1 Ndị nke abụọ sitere nʼife nza nweta oke ha bụ ebo Simiọn dịka ikwu ha si dị. Ala ha ketara dị nʼime ala e kenyere ndị Juda.
And the second lot came forth to Simeon, for the tribe of the children of Simeon according to their families; and their inheritance was within the inheritance of the children of Judah.
2 Ihe nketa ụmụ Simiọn bụ ndị a: Bịasheba (maọbụ Sheba), Molada,
And they had in their inheritance Beer-sheba, and Sheba, and Moladah,
3 Haza Shual, Bala, Ezem,
and Hazar-Shual, and Balah, and Ezem,
and Eltolad, and Bethul, and Hormah,
5 Ziklag, Bet-Makabot, Haza Susa,
and Ziklag, and Beth-marcaboth, and Hazar-susah,
6 Bet-Lebaot na Sharuhen, obodo iri na atọ na obodo nta ndị ọzọ gbara ha gburugburu.
and Beth-lebaoth, and Sharuhen: thirteen cities and their hamlets;
7 Na Ain, Rimọn, Eta na Ashan, obodo anọ na obodo nta ha,
Ain, Rimmon, and Ether, and Ashan: four cities and their hamlets;
8 tinyekwara obodo nta ndị ọzọ niile gbara obodo ukwu ndị a gburugburu, ruo obodo Baalat-Bịa, ya bụ (obodo Rema dị na Negev). Nke a bụ ihe nketa ebo Simiọn dịka ikwu ha si dị.
and all the hamlets that are round these cities to Baalath-beer, [that is] Ramah of the south. This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Simeon according to their families.
9 E sitere nʼoke ụmụ Juda wepụta oke ụmụ Simiọn, nʼihi na ihe ụmụ Juda ketara dị ukwuu karịa ihe ha kwesiri iketa. Ọ bụ nke a mere ụmụ Simiọn ji nweta ihe nketa site nʼetiti ala ndị Juda.
Out of the lot of the children of Judah was the inheritance of the children of Simeon; for the portion of the children of Judah was too great for them, and the children of Simeon inherited within their inheritance.
10 Ebo nke atọ nwetara ihe nketa ha site nʼife nza bụ ebo Zebụlọn dịka ikwu ha si dị. Ala ha nwetara gbatịrị ruo Sarid.
And the third lot came up for the children of Zebulun according to their families. And the border of their inheritance was unto Sarid;
11 Site nʼebe ahụ, oke ala ahụ gbatịrị gaa nʼakụkụ ọdịda anyanwụ, ruo Marala na Dabeshet, rukwaa iyi dị nʼihu Jokneam.
and their border went up westwards, and [to] Marealah, and reached to Dabbesheth, and reached to the torrent that is before Jokneam;
12 O si na Sarid chigharịa ihu nʼakụkụ ọwụwa anyanwụ, oke ala ahụ ruru nʼoke ala Kislọt Teboa, gbagorokwa ruo Daberat, ruokwa Jafia.
and turned from Sarid eastward, toward the sun-rising, to the border of Chisloth-Tabor, and went out to Dabrath, and went up to Japhia;
13 Ọ gbatịkwara nʼakụkụ ọwụwa anyanwụ ruo Gat Hefa, Et Kazin na Rimọn, tụgharịa nʼụzọ e si aga Nea.
and from thence it passed eastward toward the sun-rising to Gath-Hepher, to Eth-kazin, and went out to Rimmon which reaches to Neah;
14 Nʼebe ahụ, ọ gara gburugburu nʼakụkụ ugwu ruo Hanatọn, ruokwa na Ndagwurugwu Ifta El ebe ọ sọtụrụ.
and the border turned round it northwards to Hannathon: and ended in the valley of Jiphthah-el; ...
15 Obodo ndị a niile dịkwa nʼime ihe nketa ụmụ Zebụlọn: Katat, Nahalal, Shịmrọn, Idala na Betlehem. Obodo niile ndị a dị iri na abụọ, tinyere obodo nta niile gbara ha gburugburu.
and Kattath, and Nahalal, and Shimron, and Jidalah, and Beth-lehem: twelve cities and their hamlets.
16 Obodo ndị a niile na obodo nta ha, so nʼala ụmụ Zebụlọn nwetara dịka ihe nketa ha, dịka ikwu ha si dị.
This was the inheritance of the children of Zebulun according to their families, these cities and their hamlets.
