1 Debe ọnwa Abib iche maka ime Mmemme Ngabiga Onyenwe anyị Chineke gị, nʼihi na ọ bụ nʼọnwa Abib ka Onyenwe anyị Chineke gị mere ka i si nʼala Ijipt pụta nʼabalị.
Observe the month of Abib and celebrate the Passover to the LORD your God, because in the month of Abib the LORD your God brought you out of Egypt by night.
2 Ị ga-eji anụ si nʼigwe atụrụ na ehi gị chụọrọ Onyenwe anyị Chineke gị aja ngabiga nʼebe ahụ Onyenwe anyị ga-ahọpụta dịka ebe obibi nye aha ya.
You are to offer to the LORD your God the Passover sacrifice from the herd or flock in the place the LORD will choose as a dwelling for His Name.
3 Erila ya na achịcha e ji ihe na-eko achịcha mee, kama ụbọchị asaa ka ị ga-eri achịcha na-ekoghị eko, ya bụ, achịcha ahụhụ, iji cheta na i si nʼala Ijipt pụta ngwangwa. Nke a ga-eme ka i nwee ike na-echeta mgbe i sitere nʼala Ijipt pụta, ụbọchị niile nke ndụ.
You must not eat leavened bread with it; for seven days you are to eat with it unleavened bread, the bread of affliction, because you left the land of Egypt in haste—so that you may remember for the rest of your life the day you left the land of Egypt.
4 Ka ihe ọbụla na-eko achịcha ghara ịbata nʼezinaụlọ gị abalị asaa ndị ahụ. Unu ahapụkwala anụ ọbụla unu chụrụ nʼaja nʼoge uhuruchi nke ụbọchị mbụ, nọọ ruo ụtụtụ.
No leaven is to be found in all your land for seven days, and none of the meat you sacrifice in the evening of the first day shall remain until morning.
5 Ị gaghị achụ aja ngabiga nʼobodo ọbụla Onyenwe anyị Chineke gị nyere gị,
You are not to sacrifice the Passover animal in any of the towns that the LORD your God is giving you.
6 karịakwa nʼebe ahụ Onyenwe anyị Chineke gị họpụtara dịka ebe obibi nye ya ka i ga-anọ chụọ ya. Nʼebe ahụ ka ị ga-achụ aja ngabiga gị nʼoge uhuruchi, mgbe anwụ dachara, nʼoge mgbe dịka oge ụbọchị ahụ i sitere nʼIjipt pụta.
You must only offer the Passover sacrifice at the place the LORD your God will choose as a dwelling for His Name. Do this in the evening as the sun sets, at the same time you departed from Egypt.
7 Ị ga-ahụ ya nʼọkụ riekwa ya nʼebe ahụ Onyenwe anyị bụ Chineke ga-ahọpụta. Nʼụtụtụ, ị ga-alaghachikwa nʼụlọ ikwu gị.
And you shall roast it and eat it in the place the LORD your God will choose, and in the morning you shall return to your tents.
8 Ụbọchị isii ka ị ga-eri achịcha na-ekoghị eko, nʼụbọchị nke asaa, nweenụ mkpọkọta nye Onyenwe anyị Chineke gị, arụkwala ọrụ ọbụla.
For six days you must eat unleavened bread, and on the seventh day you shall hold a solemn assembly to the LORD your God, and you must not do any work.
9 Gụpụta izu asaa site na mgbe ị malitere itinye mma iwe ihe ubi nʼukwu ọka guzoro eguzo nʼubi gị.
You are to count off seven weeks from the time you first put the sickle to the standing grain.
10 Meenụ Mmemme Izu Ụka asaa nye Onyenwe anyị, bụ Chineke gị, site na inye onyinye afọ ofufu, nʼusoro ọtụtụ ngọzị Onyenwe anyị bụ Chineke gị ji gọzie gị.
And you shall celebrate the Feast of Weeks to the LORD your God with a freewill offering that you give in proportion to how the LORD your God has blessed you,
11 Ọ bụ oge ịṅụrị ọṅụ nye gị na ụmụ gị ndị ikom na ndị inyom, ndị ohu gị nwoke na nwanyị, ndị Livayị bi nʼobodo gị, ndị ọbịa, ndị na-enweghị nna na ndị inyom di ha nwụrụ bi nʼetiti gị. Meenụ nke a nʼihu Onyenwe anyị Chineke gị, nʼebe ahụ ọ họpụtara dịka ebe obibi nye aha ya.
and you shall rejoice before the LORD your God in the place He will choose as a dwelling for His Name—you, your sons and daughters, your menservants and maidservants, and the Levite within your gates, as well as the foreigner, the fatherless, and the widows among you.
