1 Nʼụbọchị ahụ, ọzara na ala kpọrọ nkụ ga-enwe obi ụtọ; okoko osisi mara mma ga-awapụtakwa nʼọzara. Dịka rozu,
The wilderness and dry land will celebrate; the desert will blossom like the crocus.
2 ọ ga-agbawa ifuru jupụta; ọ ga-aṅụrị ọṅụ nke ukwuu, tiekwa mkpu ọṅụ. A ga-enye ya nsọpụrụ nke ugwu Lebanọn, nyekwa ya ịma mma nke ala ubi Sharọn na Kamel. Ha ga-ahụ ebube Onyenwe anyị nʼebe ahụ, ha ga-ahụkwa ịdị ukwuu nke Chineke anyị.
Bloom profusely, celebrate and sing! The glory of Lebanon shall be given to it, the splendor of Carmel and Sharon. They shall see the glory of the Lord, the splendor of our God.
3 Meenụ ka aka ndị ahụ kụdara akụda dịkwa ike, gbaakwanụ ụkwụ ndị ahụ na-asọ ngọngọ ume.
Make the weak hands strong, and make the trembling knees firm!
4 Gwanụ ndị ahụ na-atụ egwu sị ha, “Dịrịnụ ike, unu atụla egwu, nʼihi na Chineke unu na-abịa. Ọ ga-abịa ịbọtara unu ọbọ, ịkwụghachi ndị iro unu ihe ruuru ha. Ọ ga-abịa ịzọpụta unu.”
Tell those who are frightened, “Be strong! Don't be afraid! Look, your God is coming to punish his enemies, with divine retribution he will come to save you.”
5 Mgbe ọ bịara, ọ ga-emeghe anya ndị kpuru ìsì, meekwa ka ndị ntị chiri nụ ihe.
When that happens, the blind will see, and the deaf will hear.
6 Ọ ga-eme ka onye ngwụrọ wulie elu dịka ele, meekwa ka ndị na-adịghị ekwu okwu tie mkpu ọṅụ. Mmiri ga-agbawapụta sọọ nʼọzara, mmiri iyi ga-ejupụtakwa nʼala kpọrọ nkụ.
The lame will jump like a deer, and the dumb will sing for joy. Springs will gush in the wilderness; streams will flow in the desert.
7 Elu ala ahụ na-ere ọkụ nʼụkwụ ga-aghọ ọdọ mmiri. Ala ahụ nke mmiri kọrọ ga-aghọ isi iyi nke mmiri ga-ejupụta. Ebe ahụ nkịta ọhịa naara ebi ga-aghọ ala mmiri mmiri; ahịhịa, na ahịhịa riidi, na ahịhịa papịrọs, ga-epupụta nʼime ya.
The dried-up ground will become like a pool, the arid land like water springs. In the place where jackals used to live, there will be grass and reeds and rushes.

There will be a highway there, a road called “The Way of Holiness.” Nobody bad will travel on it, only those who follow the Way. Fools will not go there.
9 Ọdụm agaghị anọ nso ụzọ ahụ. Ọ dịkwaghị anụ ọhịa na-egbu mmadụ ga-aga nʼelu ya. E, agaghị ahụ anụ dị otu a nʼebe ahụ. Kama, ọ bụ naanị ndị a gbapụtara ga-eje ije na ya.
No lions or other dangerous animals will be found there on the road—only the redeemed will walk along it.
10 Ma ndị ahụ Onyenwe anyị gbapụtara ga-alọtakwa. Ha ga-eji abụ bata na Zayọn; ọṅụ na-adịgide ga-adịkwasị nʼisi ha. Oke ọṅụ na obi ụtọ ga-ejupụta nʼobi ha. Iru ụjụ na ịsụ ude ga-efelaga.
Those the Lord has set free will return, singing as they enter Jerusalem, wearing crowns of everlasting joy. They are overcome with thankfulness and happiness; sorrow and sadness simply disappear.