17 Ebo nke anọ sitere nʼife nza nweta ihe nketa ha bụ ụmụ Isaka dịka ikwu ha si dị.
The fourth lot came forth to Issachar, for the children of Issachar according to their families.
18 Ala na obodo ha ketara bụ ndị a: Jezril, Kesulọt, Shunem,
And their territory was toward Jizreel, and Chesulloth, and Shunem,
19 Hafaraim, na Shịọn, Anaharat,
and Hapharaim, and Shion, and Anaharath,
20 Rabit, Kishiọn, Ebez na
and Rabbith, and Kishion, and Ebez,
21 Remet, En-Ganim, En-Hada na Bet-Pazez.
and Remeth, and En-gannim, and En-haddah, and Beth-pazzez;
22 Oke ala ha ruru na Taboa, Shahazuma na Bet-Shemesh, ma kwụsị nʼosimiri Jọdan. Obodo ndị a niile dị iri na isii, tinyere obodo nta niile gbara ha gburugburu.
and the border reached to Tabor, and Shahazimah, and Beth-shemesh; and their border ended at the Jordan: sixteen cities and their hamlets.
23 Ya mere, obodo ukwu ndị a na obodo nta ha dị nʼala ahụ ebo Isaka nwetara dịka ihe nketa ha, dị ka ikwu ha si dị.
This was the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Issachar according to their families, the cities and their hamlets.
24 Ebo nke ise e kenyere ala site nʼife nza bụ ụmụ Asha dịka ikwu ha si dị.
And the fifth lot came forth for the tribe of the children of Asher according to their families.
25 Ala na obodo ha ketara bụ ndị a: Helkat, Hali, Beten, Akshaf,
And their territory was Helkath, and Hali, and Beten, and Acshaph,
26 Alamelek, Amad na Mishal. Oke ala ha nʼakụkụ ọdịda anyanwụ gbatịrị ruo Kamel na Shihoa-Libnat.
and Allammelech, and Amead, and Mishal; and [the border] reached to Carmel westwards, and to Shihor-libnath,
27 O sitere nʼebe ahụ tụgharịa nʼakụkụ ọwụwa anyanwụ gawa Bet-Dagọn, ma ruokwa Zebụlọn na Ndagwurugwu Ifta El, ma gbagoro ruokwa Bet-Emek na Neiel. O sikwa nʼebe ahụ gafee, ruo Kabul, nʼakụkụ aka ekpe.
and turned towards the sun-rising to Beth-Dagon, and reached to Zebulun, and to the valley of Jiphthah-el northward [to] Beth-emek and Neiel, and went out to Cabul on the left,
28 Ọ gara ruo Ebrọn, Rehob, Hamọn na Kana, ruokwa ebe obodo Saịdọn gbasapụrụ.
and Ebron, and Rehob, and Hammon, and Kanah, as far as great Zidon;
29 Oke ala ahụ mere dịka ọ na-alaghachi azụ bịaruo Rema, ruokwa obodo e wusiri ike bụ Taịa, tụgharịakwa gawa Hosa pụta nʼọnụ mmiri osimiri Mediterenịa nke dị nʼakụkụ Akzib
and the border turned to Ramah, and as far as the fortified city of Tyre; and the border turned to Hosah; and ended at the sea by the tract of country of Achzib;
30 na Umma, Afek na Rehob. Ọnụọgụgụ obodo ndị a niile bụ iri abụọ na abụọ tinyere obodo nta ha niile.
and Ummah, and Aphek, and Rehob: twenty-two cities and their hamlets.
31 Obodo ndị a na obodo nta ha niile dị nʼala ahụ ebo Asha nwetara dịka ihe nketa, dịka ikwu ha si dị.
This was the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Asher according to their families, these cities and their hamlets.
32 Ebo nke isii e nyere ihe nketa site nʼife nza bụ ebo Naftalị, dịka ikwu ha si dị.
The sixth lot came forth to the children of Naphtali, for the children of Naphtali according to their families.
33 Oke ala ha malitere na Helef ruo nʼosisi ukwu dị na Zaananim, Adami Nekeb na Jabneel, gafee ruo Lakum, kwụsị nʼosimiri Jọdan.