12 Cheta na ị bụrị ohu nʼala Ijipt, nʼihi nke a, unu echefula iwu ndị a.
Remember that you were slaves in Egypt, and carefully follow these statutes.
13 Mmenụ mmemme ụlọ Ikwu. Unu aghaghị ime ya ụbọchị asaa mgbe unu wechara ihe ubi, ya bụ, mgbe unu chịkọtachara ọka site nʼebe ịzọcha ọka, nakwa ebe ịzọcha mmanya unu niile
You are to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles for seven days after you have gathered the produce of your threshing floor and your winepress.
14 Ọ bụ oge ịṅụrị ọṅụ, nye gị onwe gị, ụmụ ndị ikom na ndị inyom gị, ndị odibo nwoke na nwanyị unu niile, ndị Livayị, ndị ọbịa, ụmụ mgbei na ụmụ nwanyị niile di ha nwụrụ anwụ ndị bi nʼobodo gị niile.
And you shall rejoice in your feast—you, your sons and daughters, your menservants and maidservants, and the Levite, as well as the foreigner, the fatherless, and the widows among you.
15 A ga-eme mmemme a nye Onyenwe anyị Chineke gị ụbọchị asaa nʼebe ahụ Onyenwe anyị nʼonwe ya họpụtara. Nʼihi na Onyenwe anyị Chineke gị ga-agọzi ihe ubi gị niile, gọziekwa akaọrụ gị niile, ime ka ọṅụ gị zuo oke.
For seven days you shall celebrate a feast to the LORD your God in the place He will choose, because the LORD your God will bless you in all your produce and in all the work of your hands, so that your joy will be complete.
16 Ugboro atọ nʼafọ ka ndị ikom unu niile aghaghị ịbịa chee onwe ha nʼihu Onye kachasị ihe niile elu, bụ Onyenwe anyị unu, nʼebe ọ ga-ahọpụta: nʼoge mmemme ndị a: Mmemme Achịcha na-ekoghị eko, Mmemme Izu Ụka asaa na Mmemme Ụlọ Ikwu. Ọ dịghị onye ọbụla ga-agba aka efu bịa nʼihu Onyenwe anyị.
Three times a year all your men are to appear before the LORD your God in the place He will choose: at the Feast of Unleavened Bread, the Feast of Weeks, and the Feast of Tabernacles. No one should appear before the LORD empty-handed.
17 Onye ọbụla ga-eweta onyinye dịka o nwere ike na dịka Onyenwe anyị Chineke gị sị gọzie ya.
Everyone must appear with a gift as he is able, according to the blessing the LORD your God has given you.
18 Ị ga-ahọpụta ndị ikpe, na ndịisi ozi nʼebo niile, na nʼobodo ọbụla Onyenwe anyị Chineke gị na-enye gị. Ha ga-eme ka ezi ikpe dịrị ndị mmadụ niile.
You are to appoint judges and officials for your tribes in every town that the LORD your God is giving you. They are to judge the people with righteous judgment.
19 Ekpekwala ikpe aghụghọ, maọbụ kpee ikpe ile mmadụ anya nʼihu. Erikwala ngarị, nʼihi na iri ngarị na-eme ka anya onye amamihe kpuo ìsì, meekwa ka okwu onye aka ya dị ọcha gbagọọ agbagọ.
Do not deny justice or show partiality. Do not accept a bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and twists the words of the righteous.
20 Gbasoo ikpe ziri ezi, mee ka ikpe ziri ezi dịgide, ka ị dịrị ndụ, nweta ala ahụ Onyenwe anyị Chineke gị na-enye gị.
Pursue justice, and justice alone, so that you may live, and you may possess the land that the LORD your God is giving you.
21 Amanyela oyiyi osisi chi Ashera ọbụla gị nʼakụkụ ebe ịchụ aja ị wuru nye Onyenwe anyị Chineke gị.
Do not set up any wooden Asherah pole next to the altar you will build for the LORD your God,
22 Eguzokwala ogidi nkume ọbụla nʼihi na ha bụ ihe Onyenwe anyị Chineke gị kpọrọ asị.
and do not set up for yourselves a sacred pillar, which the LORD your God hates.
