1 “Ma gị, nwa nke mmadụ buo amụma megide Gog, sị, ‘Otu a ka Onye kachasị ihe niile elu, bụ Onyenwe anyị na-ekwu: Ana m emegide gị, Gog, onyeisi nke Meshek na Tubal.
And you, son of man, prophesy against Gog, and say, Thus says the Lord; Behold, I am against you, O Gog, Rhos prince of Mesoch and Thobel:
2 Aga m echigharị gị, kpụrụ gị na-aga. Aga m esi nʼebe dịkarịsịrị anya nʼakụkụ ugwu kpọta gị, ziga gị ka i buso ugwu niile nke Izrel agha.
and I will assemble you, and guide you, and raise you up on the extremity of the north, and I will bring you up upon the mountains of Israel.
3 Mgbe ahụ, aga m etichapụ ụta dị gị nʼaka ekpe, meekwa ka àkụ niile nke dị nʼaka nri gị dachapụ.
And I will destroy the bow out of your left hand, and your arrows out of your right hand, and I will cast you down on the mountains of Israel;
4 Nʼelu ugwu niile nke Izrel ka ị ga-ada, gị onwe gị, na usuu ndị agha gị niile, na mba niile dị iche iche ndị na-eso gị. Udele niile dị iche iche na anụ ọhịa niile ka m ga-enyefe anụ ahụ unu ka ha were unu mere ihe oriri.
and you and all that belong to you shall fall, and the nations that are with you shall be given to multitudes of birds, [even] to every fowl, and I have given you to all the wild beasts of the field to be devoured.
5 Ị ga-ada nʼọhịa na-enweghị ebe nzobe, nʼihi na m ekwuola ya. Otu a ka Onye kachasị ihe niile elu, bụ Onyenwe anyị kwubiri.
You shall fall on the face of the field: for I have spoken [it], says the Lord.
6 Aga m awụkwasị ọkụ nʼahụ Magog, na nʼahụ ndị ahụ niile bi nʼudo, nʼọnụ mmiri niile. Ha ga-amatakwa na mụ onwe m bụ Onyenwe anyị.
And I will send a fire upon Gog, and the islands shall be securely inhabited: and they shall know that I am the Lord.
7 “‘Aga m eme ka amara aha nsọ m nʼetiti ndị m bụ Izrel. Agaghị m ekwekwa ka e lelịa aha nsọ m anya ọzọ. Mba niile dị iche iche ga-amatakwa na mụ onwe m bụ Onyenwe anyị, bụ Onye nsọ nọ nʼIzrel.
And my holy name shall be known in the midst of my people Israel; and my holy name shall no more be profaned: and the nations shall know that I am the Lord, the Holy [One] in Israel.
8 Lee, ọ na-abịa, nʼezie, ọ ga-emekwa, otu a ka Onye kachasị ihe niile elu, bụ Onyenwe anyị kwubiri. Nke a bụ ụbọchị ahụ nke m kwuru ihe banyere ya.
Behold it is come, and you shall know that it shall be, says the Lord God; this is the day concerning which I have spoken.
9 “‘Nʼoge ahụ, ndị bi nʼobodo niile nke Izrel ga-apụ tụtụkọtaa ngwa agha ndị ahụ, were fụnwue ọkụ, surekwaa ha ọkụ, ma ọta ukwu ma ọta nta niile, ụta na àkụ niile, ma mkpọ agha na ùbe niile. Ọ bụ afọ asaa ka ha ga-eji ha mere nkụ.
And they that inhabit the cities of Israel shall come forth, and make a fire with the arms, the shields and the spears, and bows and arrows, and hand-staves, and lances, and they shall keep fire burning with them for seven years:
10 Ha agaghị akpatakwa nkụ site nʼọhịa ọzọ, maọbụ gbuta ha site nʼoke ọhịa, nʼihi na ha ga-eji ngwa agha ndị a mere ihe ịfụnwu ọkụ. Mgbe ahụ, ha ga-akwata ihe onwunwe nke ndị ahụ kwakọrọ ihe onwunwe ha nʼagha, lụtakwa ihe onwunwe nke ndị ahụ lụnara ha ihe onwunwe ha nʼike. Otu a ka Onye kachasị ihe niile elu, bụ Onyenwe anyị kwubiri.
and they shall not take any wood out of the field, neither shall they cut any out of the forests, but they shall burn the weapons with fire: and they shall plunder those that plundered them, and spoil those that spoiled them, says the Lord.
