1 Mgbe ahụ, Bildad onye Shua zara sị:
Then Bildad the Shuhite spoke up and said,
2 “Ike ọchịchị na oke egwu bụ nke Chineke; Ọ bụ ya na-eme ka udo dịrị nʼeluigwe.
“Dominion and awe belong to God. He brings peace to his heavens.
3 Onye pụrụ ịgụta usuu ndị agha ya ọnụ? Onye kwa ka ìhè ya na-adịghị enwukwasị?
Who can count his armies? Is there anywhere his light doesn't shine?
4 Mmadụ ọ ga-esi aṅaa bụrụ onye ezi omume nʼihu Chineke? Mmadụ nwanyị mụrụ ọ ga-esi aṅaa dị ọcha?