And their border was from Heleph, from the oak of Zaanannim; and Adami-nekeb and Jabneel to Lakkum; and ended at the Jordan;
34 Site nʼebe ahụ oke ala ha gara nʼakụkụ ọdịda anyanwụ ruo Aznot Tabo, site nʼebe ahụ ruo Hukọk, rute Zebụlọn na ndịda, na Asha nʼọdịda anyanwụ, ruokwa Juda nʼakụkụ ọwụwa anyanwụ Jọdan.
and the border turned westwards to Aznoth-Tabor, and went out from thence to Hukkok, and reached to Zebulun on the south, and reached to Asher on the west, and to Judah upon Jordan towards the sun-rising.
35 Obodo niile e wusiri ike e kenyere ha bụ ndị a: Zidim, Zea, Hamat, Rakat, Kineret,
And the fortified cities were Ziddim, Zer, and Hammath, Rakkath, and Chinnereth,
and Adamah, and Ramah, and Hazor,
37 Kedesh, Edrei, En-Hazoa,
and Kedesh, and Edrei, and En-Hazor,
38 Iron, Migdal El, Horem, Bet-Anat na Bet-Shemesh. Ya mere, ọnụọgụgụ obodo ndị a niile bụ iri na itoolu, tinyere obodo nta niile gbara ha gburugburu.
and Jiron, and Migdal-el, Horem, and Beth-anath, and Beth-shemesh: nineteen cities and their hamlets.
39 Obodo ndị a na obodo nta ha niile ka ebo Naftalị dịka ikwu ha si dị, nwetara dịka ihe nketa ha.
This was the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Naphtali according to their families, the cities and their hamlets.
40 Site nʼife nza ebo Dan, bụ ebo nke asaa nwetara ihe nketa dịka ikwu ha si dị.
The seventh lot came forth for the tribe of the children of Dan according to their families.
41 Oke ala ihe nketa ha bụ ndị a: Zora, Eshtaol, Ia-Shemesh,
And the territory of their inheritance was Zoreah, and Eshtaol, and Ir-shemesh,
42 Shaalabin, Aijalon, Itla,
and Shaalabbin, and Ajalon, and Jithlah,
and Elon, and Timnathah, and Ekron,
44 Elteke, Gibeton, Baalat,
and El-tekeh, and Gibbethon, and Baalath,
45 Jehud, Bene-Berak, Gat Rimọn,
and Jehud, and Beneberak, and Gath-Rimmon,
46 Me-Jakọn na Rakọn, obodo dị nʼoke ala, na ncherita ihu Jopa.
and Me-jarkon, and Rakkon, with the border over against Japho.
47 Mgbe oke ala ụmụ Dan ketara sitere nʼaka ha pụọ. Ha gara buso obodo Leshem agha merie ha, were mma agha tigbuo ndị niile bi nʼime ya, bichie ya. Ha kpọrọ obodo ahụ Dan, nke bụ aha nna nna ha ochie.
And the border of the children of Dan ended with these; and the children of Dan went up and fought against Leshem, and took it, and smote it with the edge of the sword, and took possession of it, and dwelt in it, and called Leshem, Dan, after the name of Dan their father.
48 Obodo ndị a na obodo nta ha bụ ihe nketa ebo Dan nwetara dịka ikwu ha si dị.
This was the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Dan according to their families, these cities and their hamlets.
49 Mgbe e kechara ala ahụ niile, nye ebo ọbụla ala dịka ọnụọgụgụ ha niile si dị, ụmụ Izrel nyere Joshua, nwa Nun ihe nketa ha nʼetiti ha.
And they ended dividing the land for inheritance according to its borders. And the children of Israel gave an inheritance to Joshua the son of Nun among them.
50 Nʼihi na Onyenwe anyị ekwuola na Joshua nwere ike iwere ala ọbụla ọ chọrọ. Ya mere, ha nyere Joshua obodo Timnat Sera nke dị nʼugwu Ifrem. Joshua wugharịrị obodo ahụ biri nʼime ya.
According to the word of Jehovah they gave him the city that he asked, Timnath-serah in the hill-country of Ephraim; and he built the city, and dwelt in it.
51 Ndị a bụ oke ala nke Elieza onye nchụaja, Joshua nwa Nun na ndịisi ụlọ ebo ụmụ Izrel, kere na Shaịlo site nʼife nza nʼihu Onyenwe anyị, nʼọnụ ụzọ ụlọ nzute. Ha si otu a kebie ala ahụ.
These were the inheritances, which Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun, and the chief fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel, distributed by lot in Shiloh before Jehovah, at the entrance of the tent of meeting. And they ended dividing the land.