11 “‘Nʼụbọchị ahụ, aga m enye Gog ebe olili ya nʼIzrel, nʼime ndagwurugwu si ọwụwa anyanwụ gawa nʼụzọ oke osimiri. Ọ ga-anọchi ụzọ ndị ije nʼihi na ebe ahụ ka a ga-eli Gog na usuu ndị agha ya. Ya mere, a ga-akpọ ya Ndagwurugwu Hamọn Gog.
And it shall come to pass [that] in that day I will give to Gog a place of renown, a tomb in Israel, the burial-place of them that approach the sea: and they shall build round about the outlet of the valley, and there they shall bury Gog and all his multitude: and [the place] shall then be called the burial-place of Gog.
12 “‘Ọnwa asaa ka ọ ga-ewe ndị Izrel ili ozu ahụ niile, ime ka ala ahụ dị ọcha.
And the house of Israel shall bury them, that the land may be cleansed in the space of seven months.
13 Ndị niile nke ala ahụ ga-eli ha, ụbọchị ahụ m ga-eme ka ebube m pụta ìhè ga-abụ ụbọchị ihe ncheta nye ha. Otu a ka Onye kachasị ihe niile elu, bụ Onyenwe anyị kwubiri.
Yes, all the people of the land shall bury them; and it shall be to them a [place] of renown in the day wherein it was glorified, says the Lord.
14 A ga-ekewapụtakwa ndị ọrụ ha ga-abụ naanị ime ka ala ahụ dị ọcha. Ha ga-ejegharị nʼala ahụ niile, ha na ndị ọzọ, na-eli ozu ọbụla bụ ndị tọgbọrọ nʼala. “‘Mgbe ọnwa asaa zuru, ha ga-edo anya chọgharịa nʼala ahụ ma o nwere ebe ozu ọzọ dị.
And they shall appoint men continually to go over the land, to bury them that have been left on the face of the earth, to cleanse it after the space of seven months, and they shall seek [them] out.
15 Mgbe ahụ, ha na-ejegharị, ọ bụrụ na onye ọbụla achọta ọkpụkpụ mmadụ ọ ga-amanye ihe ịrịbama nʼakụkụ ya, ka ndị na-eli ozu hụ ha, kporokwa ha gaa na Ndagwurugwu Gog na ndị agha ya lie ha.
And every one that goes through the land, and sees a man's bone, shall set up a mark by it, until the buriers shall have buried it in the valley, the burial place of Gog.
16 Ọzọkwa, otu obodo aha ya bụ Hamona, nke pụtara ọtụtụ, ga-adị nʼebe ahụ. Otu a ka ha ga-esi mee ka ala ahụ dị ọcha.’
For the name of the city [shall be] Burial-place: so shall the land be cleansed.
17 “Nwa nke mmadụ, otu a ka Onye kachasị ihe niile elu, bụ Onyenwe anyị kwuru, kpọọ ụmụ nnụnụ niile oku, na anụ ọhịa niile dị iche iche, sị ha, ‘Chịkọtaanụ onwe unu, site nʼakụkụ niile bịanụ nʼọchụchụ aja m, nke mụ onwe m na-achụ nʼihi unu, bụ aja dị ukwuu nke m na-achụ nʼelu ugwu niile dị nʼIzrel. Nʼebe ahụ ka unu ga-anọ taa anụ, ṅụọkwa ọbara.
And you, son of man, say, Thus says the Lord; Say to every winged bird, and to all the wild beasts of the field, Gather yourselves, and come; gather yourselves from all [places] round about to my sacrifice, which I have made for you, [even] a great sacrifice on the mountains of Israel, and you shall eat flesh, and drink blood.
18 Anụ ahụ ndị dị ike ka unu ga-eri, ọ bụkwa ọbara ndịisi niile nke ụwa ka unu ga-aṅụ, dịka a ga-asị na ha bụ ebule na ụmụ atụrụ, na mkpi, na oke ehi, anụ mara abụba nke si na Bashan.
You shall eat the flesh of mighty men, and you shall drink the blood of princes of the earth, rams, and calves and goats, and they are all fatted calves.
