And after the tumult was over, Paul sent for the disciples to him, and having embraced them, departed to go into Macedonia.
2 Mgbe ọ gagharịchara nʼakụkụ ala ahụ niile, werekwa okwu nkasiobi gbaa ndị ụmụnna ume, ọ bịaruru ala Griis.
And having passed through those parts, and given them much exhortation, he came into Greece.

And when he had spent three months there, the Jews having laid wait for him as he was going to embark for Syria, he determined to return by Macedonia.
And there accompanied him to Asia, Sopater the Berean, and of the Thessalonians Aristarchus and Secundus, and Gaius of Derbe, and Timothy: and the Asiatics,
5 Ndị a bu ụzọ gawa, na-eche anyị na Troas.
Tychicus and Trophimus, who went before and stayed for us at Troas.
6 Mgbe Mmemme Ngabiga ahụ gwụsịrị, anyị banyere ụgbọ mmiri rute Filipai bịakwute ha na Troas nʼụbọchị nke ise. Anyị nọrọ nʼebe ahụ ụbọchị asaa.
And after the days of unleavened bread we sailed from Philippi, and came to them at Troas in five days, where we spent seven days.
7 Nʼụbọchị mbụ nʼizu ụka, mgbe anyị zukọrọ ịnyawa achịcha, Pọl gwara ha okwu, ebe ọ na-akwado ịla ma chi bọọ, o kwugidere okwu ruo nʼetiti abalị.
And upon the first day of the week, when the disciples were assembled together to break bread, Paul being about to depart on the morrow, preached unto them, and continued his discourse till midnight.
8 Ọtụtụ oriọna dịkwa nʼime ọnụụlọ ahụ dị nʼụlọ elu ebe anyị zukọrọ.
And there were many lamps in the upper room where they were assembled.
9 Otu nwokorobịa a na-akpọ Yutikọs nọdụrụ ala nʼoghereikuku, ọ bụ onye oke ụra bidoro ịtụ dịka Pọl na-ekwu okwu ruo oge dị anya. Mgbe ọ dara nʼoke ụra a, o sitere na nʼụlọ elu nke atọ dapụ, daa nʼala. Mgbe e buliri ya, ọ bụ onye nwụrụ anwụ.
And a young man named Eutychus, who sat in a window, falling into a deep sleep, as Paul was discoursing for a long time, sunk down and fell from the third story, and was taken up dead.
10 Pọl rituru nʼala selite ya elu jikụọ ya. Ọ sịrị ndị gbakọrọ nʼebe ahụ sị, “Ka obi hapụ ịlọ unu mmiri ọ dị ndụ.”
And Paul went down and leaned over him, and took him up and said, Be not disturbed; for his life is in him.
11 Ọ laghachikwara nʼụlọ elu ahụ, mgbe ọ nyawachara achịcha ma riekwa, o kwugidere okwu tutu chi abọọ, ọ hapụrụ ha bilie ije ya.
Then he went up again, and having broken bread and eaten, and conversed with them a considerable time, even till break of day, he departed.
12 Ha kulitere nwokorobịa ahụ na ndụ nke mere ka ọṅụ jupụta ha nʼobi. Ọ gbakwara ha ume nke ukwuu.
And they brought in the young man alive, and were not a little comforted.
13 Anyị onwe anyị gara nʼihu banye nʼụgbọ mmiri chee ihu ịga Asọs. Ebe anyị zubere iburu Pọl nʼụgbọ anyị. O soghị anyị nʼihi na o zubere iji ụkwụ ruo ebe ahụ.
But we went before to the ship, and sailed to Assos, being there to take in Paul: for so he had appointed, designing himself to go on foot.
14 Mgbe o zutere anyị nʼAsọs, anyị buru ya nʼụgbọ gaa Mitilen.
And as soon as he joined us at Assos, we took him in and came to Mitylene.
15 Nʼụbọchị nke ọzọ ya, anyị rutere Kiọs, nʼụbọchị nke so ya, anyị gafere rute Samọs. Ma mgbe otu ụbọchị ọzọ gasịrị, anyị rutere Melitọs.
And sailing from thence we came the next day over against Chios; and the day following we arrived at Samos, and stopping at Trogyllium, we came the day after to Miletus.
16 Nʼoge a, Pọl kpebiri na ọ gaghị akwụsị nʼEfesọs ka ọ ghara itufu oge nʼEshịa, nʼihi na ọ na-eme ngwangwa irute Jerusalem nʼụbọchị mmemme Pentikọọsụ, ma ọ bụrụ ihe ọ pụrụ ime.
For Paul had determined to sail by Ephesus, that he might not spend time in Asia: for he endeavoured, if it were possible, to be at Jerusalem on the day of Pentecost.
17 Site na Melitọs, ọ zipụrụ ozi ka a kpọọrọ ya ndị okenye chọọchị nke Efesọs ka ha bịa zute ya.
But he sent from Miletus to Ephesus, and called the elders of the church.
18 Oge ha bịakwutere ya, ọ gwara ha, “Unu maara nke ọma otu m si nọ nʼetiti unu mgbe niile mụ na unu nọrọ, site nʼụbọchị mbụ ụkwụ m zọkwasịrị nʼala Eshịa tutu ruo ugbu a.
And when they were come to him, he said unto them, Ye know in what manner I behaved among you all the time, from the first day that I came into Asia.
19 Arụrụ m ọrụ Onyenwe anyị site nʼobi umeala na anya mmiri nʼetiti ntaramahụhụ dị ukwuu, site nʼizu ọjọọ ndị Juu gbara maka m.
Serving the Lord with all humility, and many tears, and trials which befel me by the ambushes of the Jews.
