< Ndị Filipai 3 >
1 Na nchịkọta okwu ndị a niile, ụmụnna m, na-aṅụrịnụ ọṅụ nʼime Onyenwe anyị. Ike adịghị agwụ m ịgwa unu ihe ndị a. Ọ bakwaara unu uru ịnụ ụdị okwu a mgbe niile.
Finally, my brothers, rejoice in the Lord. To write the same things to you is no trouble to me, and is a safeguard for you.
2 Kpachapụrụnụ onwe unu anya nʼebe ndị mmadụ ọjọọ ahụ yiri nkịta nọ. Ndị ahụ na-eyiwasị ahụ ha.
Beware of the dogs, beware of the evil workers, beware of the false circumcision.
3 Nʼihi na ọ bụ anyị bụ ndị ezi obibi ugwu ahụ, ọ bụghị ha, nʼihi na anyị bụ ndị na-efe Chineke site na Mmụọ ya. Anyị na-aṅụrị ọṅụ nʼime Kraịst Jisọs. Anyị adịghị atụkwasị obi nʼihe e mere nʼanụ ahụ.
For we are the circumcision, who worship God in the Spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh;
4 Mụ onwe m nwere ike nwee ntụkwasị obi nʼihe ndị a. Nʼihi na e nwee onye chere na ọ pụrụ ịtụkwasị obi ya nʼanụ ahụ, mụ onwe m nwere ụdị ntụkwasị obi ahụ karịa onye ahụ:
though I myself might have confidence even in the flesh. If anyone else thinks that he has confidence in the flesh, I yet more:
5 e biri m ugwu nʼabalị nke asatọ site na mgbe a mụrụ m, abụ m onye Izrel, sitere nʼagbụrụ Benjamin; abụ m onye Hibru a mụrụ nʼetiti ndị Hibru; dị ka o si metụta iwu abụ m onye Farisii;
circumcised the eighth day, of the nation of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, a Hebrew of Hebrews; concerning the law, a Pharisee;
6 igosi ịnụ ọkụ nʼobi m, akpagburu m chọọchị, nʼụzọ ezi omume nʼokpuru iwu, abụ m onye zuruoke.
concerning zeal, persecuting the church; concerning the righteousness which is in the law, found blameless.
7 Ma ihe ndị a niile m gụrụ dịka ihe bara uru nʼoge gara aga, bụụrụ m ugbu a, ihe na-abaghị uru nʼihi Kraịst.
However, what things were gain to me, these have I counted loss for Christ.
8 E, karịa nke a, akpọọla m ihe ndị a niile ihe efu, nʼihi na a pụghị iji ha tụnyere ịdị oke ọnụahịa nke ịmata Kraịst Jisọs, Onyenwe m. Nʼihi ya, etufuola m ihe ndị a niile, gụọ ha dị ka ihe na-abaghị uru, ka m nwee ike rite Kraịst nʼuru.
More than that, I count all things to be a loss compared to the far greater value of knowing Christ Jesus, my Lord, for whom I suffered the loss of all things, and count them nothing but refuse, that I may gain Christ
9 Ka e nwee ike hụ m nʼime ya. Enweghị m ezi omume nke aka m, nke dabere nʼiwu, kama ọ bụ nke sitere nʼokwukwe na Kraịst, ezi omume si na Chineke nke dabeere nʼokwukwe.
and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own, that which is of the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith;
10 Naanị ihe m chọrọ bụ ịmara Kraịst na ike dị na mbilite nʼọnwụ ya, na nnwekọ nke isoro ya keta oke nʼahụhụ ya, nakwa ka m yie ya nʼọnwụ.
that I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, becoming conformed to his death;
11 Ka m si otu a, ruo nʼogo nke inweta mbilite site nʼọnwụ.
if by any means I may attain to the resurrection from the dead.
12 Anaghị m ekwu na m etozuola oke, maọbụ nwezuo ihe niile. Ma a na m agbalịsi ike ka m jide ihe ahụ nke Kraịst Jisọs jidere m nʼihi ya.
Not that I have already obtained, or am already made perfect; but I press on, if it is so that I may take hold of that for which also I was taken hold of by Christ Jesus.
13 Ụmụnna m, nʼezie, abụbeghị m ihe ahụ m kwesiri ịbụ. Ma ihe m ji ike m niile na-eme bụ ichefu ihe niile ndị gara aga, na ilekwasị anya nʼihe ahụ m na-agbaso bụ nke dị m nʼihu.
Brothers, I do not regard myself as having taken hold of it, but one thing I do. Forgetting the things which are behind, and reaching forward to the things which are ahead,
14 Ana m agbasi ọsọ ike iji gbaruo nʼisi, maka irite ihe ahụ a na-agbata nʼọsọ, bụ ọkpụkpọ ịbanye na ndụ eluigwe ahụ nke Chineke kpọrọ m site na Jisọs Kraịst.
I press on toward the goal for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
15 Ka anyị niile, bụ ndị tozuru oke nʼime mmụọ nwee uche dị otu a. Ọ bụrụkwa na ụfọdụ nʼime unu nwere uche ọzọ dị iche, Chineke ga-ekpughere unu nke a.
Let us therefore, as many as are perfect, think this way. If in anything you think otherwise, God will also reveal that to you.
16 Ka anyị jidesienụ aka ike naanị nʼihe ahụ anyị nweterela.
Nevertheless, to what we have attained, let us walk by the same rule, being of the same mind.
17 Ụmụnna m, na-agbasonu ụdị ndụ m na-ebi, chọpụtakwanụ ndị ọzọ na-adị ndụ dị ka anyị si adị, mee ha ihe ilere anya unu.
Brothers, be imitators together of me, and note those who walk this way, even as you have us for an example.
18 Nʼihi na agwala m unu nke a ọtụtụ mgbe, na-achọkwa ịgwa unu ya ọzọ ugbu a. Lee, anya mmiri dị m nʼanya ugbu a m na-ekwu ya sị na e nwere ọtụtụ ndị na-ebi ndụ ha dị ka ha bụ ndị iro obe Kraịst nʼezie.
For many, of whom I have often told you, and now tell you with tears, live as enemies of the cross of Christ,
19 Ọgwụgwụ ndị dị otu a ga-abụ ịla nʼiyi. Afọ ha bụ chi ha, ndị otuto ha dịkwa nʼihere ha. Ha na-atụkwasị uche naanị nʼihe nke ụwa.
whose end is destruction, whose god is the belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who think about earthly things.
20 Ma ebe obibi anyị dị nʼeluigwe, ebe anyị na-atụsi anya ike na Onye nzọpụta bụ Onyenwe anyị Jisọs Kraịst ga-esi bịa.
For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ;
21 Onye ga-agbanwe ahụ anyị dị ala ka ọ dị ka nke ya dị ebube, site nʼike nke mere ka o debe ihe niile nʼokpuru ya.
who will transform our lowly body into the likeness of his glorious body, according to the power by which he is able even to subject all things to himself.