19 Unu ga-erijukwa abụba afọ, ṅụbigakwa ọbara oke ruo mgbe ọ ga-ebu unu, site nʼaja mmemme nke m na-achụ nʼihi unu.
And you shall eat fat till you are full, and shall drink wine till you are drunken, of my sacrifice which I have prepared for you.
20 Afọ anụ ịnyịnya, na ụgbọala, na nke ndị dike, na nke ndị agha niile ga-eju unu na tebul m.’ Otu a ka Onye kachasị ihe niile elu, bụ Onyenwe anyị kwubiri ya.
And you shall be filled at my table, [eating] horse, and rider, and mighty man, and every warrior, says the Lord.
21 “Mgbe ahụ, aga m egosi ebube m na nsọpụrụ m nʼetiti mba niile dị iche iche. Mba niile ga-ahụkwa ahụhụ nke m tara ha, na aka m nke m tụkwasịrị ha.
And I will set my glory among you, and all the nations shall see my judgment which I have wrought, and my hand which I have brought upon them.
22 Site nʼụbọchị ahụ gaa nʼihu, ụlọ Izrel ga-amata na mụ onwe m bụ Onyenwe anyị Chineke ha.
And the house of Israel shall know that I am the Lord their God, from this day and onwards.
23 Mba niile ga-amatakwa na ọ bụ nʼihi mmehie ka e ji dọta Izrel nʼagha, buru ha jee mba dị iche iche. Ha ga-amata na ihe dị otu a dakwasịrị ha nʼihi ekwesighị ntụkwasị obi ha. Ọ bụ nʼihi ya ka m ji zoo ihu m site nʼebe ha nọ, were ha nyefee nʼaka ndị iro ha. Ha niile dakwara site na mma agha.
And all the nations shall know that the house of Israel were led captive because of their sins, because they rebelled against me, and I turned away my face from them, and delivered them into the hands of their enemies, and they all fell by the sword.
24 Atara m ha ahụhụ dịka adịghị ọcha ha na ajọ omume ha si dị. Ezokwara m ihu m site nʼebe ha nọ.
According to their uncleannesses and according to their transgressions did I deal with them, and I turned away my face from them.
25 “Nʼihi ya, otu a ka Onye kachasị ihe niile elu, bụ Onyenwe anyị kwuru, Aga m eme ka Jekọb a dọtara nʼagha lọta. Aga m enwekwa obi ebere nʼahụ ndị Izrel niile. Aga m esitekwa nʼekworo mee ka aha m dịgide nsọ.
Therefore thus says the Lord God, Now will I turn back captivity in Jacob, and will have mercy on the house of Israel, and will be jealous for the sake of my holy name.
26 Ha ga-echezọkwa ihe ihere ha, na-ekwesighị ntụkwasị obi ha niile, nke ha gosiri m, mgbe ha biri nʼudo nʼala ha, na-enweghị onye na-eme ka ha tụọ egwu.
And they shall bear their reproach, and the iniquity which they committed when they lived upon their land in peace. Yet there shall be none to terrify [them]
27 Mgbe m mere ka ha site na mba dị iche iche pụta, mgbe m sitere nʼala niile nke ndị iro ha kpọpụta ha, aga m esite na ha gosi ịdị nsọ m nye mba dị iche iche.
when I have brought them back from the nations, and gathered them out of the countries of the nations: and I will be sanctified among them in the presence of the nations.
28 Mgbe ahụ, ha ga-amata na mụ onwe m bụ Onyenwe anyị Chineke ha. Ha ga-amata na ọ bụ ezie na ọ bụ m mere ka a dọta ha nʼagha buru ha jee mba dị iche iche, na m ga-achịkọta ha mee ka ha lọghachi nʼala nke aka ha. Ọ dịkwaghị onye a ga-ahapụ na mba ọzọ.
And they shall know that I am the Lord their God, when I have been manifested to them among the nations.
29 Agaghị m ezokwa ihu m ọzọ nʼebe ha nọ, nʼihi na aga m awụkwasị ụlọ Izrel Mmụọ m. Otu a ka Onye kachasị ihe niile elu, bụ Onyenwe anyị kwubiri ya.”
And I will no more turn away my face from them, because I have poured out my wrath upon the house of Israel, says the Lord God.
