< Aịzaya 19 >
1 Nke a bụ amụma megide Ijipt: Lee, Onyenwe anyị na-abịa imegide Ijipt, ọ na-anọkwasịkwa nʼeluigwe ojii nke na-agba ọsọ. Arụsị ndị Ijipt niile na-ama jijiji nʼihu ya. Ọzọ, nʼihi ụjọ obi ndị Ijipt na-agbaze nʼime onwe ha.
The burden of Egypt. “Behold, the LORD rides on a swift cloud, and comes to Egypt. The idols of Egypt will tremble at his presence; and the heart of Egypt will melt within it.
I will stir up the Egyptians against the Egyptians, and they will fight everyone against his brother, and everyone against his neighbor; city against city, and kingdom against kingdom.
3 Ndị Ijipt ga-ada mba nʼime mmụọ ha, aga m eme ka nzube ha niile bụrụ ihe efu, ha ga-ajụta arụsị na mmụọ ndị nwụrụ anwụ ase, jụọkwa ndị na-ajụta mmụọ ọjọọ ase na ndị dibịa afa.
The spirit of the Egyptians will fail within them. I will destroy their counsel. They will seek the idols, the charmers, those who have familiar spirits, and the wizards.
4 Onyenwe anyị, bụ Onyenwe anyị, Onye pụrụ ime ihe niile ekwuola ya sị, Ọ bụ nʼaka eze afọ tara mmiri, nke na-adịghị eme ebere, ka m ga-enyefe ndị Ijipt, ka ọ bụrụ onye ga-achị ha.”
I will give over the Egyptians into the hand of a cruel lord. A fierce king will rule over them,” says the Lord, GOD of Armies.
5 Mmiri dị nʼosimiri ga-atada; ọ ga-atakwa takọrọkwa.
The waters will fail from the sea, and the river will be wasted and become dry.
6 Ụzọ niile osimiri Ijipt ahụ si asọgharị ga-atalata bido nʼisi isi. Ahịhịa riidi niile na amị niile ga-akpọnwụsịkwa.
The rivers will become foul. The streams of Egypt will be diminished and dried up. The reeds and flags will wither away.
7 Ahịhịa ndụ niile dị nʼakụkụ Naịl ga-akpọnwụ, ifufe ga-efesakwa ha. Mkpụrụ niile a kụrụ nʼebe ahụ ga-ala nʼiyi, ihe niile ga-anwụ.
The meadows by the Nile, by the brink of the Nile, and all the sown fields of the Nile, will become dry, be driven away, and be no more.
8 Ndị ọkụ azụ ga-asụ ude, kwaa ụwa, na ndị niile na-atụba nko azụ nʼime Naịl, ndị na-agha ụgbụ nʼelu mmiri ga-ata ahụ.
The fishermen will lament, and all those who fish in the Nile will mourn, and those who spread nets on the waters will languish.
9 Ndị nʼarụ ọrụ flakisi etiri eti ga-eru ụjụ, na ndị na-akpa akwa ọcha ka olileanya ha ga-agharịpụ.
Moreover those who work in combed flax, and those who weave white cloth, will be confounded.
10 Obi ụtọ agaghị adịkwara ndị na-esite nʼịkpa akwa enweta ego, ha na ndị ọrụ dị iche iche a na-akwụ ụgwọ.
The pillars will be broken in pieces. All those who work for hire will be grieved in soul.
11 Naanị ndị nzuzu ka ndịisi Zoan bụ, ndụmọdụ na-enweghị isi ka ndị na-adụ eze Ijipt ọdụ na-enye. Ị ga-esi aṅaa gwa Fero, “Abụ m otu nʼime ndị maara ihe, onye si nʼagbụrụ ndị eze ochie”?
The princes of Zoan are utterly foolish. The counsel of the wisest counselors of Pharaoh has become stupid. How do you say to Pharaoh, “I am the son of the wise, the son of ancient kings”?
12 Ebee ka ndị ikom gị ahụ maara ihe nọ ugbu a? Ka ha gosi gị ma meekwa ka ị maara, ihe Onyenwe anyị, Onye pụrụ ime ihe niile zubere megide Ijipt.
Where then are your wise men? Let them tell you now; and let them know what the LORD of Armies has purposed concerning Egypt.
13 Ndịisi obodo Zoan aghọọla ndị nzuzu, ndịisi obodo Memfis aghọkwaala ndị e duhiere eduhie; ndị bụ nkume isi nkuku nke ndị ya niile eduhiela ndị Ijipt ụzọ.
The princes of Zoan have become fools. The princes of Memphis are deceived. They have caused Egypt to go astray, those who are the cornerstone of her tribes.
