Mgbe ahụ, e kwukwara ya na mba niile sị, “Onyenwe anyị emeerela ha ọtụtụ ihe dị ukwuu.”
We laughed so much, we sang for joy. The other nations said, “The Lord has done wonderful things for these people.”
3 Onyenwe anyị emeerala anyị ọtụtụ ihe dị ukwuu, obi anyị jupụtakwara nʼọṅụ.
The Lord certainly has done wonderful things for us. How happy we were!
4 Nyeghachi anyị akụnụba anyị, o Onyenwe anyị, dịka mmiri iyi na-asọ nʼala Negev.
Please return and help us again, Lord. Renew us like streams of water that renew the Negev desert.
5 Ndị niile na-eji anya mmiri na-arụ ọrụ ịkụ mkpụrụ ga-emesịa jiri abụ ọṅụ wee ihe ubi ahụ.
Those who sow in tears will reap with shouts of joy!
6 Onye ji ịkwa akwa buru mkpụrụ ubi ọ ga-agha na-aga, ga-emesịa jiri abụ ọṅụ na-alọghachi azụ, mgbe ha bu ukwu ọka ha.
Those who weep as they go out to sow their seed will be singing in celebration when they carry the harvest home.
