1 Mkpụrụobi m, too Onyenwe anyị. O Onyenwe anyị na Chineke m, ị dị ukwu nke ukwuu; ị na-eyikwasị ịma mma na ebube dịka uwe.
My soule, prayse thou the Lord: O Lord my God, thou art exceeding great, thou art clothed with glorie and honour.
2 Ọ na-eji ìhè kpuchie onwe ya dịka akwa; ọ na-agbasa eluigwe dịka ụlọ ikwu
Which couereth himselfe with light as with a garment, and spreadeth the heauens like a curtaine.
3 na-atọ ntọala ụlọ elu ya nʼelu mmiri. Ọ na-eji igwe ojii emere onwe ya ụgbọ agha na-ejirikwa nku nke ifufe felie elu.
Which layeth the beames of his chambers in the waters, and maketh the cloudes his chariot, and walketh vpon the wings of the winde.
4 O ji oke ifufe mere ihe na-ejere ya ozi, meekwa ka ọkụ na-enwu enwu bụrụ ndị na-ejere ya ozi.
Which maketh his spirits his messengers, and a flaming fire his ministers.
5 Ọ bụ ya tọrọ ntọala ụwa; agaghị ewezugakwa ya site nʼọnọdụ ya.
He set the earth vpon her foundations, so that it shall neuer moue.
6 I gbokwasịrị ogbu mmiri nʼelu ya dịka ọ bụ uwe ka i yikwasịrị ya, mmiri tokpukwara ugwu niile.
Thou coueredst it with the deepe as with a garment: the waters woulde stand aboue the mountaines.
7 Ma mgbe ị bara mba, mmiri ahụ gbapụrụ, nʼụda oke olu nke egbe eluigwe gị, ha gbapụrụ ọsọ.
But at thy rebuke they flee: at the voyce of thy thunder they haste away.
8 Ha sitere nʼelu ugwu niile, sọrọ gaa na ndagwurugwu, ruokwa nʼebe ahụ ị kpara oke na ha ga-anọ.
And the mountaines ascend, and the valleis descend to the place which thou hast established for them.
9 Ị kpara oke nye ha, nke ha na-agaghị agafe, gbochie ha ikpuchi elu ụwa ọzọ.
But thou hast set them a bounde, which they shall not passe: they shall not returne to couer the earth.
10 Ọ na-eme ka mmiri, site nʼala na-asọpụta na ndagwurugwu, meekwa ka iyi niile site nʼetiti ugwu na-asọfe.
He sendeth the springs into the valleis, which runne betweene the mountaines.
11 Ha na-enye anụ ọhịa niile mmiri ọṅụṅụ bụrụkwa ebe akpịrị ịkpọ nkụ nke ịnyịnya ibu ọhịa na-adajụ.
They shall giue drinke to all the beasts of the fielde, and the wilde asses shall quench their thirst.
12 Nʼosisi dị nʼakụkụ ha ka ụmụ anụ ufe nke eluigwe ga-anọ wuo akwụ ha; nọrọkwa nʼalaka ha bụọ abụ.
By these springs shall the foules of the heauen dwell, and sing among the branches.
13 Ọ na-esite nʼeluigwe na-ezidata mmiri ozuzo nʼelu ugwu niile; ụwa niile na-ejupụtakwa na mkpụrụ nke ọrụ aka ya.
He watereth the mountaines from his chambers, and the earth is filled with the fruite of thy workes.
14 Ọ na-eme ka ahịhịa puputara anụ ụlọ, na-emekwa ka ihe a kụrụ nʼala puoro mmadụ nʼubi ya, ime ka nri site nʼala pupụta;
He causeth grasse to growe for the cattell, and herbe for the vse of man, that he may bring forth bread out of the earth,
15 mmanya nke na-enye obi mmadụ aṅụrị, mmanụ nke na-eme ka ihu na-egbupụ amụma, na achịcha nke na-enye ya ume nʼobi.
And wine that maketh glad the heart of man, and oyle to make the face to shine, and bread that strengtheneth mans heart.
16 A na-agba osisi niile nke Onyenwe anyị mmiri nke ọma, osisi sida nke Lebanọn nke ọ kụrụ.
The high trees are satisfied, euen the cedars of Lebanon, which he hath planted,
17 Ụmụ nnụnụ na-ewu akwụ ha; nʼosisi fịa ka ụgbala na-ewu akwụ ya.
That ye birdes may make their nestes there: the storke dwelleth in the firre trees.
18 Ugwu niile dị elu dịịrị ewu ọhịa; nʼọgba dị na nkume ka ewi nkume na-ezo onwe ha.
The high mountaines are for the goates: the rockes are a refuge for the conies.
