< Aịzaya 55 >
1 Gee ntị, bịa onye ọbụla akpịrị na-akpọ nkụ, bịanụ na mmiri, unu ndị na-enweghị ego bịanụ zụọ, riekwa. Bịanụ, zuru mmanya na mmiri ara ehi na-ejighị ego na-arụghị ọnụahịa ọbụla.
Ho, every one that thirsts, come you to the waters, and he that has no money; come you, buy, and eat; yes, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.
2 Nʼihi gịnị ka i ji na-atụfu ego gị ịzụ ihe na-abụghị ezi nri? Gịnị mere i ji na-adọgbu onwe gị nʼọrụ nʼihe na-apụghị iju gị afọ? Gee ntị, geenụ m ntị nke ọma, rie ezigbo nri mkpụrụobi gị ga-enwe afọ ojuju na nri dị ezi mma!
Why do you spend money for that which is not bread? and your labor for that which satisfies not? listen diligently to me, and eat you that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness.
3 “Tọọnụ ntị unu nʼala, bịakwute m! Gee ntị, ka inwe ike dị ndụ. Mụ na unu ga-aba nʼọgbụgba ndụ ebighị ebi, bụ ịhụnanya m kwesiri ntụkwasị obi nke m kwere Devid na nkwa.
Incline your ear, and come to me: hear, and your soul shall live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the sure mercies of David.
4 Lee, emere m ya ka ọ ghọọrọ ndị niile dị iche iche onyeama, ka ọ bụrụ onyendu na onyeisi ọchịchị nye ndị niile dị iche iche.
Behold, I have given him for a witness to the people, a leader and commander to the people.
5 Nʼezie, gị onwe gị ga-akpọku mba dị iche iche na i maghị, mba ndị ahụ na-amaghị gị ga-ejikwa ọsọ gbakwute gị, nʼihi Onyenwe anyị Chineke gị, Onye nsọ nke Izrel, nʼihi na o meela ka ị bụrụ ihe dị oke mma.”
Behold, you shall call a nation that you know not, and nations that knew not you shall run to you because of the LORD your God, and for the Holy One of Israel; for he has glorified you.
6 Chọọnụ Onyenwe anyị mgbe a ga-achọta ya. Kpọkuonụ ya mgbe ọ nọ nso.
Seek you the LORD while he may be found, call you on him while he is near:
7 Ka onye na-eme ihe ọjọọ hapụ ụzọ ya, ka onye ajọ omume hapụ echiche ọjọọ ya niile. Ka ha tụgharịa bịakwute Onyenwe anyị, ọ ga-emere ha ebere, ha bịakwute Chineke anyị, nʼihi na ọ ga-agbaghara ha mmehie ha niile.
Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return to the LORD, and he will have mercy on him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
8 “Nʼihi na echiche m ha abụghị echiche unu, ụzọ unu niile, ha abụkwaghị ụzọ m,” ka Onyenwe anyị kwupụtara.
For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, says the LORD.
9 “Nʼihi na dịka eluigwe si dị elu karịa ụwa, otu a ka ụzọ m niile si dị elu karịa ụzọ unu niile, otu a kwa ka echiche m niile si dị elu karịa echiche unu niile.
For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
10 Dịka mmiri na mkpụrụ mmiri si esi nʼeluigwe ada nʼụwa na-alaghachighị nʼeluigwe ma ọ bụrụ na o meghị ka mmiri dee ala, mee ka ihe ubi pupụta, too eto, meekwa ka ọ mịa mkpụrụ nye onye na-akụ ihe ọkụkụ, bụrụkwa ihe oriri nye onye na-eri nri.
For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, and returns not thither, but waters the earth, and makes it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:
11 Otu a ka okwu si m nʼọnụ pụọ si adị. Ana m ezipu ya, ọ gaghị alọghachikwute m nʼefu. Ọ ga-emezu ihe niile m chọrọ ka o mee, baakwa ụba ebe ọbụla m zigara ya.
So shall my word be that goes forth out of my mouth: it shall not return to me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
12 Nʼihi na unu ga-eji ọṅụ pụọ, a ga-esikwa nʼebe ahụ dupụta unu nʼudo. Ugwu ukwu niile, na ugwu nta niile na osisi niile nke ubi, ga-eti mkpu ọṅụ, kụọkwa aka nʼobi ụtọ.
For you shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.
13 Ebe ogwu na-eto na mbụ, osisi junipa ga-eto na ya; ebe uke toro, osisi mietul ga-eto na ya. Ihe ndị a ga-aghọrọ Onyenwe anyị aha dị ukwuu, nke ga-abụkwa ihe ịrịbama ga-adị ruo mgbe ebighị ebi.”
Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree: and it shall be to the LORD for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.
