< Diuteronomi 10 >

1 Nʼoge ahụ, Onyenwe anyị gwara m, sị, “Wapụta mbadamba nkume abụọ dịka nke mbụ, were ha bịakwute m nʼelu ugwu. Ọzọ, wuokwara onwe gị igbe osisi.
“At that time YHWH has said to me, Hew two tablets of stone for yourself like the first, and come up to Me into the mountain, and you have made an ark of wood for yourself,
2 Aga m edekwasị nʼelu mbadamba nkume ndị a, okwu niile nke dị nʼelu mbadamba nkume ndị mbụ, bụ nke ị tụpịasịrị. Ị ga-etinyekwa ha nʼime igbe ahụ.”
and I write on the tablets the words which were on the first tablets, which you have broken, and you have placed them in the Ark.
3 Ya mere, eji m osisi akashia kwaa igbe ahụ. A wapụtakwara m mbadamba nkume abụọ yiri ndị nke mbụ, were ha rigoro ugwu ahụ.
And I make an ark of shittim wood, and hew two tablets of stone like the first, and go up to the mountain with the two tablets in my hand.
4 Onyenwe anyị dere nʼelu mbadamba nkume ahụ ihe ndị ahụ o dere na mbụ, bụ iwu iri ndị ahụ o gwara unu nʼelu ugwu site nʼime ọkụ, nʼụbọchị mkpọkọta ahụ. Onyenwe anyị nyekwara m ha.
And He writes on the tablets according to the first writing, the Ten Commandments, which YHWH has spoken to you in the mountain, out of the midst of the fire, in the day of the assembly, and YHWH gives them to me,
5 Mgbe m si nʼugwu ahụ rịdata, etinyere m mbadamba nkume abụọ ahụ nʼime igbe ahụ m kwara, dịka Onyenwe anyị nyere m nʼiwu. Ha dịkwa nʼebe ahụ ruo taa.
and I turn and come down from the mountain, and put the tablets in the Ark which I had made, and they are there, as YHWH commanded me.
6 (Ụmụ Izrel gara ije site nʼolulu mmiri nke Bene Jaakan garuo Mosera, nʼebe ahụ ka Erọn nọ nwụọ, e lie ya nʼebe ahụ. Elieza, bụ ọkpara ya nọchiri ọnọdụ ya dịka onye nchụaja.
And the sons of Israel have journeyed from Beeroth of the sons of Jaakan to Mosera; Aaron died there, and he is buried there, and his son Eleazar acts as priest in his stead.
7 Site nʼebe ahụ, ha gagidere ije ruo Gudgoda, sitekwa na ya ruo Jotbata, ala nke iyi na-asọ asọ juru nʼime ya.
From there they journeyed to Gudgodah, and from Gudgodah to Jotbathah, a land of brooks of water.
8 Nʼoge ahụ, Onyenwe anyị kewapụtara ebo Livayị ibu igbe ọgbụgba ndụ Onyenwe anyị, na iguzo nʼihu Onyenwe anyị ijere ya ozi na ikwupụta ngọzị nʼaha ya, dịka ha sị eme ruo taa.
At that time YHWH has separated the tribe of Levi to carry the Ark of the Covenant of YHWH, to stand before YHWH, to serve Him, and to bless in His Name to this day;
9 Ọ bụ nke a mere ndị Livayị enweghị oke maọbụ ihe nketa nʼetiti ndị Izrel ibe ha; Onyenwe anyị bụ ihe nketa ha, dịka Onyenwe anyị Chineke unu gwara ha.)
therefore there has not been a portion and inheritance for Levi with his brothers; YHWH Himself [is] his inheritance, as your God YHWH has spoken to him.
10 Ugbu a, anọọla m nʼelu ugwu ahụ iri ụbọchị anọ, ehihie na abalị, dịka m mere nʼoge mbụ, Onyenwe anyị gekwara m ntị nʼoge ugbu a. Ọ bụghị ọchịchọ Onyenwe anyị ibibi unu.
