1 Nke a bụ okwu Onyenwe anyị nke bịaara Maịka, onye Moreshet, nʼoge eze Jotam, Ehaz na Hezekaya, bụ ndị eze Juda. Ọhụ nke ọ hụrụ banyere Sameria na Jerusalem.
A word of Jehovah that hath been unto Micah the Morashite in the days of Jotham, Ahaz, Hezekiah, kings of Judah, that he hath seen concerning Samaria and Jerusalem:
2 Geenụ ntị, unu ndị mmadụ, unu niile, gee ntị, gị ụwa na ndị niile bi nʼime ya ka Onye kachasị ihe niile elu, bụ Onyenwe anyị gbaa akaebe megide unu, bụ Onyenwe anyị site nʼụlọnsọ ukwu ya.
Hear, O peoples, all of them! Attend, O earth, and its fulness, And the Lord Jehovah is against you for a witness, The Lord from His holy temple.
3 Lee! Onyenwe anyị na-abịa! O si nʼebe obibi ya na-abịa. Ọ na-abịa ma na-azọda ebe niile dị elu nke ụwa.
For lo, Jehovah is going out from His place, And He hath come down, And hath trodden on high places of earth.
4 Ugwu ukwu niile na-agbaze nʼokpuru ụkwụ ya, ndagwurugwu niile na-agbawa, dịka abụba dị nso nʼọkụ, dịka mmiri si nʼebe dị elu na-asọdata
Melted have been the mountains under Him, And the valleys do rend themselves, As wax from the presence of fire, As waters cast down by a slope.
5 Ihe ndị a bụ nʼihi njehie Jekọb, nʼihi mmehie niile nke ndị Izrel. Gịnị bụ njehie Jekọb? Ọ bụghị Sameria? Gịnịkwa bụ ebe dị elu nke Juda? Ọ bụghị Jerusalem?
For the transgression of Jacob [is] all this, And for the sins of the house of Israel. What [is] the transgression of Jacob? Is it not Samaria? And what the high places of Judah? Is it not Jerusalem?
6 “Nʼihi ya, aga m eme ka Sameria ghọọ mkpọmkpọ ebe, ebe a na-akụ osisi vaịnị. Aga m awụnye nkume ya nʼime ndagwurugwu, mekwaa ka ntọala ya pụta ihe.
And I have set Samaria for a heap of the field, For plantations of a vineyard, And poured out into a valley her stones, And her foundations I uncover.
7 Arụsị ha niile a pịrị apị ka a ga-akụjisi; onyinye niile a na-ewebata nʼụlọ arụsị ha ka a ga-akpọ ọkụ. Aga m ala arụsị niile ya a kpụrụ akpụ nʼiyi. Ebe ọ bụ na e si nʼaka ndị na-agba akwụna na-ewebata onyinye ndị a, a ga-eji ha kwụọ ụgwọ ịgba akwụna.”
And all her graven images are beaten down, And all her gifts are burnt with fire, And all her idols I make a desolation, For, from the hire of a harlot she gathered, and unto the hire of a harlot they return.
8 Nʼihi nke a, aga m akwa akwa, tikwaa mkpu akwa. Aga m agbara ọtọ gbarakwa ụkwụ efu jegharịa. Aga m akpọ mkpu dịka nkịta ọhịa, tipụkwa ube akwa dịka ikwighịkwighị.
For this I lament and howl, I go spoiled and naked, I make a lamentation like dragons, And a mourning like daughters of an ostrich.
9 Nʼihi na ọnya ya enweghị ngwọta, o rutela na Juda. O rutelarị ma nʼọnụ ụzọ ama nke ndị m, rukwaarị Jerusalem.
For mortal [are] her wounds, For it hath come unto Judah, It hath come to a gate of My people — to Jerusalem.
10 Unu ekwutela okwu ya na Gat; unu akwakwala akwa ọbụla. Tụrụọnụ onwe unu nʼuzuzu, unu ndị Bet-Ofra.
In Gath tell ye not — in Acco weep not, In Beth-Aphrah, in dust roll thyself.
11 Gabiganụ nʼụzọ unu, unu ndị bi na Shafia. Nʼọnọdụ ịgba ọtọ na ihere unu, unu ndị bi na Zaanan abịakwala nso. Ndị Bet-Ezel na-eru ụjụ nʼihi na e wezugala ndị na-eche unu nche.
Pass over for thee, O inhabitant of Shaphir, Naked one of shame. Not gone out hath the inhabitant of Zaanan, The lamentation of Beth-Ezel doth take from you its standing.
12 Ndị bi na Marot nọ nʼoke ahụ mgbu na-eche ka ihe ọma bịa, nʼihi na mbibi esitela nʼaka Onyenwe anyị bịa, ruo nʼọnụ ụzọ ama Jerusalem
For stayed for good hath the inhabitant of Maroth, For evil hath come down from Jehovah to the gate of Jerusalem.
13 Unu ndị bi na Lakish kegidenụ ịnyịnya unu na-agba ọsọ nʼụgbọ agha. Ọ bụ nʼebe ahụ ka mmehie nwaada Zayọn malitere, nʼihi na mmehie Izrel na-eme ka a hụrụ nʼetiti unu.
Bind the chariot to a swift beast, O inhabitant of Lachish, The beginning of sin [is] she to the daughter of Zion, For in thee have been found the transgressions of Israel.
14 Ya mere, unu ga-enye Moreshet dị na Gat onyinye mgbe unu na-agbapụ ọsọ. Ụlọ Akzib ga-emesịa ghọọ ụlọ aghụghọ nye ndị eze Izrel.
Therefore thou givest presents to Moresheth-Gath, The houses of Achzib become a lying thing to the kings of Israel.
15 Aga m akpọbata onye ga-emeri unu ndị bi na Maresha nʼagha. Ndị a na-asọpụrụ nke Izrel ga-agbabanye nʼAdulam.
Yet the possessor I do bring in to thee, O inhabitant of Mareshah, To Adullam come in doth the honour of Israel.
16 Kpachaanụ isi unu nʼọnọdụ iru ụjụ nʼihi ụmụntakịrị ndị ahụ ihe ha masịrị unu, meenụ ka isi unu kwọchaa dịka isi udele, nʼihi na a ga-achụpụ ha site nʼebe unu nọ gaa mba ọzọ.
Make bald and shave, for thy delightful sons, Enlarge thy baldness as an eagle, For they have removed from thee!