19 I mere ọnwa ka ọ bụrụ ihe a ga-eji na-agụ oge na mgbe dị iche iche; anyanwụ makwaara mgbe ọ ga-eji daa.
He appoynted the moone for certaine seasons: the sunne knoweth his going downe.
20 Ị na-eme ka ọchịchịrị bịa, ọ bụrụ abalị; ụmụ anụ ọhịa niile nke oke ọhịa na-akpagharị.
Thou makest darkenesse, and it is night, wherein all the beastes of the forest creepe forth.
21 Ụmụ ọdụm na-agbọ ụja ha na-elegharị anya anụ ha ga-adọgbu, ịchọrọ onwe ha ihe oriri ahụ Chineke na-enye ha.
The lions roare after their praye, and seeke their meate at God.
22 Nʼisi ụtụtụ mgbe anwụ wara, ha na-alaghachi zoo onwe ha nʼebe nzuzo ha.
When the sunne riseth, they retire, and couche in their dennes.
23 Ụmụ mmadụ na-amalitekwa ọrụ ha nʼisi ụtụtụ, kwụsịkwa nʼanyasị mgbe ọchịchịrị bidoro ịgba.
Then goeth man forth to his worke, and to his labour vntill the euening.
24 Onyenwe anyị, ọrụ aka gị dị ọtụtụ. Ọ bụ site nʼamamihe ka i ji kee ha. Elu ụwa niile jupụtara nʼihe niile i kere eke.
O Lord, howe manifolde are thy workes! in wisdome hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches.
25 Leenụ osimiri nke buru ibu saakwa mbara; jupụtara nʼihe e kere eke na-akpụ akpụ nke a na-apụghị ịgụta ọnụ bi, anụ dị ndụ ma ndị ukwu ma ndị nta.
So is this sea great and wide: for therein are things creeping innumerable, both small beastes and great.
26 Nʼebe ahụ ka ụgbọ mmiri niile na-ejegharị, nʼime ya kwa ka leviatan, nke gị onwe gị kere, na-anọ egwuri egwu.
There goe the shippes, yea, that Liuiathan, whom thou hast made to play therein.
27 Ha niile na-adabere na gị, ka i nye ha nri nʼotu nʼotu, mgbe oge iri nri ha ruru.
All these waite vpon thee, that thou maiest giue them foode in due season.
28 Ị na-enye ha nri; ha na-erikwa ya. Mgbe i meghere ọbụ aka gị nye ha nri, afọ na-eju ha nke ọma.
Thou giuest it to them, and they gather it: thou openest thine hand, and they are filled with good things.
29 Mgbe i zonarịrị ha ihu gị, egwu na-eju ha obi. Mgbe ị napụkwara ha ume ndụ i nyere ha, ha na-ekubi ume, nwụọ, laghachikwa nʼaja ebe ha siri pụta.
But if thou hide thy face, they are troubled: if thou take away their breath, they dye and returne to their dust.
30 Mgbe i zipụrụ mmụọ gị, a na-eke ha; ị na-agbanwekwa ihu elu ụwa.
Againe if thou send forth thy spirit, they are created, and thou renuest the face of the earth.
31 Ka ebube Onyenwe anyị dịgide site nʼebighị ebi ruo nʼebighị ebi; ka ọrụ aka Onyenwe anyị niile wetara ya ọṅụ,
Glory be to the Lord for euer: let the Lord reioyce in his workes.
32 onye na-ele ụwa anya, ụwa amaa jijiji, onye na-emetụ ugwu niile aka, ha na-akwụ anwụrụ ọkụ.
He looketh on the earth and it trembleth: he toucheth the mountaines, and they smoke.
33 Aga m abụku Onyenwe anyị abụ ogologo ụbọchị niile nke ndụ m; aga m abụku Chineke m abụ otuto oge niile m na-adị ndụ.
I will sing vnto the Lord all my life: I will prayse my God, while I liue.
34 Ka ntụgharị uche m niile bụrụ ihe na-atọ ya ụtọ, dịka m na-aṅụrị ọṅụ nʼime Onyenwe anyị.
Let my wordes be acceptable vnto him: I will reioyce in the Lord.
35 Ka e kpochapụ ndị mmehie niile site nʼụwa. Ka ndị niile na-emebi iwu gharakwa ịdị ọzọ. Too Onyenwe anyị gị mkpụrụobi m! Toonu Onyenwe anyị!
Let the sinners be consumed out of the earth, and the wicked till there be no more: O my soule, prayse thou the Lord. Prayse ye the Lord.