And I have stood in the mountain, as the former days, [for] forty days and forty nights, and YHWH also listens to me at that time; YHWH has not willed to destroy you.
11 Onyenwe anyị gwara m, “Bilie, gaa ka i duru ndị a gaa na njem ha, ka ha banye, ma nwetakwa ala ahụ nke m kwere nna nna ha na nkwa inye ha.”
And YHWH says to me, Rise, go to journey before the people, and they go in and possess the land which I have sworn to their fathers to give to them.
12 Ugbu a, Izrel, gịnị ka Onyenwe anyị Chineke gị na-ana nʼaka gị ma ọ bụghị ka ị tụọ egwu Onyenwe anyị bụ Chineke gị, jee ije na nrube isi nye ya, ịhụ ya nʼanya, na iwere obi gị niile na mmụọ gị niile fee ya ofufe,
And now, O Israel, what is your God YHWH asking from you, except to fear your God YHWH, to walk in all His ways, and to love Him, and to serve your God YHWH with all your heart and with all your soul,
13 na ilezi anya debezuo iwu na ụkpụrụ Onyenwe anyị, ndị m na-enye gị taa, nʼihi ọdịmma gị.
to keep the commands of YHWH, and His statutes which I am commanding you today, for good for you?
14 Ụwa na eluigwe na ebe niile kachasị elu nke eluigwe, na ihe niile dị nʼime ha, bụ nke Onyenwe anyị Chineke gị.
Behold, the heavens, even the heavens of the heavens, [belong] to your God YHWH, [as does] the earth and all that [is] in it.

Only, YHWH has delighted in your fathers, to love them, and He fixes on their seed after them—on you, out of all the peoples, as [at] this day.
16 Nʼihi nke a, biekwanụ obi unu ugwu, kwụsịkwanụ ibi ndụ nke isiike.
And you have circumcised the foreskin of your heart, and you do not harden your neck anymore.
17 Nʼihi na Onyenwe anyị, bụ Chineke unu bụ Chineke kachasị chi niile, bụrụkwa Onyenwe kachasị ndị nwenụ niile. Chineke ukwu ahụ, onye dị ike dịkwa egwu, onye na-adịghị ele mmadụ anya nʼihu, ọ nakwaghị eri ngarị.
For He, your God YHWH, [is] God of the gods and Lord of the lords—the great, the mighty, and the fearful God, who does not accept by appearances, nor takes a bribe;
18 Ọ na-alụrụ ndị na-enweghị nna, na ụmụ nwanyị na-enweghị di ọgụ. Ọ na-ahụ ndị ọbịa nʼanya, na-enyekwa ha nri na uwe.
He is doing the judgment of fatherless and widow, and loving the sojourner, to give bread and raiment to him.
19 Ya mere, unu onwe unu kwa, hụnụ ndị ọbịa nʼanya, nʼihi na unu onwe unu bụrụrị ndị ọbịa nʼala Ijipt.
And you have loved the sojourner, for you were sojourners in the land of Egypt.
20 Tụọ Onyenwe anyị Chineke gị egwu, feekwa ya ofufe. Ya ka ị ga-arapara nʼahụ, ọ bụkwa naanị nʼaha ya ka ị ga-aṅụ iyi.
You fear your God YHWH, you serve Him, and you cleave to Him, and you swear by His Name.
21 Ọ bụ ya bụ onye ị ga-eto otuto, ọ bụ ya bụ Chineke gị, onye rụrụ gị ọrụ ndị ahụ dị oke egwu na ebube, nke gị onwe gị ji anya gị hụ.
He [is] your praise, and He [is] your God, who has done these great and fearful [things] with you which your eyes have seen.
22 Nna nna unu ndị gara nʼIjipt dị naanị iri mmadụ asaa, ma ugbu a, Onyenwe anyị Chineke gị emeela ka ịmụbaa dịka kpakpando nke mbara igwe.
Your fathers went down to Egypt with seventy persons, and now your God YHWH has made you as [the] stars of the heavens for multitude.”