14 Onyenwe anyị awụnyela nʼime ha mmụọ nzuzu nke uche na-ezughị oke; nke mere ka Ijipt na-adagharị nʼihe niile ọ na-eme dịka onye ṅụbigara mmanya oke si adagharị nʼihe ọ gbọrọ.
The LORD has mixed a spirit of perverseness in the middle of her; and they have caused Egypt to go astray in all of its works, like a drunken man staggers in his vomit.
15 Ọ dịghị ihe Ijipt nwere ike ime, isi maọbụ ọdụ; alaka nkwụ maọbụ osisi achara.
Neither shall there be any work for Egypt, which head or tail, palm branch or rush, may do.
16 Nʼụbọchị ahụ, ndị ikom Ijipt ga-adị ka ndị inyom, ha ga na-ama jijiji nʼegwu nʼihi aka ahụ Onyenwe anyị, Onye pụrụ ime ihe niile weliri elu imegide ha.
In that day the Egyptians will be like women. They will tremble and fear because of the shaking of the LORD of Armies’s hand, which he shakes over them.
17 Ala Juda ga-ewetara ndị Ijipt oke egwu, oke ụjọ ga-atụ onye ọbụla akpọtaara aha Juda, nʼihi ihe Onyenwe anyị, Onye pụrụ ime ihe niile na-ezube megide ha.
The land of Judah will become a terror to Egypt. Everyone to whom mention is made of it will be afraid, because of the plans of the LORD of Armies, which he determines against it.
18 Nʼụbọchị ahụ, obodo ise nʼime ala Ijipt ga-asụ asụsụ Kenan, ṅụọ iyi irubere Onyenwe anyị, Onye pụrụ ime ihe niile isi. Otu nʼime obodo ndị a ka a ga-akpọ Obodo anwụ.
In that day, there will be five cities in the land of Egypt that speak the language of Canaan, and swear to the LORD of Armies. One will be called “The city of destruction.”
19 Nʼụbọchị ahụ, ebe ịchụrụ Onyenwe anyị aja ga-adị nʼetiti ala Ijipt. A ga-ewukwa otu ogidi ncheta nye Onyenwe anyị nʼoke ala ha.
In that day, there will be an altar to the LORD in the middle of the land of Egypt, and a pillar to the LORD at its border.
20 Nke a ga-abụ ihe ama na ihe ngosi, na Onyenwe anyị, Onye pụrụ ime ihe niile nọkwa nʼIjipt. Mgbe ha kpọkuru Onyenwe anyị maka ndị na-emegbu ha, ọ ga-aza ha, ọ ga-ezitere ha onye nzọpụta, onye ga-azọpụta ha.
It will be for a sign and for a witness to the LORD of Armies in the land of Egypt; for they will cry to the LORD because of oppressors, and he will send them a savior and a defender, and he will deliver them.
21 Ya mere, Onyenwe anyị ga-eme ka ndị Ijipt mara onye ọ bụ, nʼụbọchị ahụ, ha ga-amata Onyenwe anyị, jirikwa ịchụ aja na onyinye fee ya. Ha ga-ekwe Onyenwe anyị nkwa debekwa ya.
The LORD will be known to Egypt, and the Egyptians will know the LORD in that day. Yes, they will worship with sacrifice and offering, and will vow a vow to the LORD, and will perform it.
The LORD will strike Egypt, striking and healing. They will return to the LORD, and he will be entreated by them, and will heal them.
23 Nʼụbọchị ahụ, a ga-enwe okporoụzọ atụliri atụli nke ga-esite na Ijipt ruo Asịrịa. Ndị Asịrịa ga-aga Ijipt, ndị Ijipt ga-agakwa Asịrịa, ndị Ijipt na ndị Asịrịa ga-eso fee ofufe.
In that day there will be a highway out of Egypt to Assyria, and the Assyrian shall come into Egypt, and the Egyptian into Assyria; and the Egyptians will worship with the Assyrians.
24 Nʼụbọchị ahụ ka Izrel ga-abụ nke atọ imezu Ijipt na Asịrịa, bụrụ ngọzị nʼụwa.
In that day, Israel will be the third with Egypt and with Assyria, a blessing within the earth;
25 Onyenwe anyị, Onye pụrụ ime ihe niile ga-agọzi ha, na-asị, “Ka ngọzị dịrị Ijipt, ndị m, dịrị Asịrịa nke bụ akaọrụ m, na Izrel ihe nketa nke m.”
because the LORD of Armies has blessed them, saying, “Blessed be Egypt my people, Assyria the work of my hands, and Israel my inheritance.”