20 Unu hụrụ na m ahapụghị ime ka unu mara ihe ọbụla ga-abara unu uru, mgbe ọbụla m na-akụziri unu ihe nʼụlọ maọbụ nʼihu ọha.
And how I with-held nothing that was useful, but have declared it to you, and have taught you publicly and from house to house:
21 E kwusaala m nye ma ndị Juu ma ndị Griik okwu nchegharị nʼebe Chineke nọ, na okwukwe nʼebe Onyenwe anyị Jisọs nọ.
testifying both to the Jews and Greeks, repentance towards God, and faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.
22 “Ma otu ọ dị, ana m aga Jerusalem dịka iwu Mmụọ Nsọ nyere m si dị, ma amaghị m ihe ọnọdụ m ga-abụ nʼebe ahụ.
And now, being constrained by the spirit, behold I am going to Jerusalem, not knowing what will befal me there:
23 Karịakwa na Mmụọ Nsọ na-agbara m ama nʼebe ọbụla na mkpọrọ na ntaramahụhụ na-eche m nʼebe ahụ.
save that the holy Spirit testifieth in every city, that bonds and afflictions await me.
24 Ma akpọghị m ndụ m ihe ọbụla. Karịa naanị ka m gbazuo ọsọ m ma jezuokwa ozi ahụ m natara nʼaka Onyenwe anyị Jisọs, nke bụ ịkọwa banyere oziọma nke amara Chineke.
But none of these things move me, nor do I account my life dear, so that I may finish my course with joy, and the ministry which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.
25 “Ma ugbu a, amaara m na o nweghị onye ọbụla nʼime unu, bụ ndị m jegharịrị nʼetiti ha na-ezisara ihe banyere alaeze a ga-ahụ m anya ọzọ.
And now behold I know that ye all, among whom I have gone preaching the kingdom of God, shall see my face no more.
26 Ya mere, ana m agwasị unu ike, taa, na abụ m onye aka ya dị ọcha nʼebe ọbara onye ọbụla nʼime unu dị.
Wherefore I call you to witness this day, that I am clear from the blood of all men.
27 Nʼihi na-esepụghị m aka ikwupụta nzọpụta Chineke nye unu.
For I have not failed to declare unto you all the counsel of God.
28 Ma ugbu a, kpacharanụ anya! Leziekwanụ onwe unu na igwe atụrụ nke Mmụọ Nsọ mere unu ndị nlekọta anya ya. Ka unu bụrụ ndị ọzụzụ atụrụ nke chọọchị Chineke, bụ nke o ji ọbara ya zụtara onwe ya.
Take heed therefore to yourselves, and to all the flock, in which the holy Spirit hath appointed you bishops, to feed the church of God, which He purchased with his own blood.
29 Nʼihi na amaara m na mgbe m lachara, agụ jọgburu onwe ya ga-abata nʼetiti unu nke na-agaghị emere igwe atụrụ ebere.
For I know this, that after my departure grievous wolves will enter in among you, not sparing the flock.
30 Ụfọdụ nʼime unu ga-ebili tụgharịa eziokwu ahụ ịhụ ka ha si otu a dọrọ ụfọdụ ndị na-eso ụzọ ahụ nye onwe ha.
And from among yourselves shall men arise, speaking perverse things to draw away disciples after them.
31 Ya mere, na-echenụ nche! Chetakwanụ na nʼime afọ atọ m nọrọ nʼetiti unu, ehihie na abalị, eji m ịkwa akwa na anya mmiri na-adụ unu ọdụ.
Watch therefore, remembering that for the space of three years I ceased not by night and by day to warn every one with tears.
32 “Ugbu a ana m etife unu nʼaka Chineke na nlekọta ya. Ana m etifekwa unu nʼaka okwu amara ya nke pụrụ ịgba okwukwe unu ume na inyekwa unu akụnụba ọ kwadobeere ndị ahụ e doro nsọ.
And now, my brethren, I recommend you to God, and to the word of his grace: who is able to edify you, and to give you an inheritance among all that are sanctified.
33 Ọ dịghị mgbe ọbụla agụụ ịdọtara onwe m ọlaọcha maọbụ ọlaedo maọbụ uwe nke onye ọbụla ji gụọ m.
I have coveted no one's silver, or gold, or apparel:
34 Ọ bakwaghị uru ịgwa unu na ọ bụ aka m rụpụtara ọrụ gbooro m mkpa niile, na nke gbokwara mkpa ndị ahụ mụ na ha so.
and ye yourselves know that these hands have ministred to my necessities, and to those that were with me.
35 Nʼihe niile, abụkwa m ihe ilere anya nye unu banyere inyere ndị ogbenye aka, site nʼịrụ ọrụ nʼụzọ dị otu a, na-echetara m okwu nke Onyenwe anyị Jisọs kwuru sị, ‘Ngọzị karịrị dị nʼinye enye karịa ịnara anara.’”
I have shewed you in all things, that by labouring thus ye ought to support the infirm; and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, who said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.
36 Mgbe o kwusiri okwu ndị a, o soro ha niile gbuo ikpere nʼala kpekwa ekpere.
And when he had said these things, he kneeled down, and prayed with them all.
37 Ha bere akwa nke ukwuu, makụọ Pọl, sutukwa ya ọnụ.
And they were all much grieved, and fell on Paul's neck, and kissed him: sorrowing most of all at the word which he spake,
38 O wutere ha karịa na o kwuru na ha agaghị ahụ ya anya ọzọ. Emesịa, ha duru ya ruo ebe ọ banyere ụgbọ mmiri.
that they should see his face no more. And they accompanied him to the ship.
